Hotel in zona The PICC Forum, Pasay

Mi ci fu voluto un po' prima di poter entrare a causa della barriera linguistica tra me e uno dei proprietari che si è verificato un straniero, ma erano molto acomodi, quindi non mi è stato difficile trovare la barriera linguistica. La stanza era davvero buona. Era molto pulita. Mi è piaciuto il nostro soggiorno. Sarò certamente tornato.

The toilet has no exhaust fan and also there's time hasno hot water and also change 2 times room and the TV is very old no you tube and then when we go back to the hotel at 11:00 in the evening want go to sleep there's a very noisy voice at the others side room so I complain but the hotel said I know but what can we do they said they are praying finish about 2 o clock midnight.

Cleanliness - you can request for room cleaning and the service is great! Doreen provided a prompt service. Location - there are restaurants beside the resort in case you decided not to eat in the hotel. But convenience store is not walking distance. Close to SM MOA. Service - There's room for improvement. The front desk is not located as soon as you enter the hotel but an empty concierge desk. FD is in front of the elevators so I guess consolidating them is better. The customer attendants should be far from their office barracks so they dont stay there when there are no guest. They need to be available when someone comes. They set the mood/first impression for new or old guests. Amenities - Parking is at the 4th floor ,a bit creepy looking as it seems they only acquired it from an old owner. But its okay it is FREE! Pool area at the Penthouse is superb maybe because of the view. Although currently there's repair ongoing that blocks they natural bayview,I guess it will be great in the future.Still good for me though. Restaurant- GF Food selection is good and they taste great! Value for money!They offer in-room service too! Room- is great! Price is justified on how relaxing the room was set up.Bathroom size may differ depending on the room. Plus they have mood lights 😊 Overall- For first time guests here I'd say Im satisfied.

Our small staycation was simple yet the basic needs are met in a hotel as a first timer to book via trip.com (Nov. 23-24, 2024). They were able to cater to our needs immediately from checking-in which only took 5 minutes to be endorsed to our room, breakfast, even some room concerns (such as a clogged toilet, etc.), until checking out. Upon entering the room, everything was provided on the cork wall for the directory, menu, and all. WiFi has no password (only QR) but it was fast. The lighting was cozy and romantic. My partner and I were so relaxed all night. There was a water dispenser outside the room and you have your own set of pitchers and glasses inside the room to refill a lot instead of constantly going out and in. There was also a cooler which is a big plus. Outside food is okay as long as it is consumed inside the room and not on their rooftop dining area. Their bathrooms are clean, no hairs, clean towels, and hangers. I love their 3-in-1 shampoo-conditioner-soap but I still used my own shampoo and conditioner since it kinda made my hair frizzy and hard to comb. Nevertheless, it smells reallyyyyy good. There were lounges and chairs to relax on the 8th and 10th floor and on the rooftop. The pool was a bit cold so we did not opt to swim but it looked clean. The food was at par. Their prices are reasonable. Serving time and amount was adequate. My partner was a Muslim but they catered his needs by serving non-pork meals. Coffee was an unlimited refill. If you include breakfast on the package in the app, there is an option to upgrade to a buffet by adding 249 pesos per head. But for me, the options were a bit little so I didn't opt for it and there are a lot of pork meals which my partner couldn't eat. But here's one thing, their garlic rice is superb! The only cons we observed was that the cable on the tv is loose so sometimes we have to adjust to resolve the signal, the safe box was not functioning, vehicles can be heard from the bustling buendia avenue, and moving or rocking chairs from the floor above can be heard. Nevertheless, our overall stay here was cozy and simple. We will definitely visit again esp if the other side of the hotel is done. Thank you for giving such a wonderful and relaxing experience with my partner.

I was hesitant at first if this is worth the risk but guess what? 100/10😍. The place is very clean, our room which is a deluxe is in good condition, the AC functions well also, the cold and hot shower is working. Accessibility to transport is good since it is near LRT station. You can find a lot of local food nearby the accommodation. Plus the receptionist both from the morning and afternoon shift were very friendly and accomodating. All in all I can highly recommend this place to stay here in Manila. The photos below was before we checked out so it's a bit messy haha

Gem br This was a really great place to stay in the space is good for 2 but It can definitely accommodate a small family of 3. For me, you know a place is great when you suddenly want to live in it. It has everything you need, every appliance they had was functional. The wifi is really fast they have their own netflix account so this is really good for a staycation. But if you are here for business, it is just as wonderful because the area is very accessible. Another thing, the customer service is top tier. I tell you I am not an easy person to deal with because i tend to have many queries. But they always acknowledged my queries. They were kind enough to cater to my every need that was in their scope of responsibility. They are very responsive. I even called one of their agent and I think she was asleep when she answered, and she was still kind enough to answer my questions . That's a very difficult thing to do to be kind to a person who woke you up just for a question. Lastly, the place is very very clean and spotless. It also smells good in here. And you are always secure because they have a smart lock. The only thing that isn't great in my room was the view it was a partial view of The city. Still, i had a balcony. Still, they had so much storage space i could stay here for a month if i could. But nonetheless it is perfect. You even have pool access as a bonus. Now that I have tried this place I would definitely trust the place that has the GemtoneBR logo on it. I hope you do to

Le camere hanno un letto confortevole, una cassaforte, un tè e un caffè e un letto confortevole, ma non hanno alcuna struttura. Non c'è posto dove metterti il bagaglio, nessuna rack di bagaglio o dove metterti i vestiti e si infilano in una grande TV Smart LCD è utile perché hanno chiuso tutti i controlli per non accedere a nessuna delle caratteristiche della TV intelligente. Non ho limitato il volume a un massimo del 15% che è ridicolo perché se si muove o sto cercando di mangiare un pacchetto di chip o qualcosa che non si può sentire la TV. Non avevo mai visto nessuno nel mondo che imponiamo ridere restrizioni al volume della televisione. Vi è un ristorante a buffet con prezzi da 2100 a 2600 pesos per persona. La piscina è vista sulla baia. Gli ospiti sono riscaldati, per il personale cercare e farvi firmare un documento con il tentativo ingannevole di scegliere solo di nascondere il documento è in realtà una revoca legale per rimuovere tutti i vostri diritti legali e la responsabilità legale dell'hotel da qualsiasi In giuria, Morte, furto o qualsiasi cosa accada sulla proprietà, e sarete uno stupido a firmare questo. La proprietà è moderna e pulita e confortevole, mab le ridicole restrizioni alle televisioni e il modo ingannevole che essi inghiottino per ottenere i clienti a.sihn via i loro diritti legali è vergognoso e i clienti dovrebbero leggere e essere molto attenti a ciò che si segna in questo hotel.

Ho prenotato 5 camere con 1 mese di anticipo, ma al momento del check-in ne erano disponibili solo 3... Ho preso la mia camera intorno alle 14:40 e l'altra alle 15:30.. la famiglia che aspettava nella hall si lamentava con me, un po' delusa... Personale pulito e amichevole.
