The hotel is convenient for travelers that will be leaving the Philippines soon via the airport. You should arrive a day or two before your flight to do last minute shopping at the nearby SM Mall of Asia (MOA). I had not a good encounter and experience when we arrived on 6 Nov 2024. We checked at front desk they gave the key card which is the door system is not working properly we could not go in. Then I called for help but respond is slow no one came up.I decided to walk down to front desk and Hotel staff at front desk exchanged a new key card and assist me to get the room. It was fine and we left our luggage to the room and went out. Problem came up again when we used the updated key card unfortunately is not work again we stuck outside the room. I really get disappointed and angry most importantly my wife need to take medicine on time, we end up stuck outside second time. I walked again to front desk to complain about that and staff immediately apologised and change new room for us. Honestly I do felt very upset and about the arrangement all this respond came too late even staff shown their effort to comfort us. I received only a few chocolate and card for this incidents happened 😄what do you think?

Al massino questa struttura è un hotel a 3 stelle. Va bene se dovete dormirci una notta se in transito.
Preparate le vostre orecchie alla mattina preso quando tutti i bambini filippini inizieranno a giocare ed urlare in corridoio senza che nessuno dello staff si lamenti con i genitori

È un albergo che non si spiega in una parola, ho prenotato una camera da letto da 1860 yuan con vasca da bagno in pino e colazione. È ovvio che il prezzo non è basso. Di conseguenza, la prima camera d'albergo non aveva alcuna finestra esterna e si affacciava quindi sulle finestre interne dell'atrio dell'hotel. Anche di giorno era buio. C'era anche una grande macchia sul divano della stanza. Inoltre il portale della palestra non ha la maniglia, quindi è completamente inutile. La più esagerata è la colazione a menù fisso, io ho scelto la colazione all'americana. Ci sono due uova fritte dentro. Ho detto che non posso mangiare abbastanza, posso aggiungere un uovo fritto in più. Il cameriere ha detto di no, a meno che non si aggiungano soldi. Sto svenendo e non tornerò mai più in questo posto. Preoccuparsi della performance in termini di costi

UUtente ospiteLansen è un nuovo hotel e le camere sono moderne e pulite, ma hanno alcune politiche molto povere.
Le camere hanno un letto confortevole, una cassaforte, un tè e un caffè e un letto confortevole, ma non hanno alcuna struttura. Non c'è posto dove metterti il bagaglio, nessuna rack di bagaglio o dove metterti i vestiti e si infilano in una grande TV Smart LCD è utile perché hanno chiuso tutti i controlli per non accedere a nessuna delle caratteristiche della TV intelligente. Non ho limitato il volume a un massimo del 15% che è ridicolo perché se si muove o sto cercando di mangiare un pacchetto di chip o qualcosa che non si può sentire la TV.
Non avevo mai visto nessuno nel mondo che imponiamo ridere restrizioni al volume della televisione.
Vi è un ristorante a buffet con prezzi da 2100 a 2600 pesos per persona.
La piscina è vista sulla baia.
Gli ospiti sono riscaldati, per il personale cercare e farvi firmare un documento con il tentativo ingannevole di scegliere solo di nascondere il documento è in realtà una revoca legale per rimuovere tutti i vostri diritti legali e la responsabilità legale dell'hotel da qualsiasi In giuria, Morte, furto o qualsiasi cosa accada sulla proprietà, e sarete uno stupido a firmare questo.

UUtente ospiteGot the best stay so far! The unit's very new and very clean. The owners always stay online to answer questions by me, especially about netflix's several updates during our stay. The unit has everything you need for convenience; utensils, slippers, towels, ref, heater, rice cooker, netflix (as mentioned), Alfa mart (just across the bldg.), there's also pools available for 150pesos I think, near MOA (there were trikes near if you don't want to walk from the condo to MOA)
Great for unwinding couples. Just remember to be responsible while staying to keep the facility great and beautiful🙏

UUtente ospiteLa stanza è buona e spaziale! E' pulita e dolce. I accessori dell'hotel forniti sono: lama dentale con pasta dentale, capsula e sapone da bagno, tessuti e 2 bottiglie d'acqua.
La nostra camera era molto rilassante, la TV è funzionale e l'aria condizionata funziona.L'unica questione che ho è che c'è un odore unico che si mescola con il loro frigorifero d'aria, che è credo l'odore di sigaretta. Per me, il Wifi non è consigliabile se vuoi lavorare lì, perché la connessione è instabile.
In generale, è una buona esperienza

UUtente ospiteSo clean so good talaga maganda ang facilities malinis ang lugar,approachable at mababait ang lahat.Sablay lang sa service ng mga nasa front desk at kay Sir Guard noong pacheckout na kami.Salamat sa kapirasong papel na pinagsulatan namin ng mga paid food bills namin nasalba kami sa kahihiyan.Kahihiyang tumakas daw kami at di nagbayad ng food bills🥴.Miscommunication sa morning and night shift na mga staff tapos kaming guest ang mapapahiya at maaabala kahit bayad na at sila pa ang may dapat e refund sa amin dahil sa maling computation nila(ni refund naman nila).Salamat kay Sir Supervisor sa kalmadong paghandle sa amin,na settle din ang problema.Sa mga gustong sumubok sa hotel na ito make sure lang po na may list kayo lahat ng paid bills nyo o humingi kayo ng resibo para may proof of payment kayo in case na magkaproblema.

The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to key attractions and easily accessible.
What stood out most was the friendly and accommodating staff, who made sure I had everything I needed. The overall atmosphere of the condotel was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect home away from home.
I would highly recommend Henry’s Condotel to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay. I will definitely be coming back!
