Hotel con parcheggio a Lusaka

I had a very good stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Lusaka. It is particularly well-suited for Chinese visitors, as many of the facilities and written instructions are provided in both Chinese and English, which makes navigating the hotel very convenient. The service throughout my stay was excellent. I would especially like to recognize Grace, who has been an outstanding receptionist and hotellier, always professional, welcoming, and attentive. Her warm assistance truly elevated the experience. The room was clean, well-kept, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. Overall, this is a great option to consider for an international business trip, offering good service and facilities at a very reasonable price point.

Didn’t realise before booking that this is a Chinese-operated hotel aimed I would imagine at hosting the local Chinese workforce. All TV channels were in Chinese, breakfast was Chinese food, coffee machine instructions were in Chinese. However, the staff were all Zambian and extremely helpful. Supposed to be a no-smoking hotel but it smelled strongly of cigarettes in our corridor. Bathroom kept smelling like a ‘wet dog’. No facilities in the hotel but luckily a great bar and restaurant next door.

La ricezione era sorprendente e mi piaceva il cibo. Tuttavia, mi sembra che l'hotel debba investire più nelle loro strutture ricreative, ad esempio l'hotel non ha un spa.La camera stessa era bella e la camera da bagno pulita ma non spaziale come mi aspettavo.La zona da pranzo è molto pulita e mi piaceva.

I usually have a good time at the resort and stayed a couple of times. This time from the start, there were a few things: I had asked reception because we were going early, to have the breakfast boxes for the kids early to take at 5:30. When we got to the restaurant in the evening it took a while to be served. When we got the kids in the shower, there were no towels and when we phoned it took a while. We also phoned to ask for normal milk as my child can’t have creomora and they said they would bring but never did. Then our taxi driver let us down so I called reception to book an airport shuttle in the morning and she said she would call back but never did. Eventually after I called back, they got back to me with results. Didn’t tell me the price though. When we checked out at 5:30, they didn’t have the breakfast boxes. And told us our taxi was K400 per head! So all in all, wasn’t a great one.

Un hotel molto pulito, ben mantenuto con personale amichevole. I colazione Radisson sono sempre sorprendenti, non fa mai l'impressione. Certamente rimanere lì la prossima volta. La stanza era enorme e ho ricevuto un aggiornamento gratuito!

Hotel and location is perfect and central to everything. Room service for repairs is very slow to come out to check. Food was good but lacked variety during dinner and menu options could do with an improvement. Indian food was passable could do with a flavour balance. Overall great stay

The hotel rooms are quite small. Excellent lounge and meeting space. Functional but effective breakfast. Just by the mall which is very convenient with an excellent spa

The hot water was lukewarm most of the stay. Of the 4 nights there breakfast was good on two days the other two were pretty average. The rooms weren’t too clean bathroom stains/ headboard stains/ shower soap stains

트윈룸예약했는데 예약할때본 사진과는 다른룸을 받았습니다 근무하는 직원들과 로지의 오너는 친절하였지만 침대옆이나 주변에 콘센트가 없어서 화장실 입구의 하나뿐인 콘센트를 사용해야했고 에어콘, 냉장고가 있었지만 작동하지는 않았습니다 그래서 더운데 멀리있는 콘센트에 선풍기 틀고자야만했습니다 그리고 조식포함이고 룸서비스로 해준다고해 기대했는데, 9시에 가져다주는 조식이 블랙티하나에 쨈이나 버터하나 안바른 마른빵안에 후라이드에 한조각이 다였습니다ㅋㅋ
