Myself and three of my friends, take a golf trip every year and have stayed here for the past ten years or so. Please note that everyone that works there is wonderful and very accommodating. The daily breakfast was very good. However, since the proprty has been purchased and new management has taken over, things have gone downhill. Upon arrival neither rooms could be opened. After a time and new room cards, we were able to get into our room. The other room could not be unlocked. Finally a maintenance worker was able to open the door with his master fob, but couldnot get the key cards to work. since no other rooms were available, they were given a master fob. I assume it was set to only work on that room, but it would not work on the outside doors. The next day when we returned and went to our rooms. The room with the lock trouble was wide open and lock was in pieces on the table. They had been working on it and had left it that way while they were somewhere else. Do not know how long it was open for. When we checked out, one room was supposed to be on my credit card, the other room was supposed to be on one of their cards. They left everything on my card. They had the information and card number for the other from check-in. Perhaps the staff is not all properly trained. The assistant manager assured us she could fix it. Each room should have been approximately $2200. By the time she was done, the other room had $4400 charged and mine had been charged nearly $11,000. At that time she said she could not change it because of the large amount involved. When we got home, we had to spend time calling the general manager and spend a couple of weeks calling my credit card company (just in case) and checking in online to make sure the excess charges were removed. It was finally straightened out, but it should never have happened. As a side note there used to be activities four nights per week for the guests, i.e., pizza night, grill night, movie night and so on. Not anymore. Overall disappointing.

Large bathroom, kitchenette with full-size fridge, microwave, coffee pot, hot plates, dishes and fully stocked with cooking supplies.Parking in the large driveway. Plenty of space.I live in the home and am usually on hand in case anything is needed.Cute studio bungalow with a small kitchenette and full-size bathroom with shower. Private dock and Rv Parking. Great for Snowbirds or Corporate employees. Boaters Paradise located on the Cotee River about .5 mi from the open Gulf. Bring your fresh catch (grouper, tuna, Mahi, snook, sheepshead, and more) and, throw it on the grill. Giant outside property on the river with dock access.Surrounded by several tiki bars within kayaking distance. Can also, kayak to downtown, Sims Park, Durney Key, Anclote Key, and several sandbars.There are several places close by to rent kayaks, boats, paddle boards, and bicycles.Visit downtown New Port Richey with several new restaurants, breweries, and bars. Grande soggiorno hotel meraviglioso. Solo il problema non era con l'hotel, ma trip.com non pagava per la stanza. Quindi abbiamo dovuto chiamare e ottenere tutto risolto. Così non sono stato doppio prelievo.
