My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The initial room had a disappointing partial sea view, leading me to recommend choosing a partial pool or sea view instead. Staff were accommodating in changing the room, which was a plus. Dining was a letdown, with a steak overcooked and a hair found in the rice on two separate occasions. On the bright side, the bar offered a great experience with its excellent selection of drinks. We also tried the spa, opting for a couple's massage in a special room, part of an 18K promotion. The spa experience was enjoyable, albeit pricey, but fitting for the hotel's standard. However, the hotel’s confusing layout and the mixed dining experiences make me hesitant to return.

Such a great Hotel for staycation! Excellent service tho we have multiple request and order but this lady named ‘Ly’ of In room dining serves us with quicky and excellent service. Tradition to go here in manila for staycation whenever there are breaks and this is our first time here in okura. Everthing was nice. Me and my sisters would surely choose okura again next time. Great service plus friendly staff. Also thanks to the perfect ambiance.

La squadra di manutenzione era abbastanza gentile da spostarci in un piano diverso dopo aver chiamato il desk front about the smell of paint entering our room and the whole floor due to the next door maintenance works. Le camere sono molto pulite e ho scelto questo hotel perché ha un accesso molto conveniente al centro commerciale e all'aeroporto. La zona della piscina sembra buona da sopra ma vicino, mi sembra che un designer di terracape possa sollevare ulteriormente l'atmosfera tropicale. Sembra che ci sia una textura di cemento grigio, che sembra essere rossa, come il giardino verde. Cibo e bevande erano grandi al bar della piscina.

I have been several times in the Sheraton, being opposite to Terminal 3 of the Manila airport. If you have only hand luggage you can walk there, if more, than you need a taxi, even some of the Manila taxi drivers are not so happy about the short distance. Thus, take a metered taxi and give them more tipp, so it normally works fine. This time I only had time for a stay during the day since my second flight left at midnight. I got an upgrade to a Junior Suite which I liked very much even I only had 8 hours in the hotel. But those were really worth it since I decided to book a massage in the spa on short notice and had luck to get the last free slot. Which was an absolute outstanding experience that I only can recommend to every visitor who has problems with shoulders or other parts of the body after a long flight. Wellness is not only a massage but all together: the environment, the cleanliness, the mood of the people working there, the smell, the music, the rooms. And all was absolutely top! Starting with a very warm and nice welcome by Camille, explaining the treatments. A great start with charme! My massage (one hour) then was given bei Lei; it was one of the best in the past years and I know when coming back to the Sheraton I will book her again. Nice, respecting your pain-points and having perfect moves to make your body parts movable again. Unfortunately, only one hour but helping me a lot to bear the next long flight for more than 9 hours. The only disadvantage on this evening was that a pool party took place which was very noisy. But since I have been young, too, even this was a long time ago in the last century, it is acceptable. The hotel had left a letter of excuse already in advance in the room. That's life.

Ottima struttura con personale molto accogliente e professionale. Marriott Manila è situato a poca distanza dall aereoporto. Abbiamo potuto apprezzare un pernottamento in uns camera suite con tutte le comodità. Lounge Executive offre molti snacks a varie ore del giorno e bevande. i booked this hotel for a concert at MOA arena, loved that its super near MOA as well, rooms were spacious and basic amenities were provided as well. the thing i loved about this hotel is the room service!! the food is good and at a reasonable price as well! would definitely see myself booking this hotel again if i am coming back for another concert ^^!

Perfect location for a hotel. We loved our stay here at The Heritage Hotel. Lovely buffet breakfast. Thank you to Duty Manager Ramy who kindly helped us during our stay.
