Hotel in zona Belvedere Tower, Pasig

Molto buona posizione, vicino alla Megamall e anche vicino ad altri luoghi per cena e incontri. L'interno è un po' vecchio, ma finora è abbastanza buono. Il letto era comodo. Il ventilatore AC è un po' difficile da controllare... ma non è male.

Innanzitutto, a causa di Habagat ero preoccupato per il costo del check-in posticipato. Ma l'agente dell'hotel trip.com mi ha informato che era gratuito fino alle 6 del giorno successivo, il che è positivo. A parte questo parcheggio gratuito. Ci sono negozi aperti 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, nelle vicinanze, a 2-3 minuti a piedi. La colazione a buffet è molto buona, meno il tipico buffet ma dato che la camera è meno costosa non è male.

We stayed in Astoria Plaza for over a month. We made our reservation well ahead of time and made a deposit (e-transfer) 10% of the total cost of our stay, plus extra cost for the early check-in. Upon checked in about 5:00 a.m., I was surprised when the front desk staff asked us when are we going to settle our account. I said “can’t you see on our reservation that we made a deposit w/c was equivalent to 11 days stay”? We were told that there was no room available yet on the higher floor so in the meantime we were given a room on a lower floor and promised that we will be moved on the higher floor in 2 days. I also asked if we are entitled for a free breakfast that morning, he said No because the cost for early check-in does not include breakfast. Anyway, once we were in our room the phone rang and he said Yes we can have free breakfast at the Astoria Cafe. We found the room on the lower floor was alright so we didn’t bother to be moved on the higher room. We have stayed in Astoria Plaza several times, and we know some staff who have been working there for 10 years or more. We accidentally broke a glass in the bathroom and we asked for replacement but was charged (pesos) to our account. However, the replacement glass was not delivered soon, until the day I talked to the housekeeping guy. I have seen blood or urine stains on the bedsheets. For our long stay in Astoria Plaza, we thought we could get a free transfer to the airport. Unfortunately, we don’t get that benefit so we settled for a grab taxi that was large enough for our 4 luggages and 2 carry-ones. Overall, our over a month stay in Astoria Plaza was pleasant. Our special thanks to Jinky Ching, Mac, Joy, Honey, Diane, Claire, Gella and all the staff in the cafeteria, for looking after us in the morning. 👏 Thank you to the concierge staff, for the free shuttle services to and from MegaMall/Shangrila.👏

Stavo qui al lavoro e mi piaceva la stanza che ho trovato, con una vista meravigliosa e chiara sulla città. Le camere sono ben attrezzate e pulite (pensava che il custode dimenticasse di pulire la mia camera un giorno); la posizione sagge è grande con camminare a distanza dai ristoranti e dai centri (che sono più di un abbondante in questo quartiere). Il personale era utile e amichevole, anche se il controllo e il controllo erano lunghi con tutto il loro lavoro di carta e processo di amministrazione a volte fatto manualmente. Il colazione - ok. Più sul lato di carne di oggetti che diventano pesanti per la mattina. Il giardino è grande. Se rimarrà qui, si', è un bel posto e un'area tranquilla con una distanza non troppo lontana dall'ufficio.

Il mio soggiorno all'hotel Wynwood è stato in generale soddisfacente. L'hotel è costantemente pulito e il servizio, soprattutto dal lobby, è attento. La posizione è conveniente e l'hotel offre tutte le strutture necessarie. Tuttavia, mi è stato deluso il ritiro del colazione. Nonostante le mie aspettative, la colazione non fu consegnata alla stanza, e quando mi sono chiesto circa le 9:56, mi è stato detto che era disponibile solo fino alle 10 e che doveva essere raccolto dal terzo piano, che era inaspettato. Inoltre, mi aspettavo che l'hotel mantenesse i registri degli ospiti che avevano diritto a pranzi compiacenti, con la possibilità di un rimborso se non forniti. Purtroppo, non è stato così. In generale, mentre il servizio agli altri sembrava bene per me. 🥰

Check-in was a bit of a hassle because the front desk attendants did not seem very happy to welcome us at the hotel. One of my coworkers was already checked in at our suite but the front desk attendants were for some reason unable to “locate” our booking. It was weird. So that took some time. The rooms are obviously dated but very spacious. Internet was not very stable and fast.

We last stayed in Privato Ortigas a few months before the pandemic and I’m glad that we were back and even celebrated my mom’s birthday in Privato Hotel Ortigas!!I really liked their minimalistic room with great design. Its simple but it has everything we need. I loved their ever comfy beds that really made me relax and had a good sleep. But what I really loved about the hotel aside from its marvelous amenities like the pool and roof top bar and deck is their excellent customer service. I highly commend Duty Manager MA. CONTESA VICTORIA M CATUAAN for being hand on in making sure that the client’s requests and well being are addressed. Her sensitivity to PWDs needs such as me really deserved my admiration and respect. I also commend and thank front desk pips Alex and Bless who really assisted me in my reservations and made sure that everything was fine even before I arrived. To Divine who even assisted us up in our rooms to ensure that we are comfortable and if we still need anything else. To Aaron who assisted us when we checked in and helped us have our room in the soonest possible time. lastly, to Marvin/Melvin( I’m aways confused with his name sorry) who was patient every time we call front desk for our requests. It was indeed a wonderful experience and its was a wise decision to be back and we will surely be back very soon! Grande cibo e servizio! 😊 Li abbiamo chiamati a prenotare una stanza privata come in loco, perché volevamo una stanza privata all'immediato, e l'hanno fornito immediatamente. Il tempo di servizio era giusto. In generale, grande! Certamente, lo consigliamo ai nostri colleghi e alla famiglia 😊

Ralph, il direttore, è stato molto utile anche durante i tempi in cui ero ancora in Canada e cercavo di prenotare/rischedermi la prenotazione. Il personale del Front Desk è sempre stato felice e facile da rispondere ogni volta che li chiamero. Sono rimasto lì per 4 notti, ma non posso dire quanto sia stato felice di aver prenotato la mia prenotazione alberghiera con loro. Grazie.

Kudos a Jen, siamo arrivati all'hotel alle 11:00 e solo chiesto se possiamo lasciare il nostro bagaglio e i bagagli coz so che è ancora presto per l'ispezione, ma per la mia sorpresa il ricevitore è andato sopra e oltre e ha controllato se la stanza è disponibile per l'ispezione presto In Coz ha detto che potevamo essere venuti lontano dalla provincia e non ci ha fatte una fattura per il check-in precoce. Mi piaceva vedere come mia nipote e sorella si sono davvero divertite anche se solo per il suo soggiorno di notte 👏🙏💕 La colazione era fantastica come sempre ♥️
