Hotel con parcheggio a Hue

The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

I was treated like royalty from the moment I arrived for my 4 night stay. Requested a much earlier check in with no problem & no extra cost. Was offered a free upgrade to an incredible much larger apartment with a balcony overlooking the lagoon. Very comfortable bed & pillows. The housekeeping staff cleaned every day & left fresh water & fruit. The breakfast selection is huge with an 'egg station' to have your eggs cooked just how you like. I ordered dinner to my room in the evening & the food & service was impeccable. The free Yoga & Tai Chi Classes are an extra bonus & I got the chance to kayak on the Lagoon for 2 hours which is also free. If I needed help with anything I just had to message & was replied to immediately. I also requested a later check out & that was done with no problem. The staff here are absolutely wonderful, if only all hotel staff were like this! The only flaw at the Resort is the Bird Room. I didn't know birds would be in cages & unable to fly properly. This was upsetting & I can imagine may put some people off from booking. It doesn't make sense to cage birds when you are surrounded by them at the Resort. Apart from that aspect I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay & thank everyone who made it such a memorable experience.

Having stayed at a Banyan Tree resort in the past, I had high expectations of this resort and I have to say, it did not disappoint me in one bit. Firstly, I have to mention the exceptional service. There is not a single thing the staff are not prepared to do in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Being a Muslim traveller, we had some concerns regarding the halal aspect of the menu. But I'm glad to say that the chefs understood the requirements and accommodated us flawlessly. We stayed in the pool beach villa for my daughter's 27th birthday, we booked two side by side. The villa itself was sensational. Getting up in the morning, walking on your own patio to your private pool, a stone throw away from the sandy beach, it's literally heaven on earth. Again, I will go back to the service levels because this is what truly makes Banyan Tree the special brand that it is. Thank you so much for your hospitality and your caring. Special mention to Nhi, Hung and Tan for making it extra special. The only downside is that it's slightly off the beaten track. A night out in Danang is a 2 hour round trip. But we spent the first 5 days of our holiday doing all the exploring and Banyan Tree Lang Co was the perfect wind down before heading home. I highly recommend anyone looking for a luxury escape in Vietnam, pick this place!

Nel complesso, ho avuto un'ottima esperienza fino all'ultima notte (quella di sabato), quando l'hotel era completamente occupato da un gruppo di chiassosi vietnamiti – grandi famiglie con circa 50 bambini di diverse età (erano lì per festeggiare un compleanno) – che hanno rovinato il mio sonno alle 5:40 del mattino e poi di nuovo (dopo che ho detto loro di fare silenzio) alle 7:40, impedendomi di riaddormentarmi (avevo lavorato fino all'una di notte e avrei voluto dormire almeno fino alle 9:00) 🤦🏼‍♀️ I loro bambini correvano per il corridoio sin dal mattino presto urlando, con le porte delle loro stanze aperte, mentre i genitori urlavano tra loro (queste persone maleducate di paese non sanno parlare a bassa voce). Si sentiva tutto molto forte anche a porta chiusa (la mia sveglia suona persino più piano). La sera prima, cantavano il karaoke nella sala riunioni accanto al bar della hall (nell'edificio principale), e lo sentivo distintamente nella mia stanza al quinto piano. Non capisco perché la direzione dell'hotel permetta a gruppi così numerosi, che non sanno nemmeno rispettare gli altri ospiti, specialmente in un hotel a 5 stelle, di soggiornare in un hotel di un marchio così rinomato (Meliá). Questo tipo di ospiti LOCALI rovina solo l'immagine dell'hotel! Pago per un hotel a 5 stelle per dormire bene, non per essere disturbato 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7 da ospiti che non hanno buone maniere e non insegnano ai propri figli come comportarsi in luoghi simili. Il mio consiglio per chi ha il sonno leggero è di EVITARE questo hotel nei FINE SETTIMANA, poiché probabilmente non riuscirete a dormire. Vivo in Vietnam da 7 mesi (principalmente in hotel 4-5 stelle) e ho notato che è una pratica comune per alcuni vietnamiti radunare l'intero villaggio e prenotare hotel a 5 stelle per i fine settimana per celebrazioni. Ho avuto lo stesso problema in un ottimo hotel 4 stelle a Hoi A dove ho soggiornato per 6 settimane. Ogni fine settimana era un incubo per me (di notte e al mattino presto!). Per tutti gli altri aspetti, se venite a Kobi durante la settimana, questo è un hotel fantastico! Letti, panorami, ONSEN, colazione... e il personale sono fantastici! Grazie a tutti coloro che lavorano in questo hotel per l'ottimo servizio offerto.

Hotel molto buono ed economico vicino al Palazzo di Hue. La signora alla reception, Ao Dai, è cortese e molto professionale nell'accoglienza degli ospiti. La camera è pulita e il letto è di buona qualità. Ho dormito benissimo nell'ambiente tranquillo. La colazione è eccellente, con diversi piatti tipici di Hue disponibili a buffet. L'unico problema riguarda la disposizione degli articoli da bagno. Gli asciugamani sono posizionati troppo vicino alla doccia e si bagnano facilmente quando si fa la doccia. Inoltre, i flaconi di shampoo e bagnoschiuma sono lontani dal WC e inizialmente non avevo nemmeno capito che fossero flaconi di shampoo, quindi ho dovuto portarli in bagno per lavarmi. Dovrebbero invertire la posizione degli asciugamani e dei flaconi di shampoo. Per il resto, nessun problema.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated right in the heart of the city and close to many local attractions. My room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and offered a stunning view from the window. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. They were extremely welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely come back!

This is so far the best ever resort I've had the pleasure to stay at. From exclusive and delicious food, to a delightful Spa, this resort has everything you need or want. The restaurants: Moomba, Rice Bowl, Rice Bar and Saffron, offer a wonderful selection of dishes suitable for lovers of meat and fish, and also suitable for vegans as well. The pool is incredible and has a nice little bar. The staff members are beyond friendly and caring. They remember your names, they always ask about your stay and they pay close attention to all of your needs. Especially, I'd love to mention Hien, who was very kind and caring, Linh, a wonderful lady, making sure we had no issues during the stay, and Trinh, who was a joy to talk to when we visited the golf facility. Overall, it was our second time there and we'd definitely go back!

Grande posizione e servizio eccellente – Perfetto per un breve soggiorno Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti all'Hotel Century Riverside di Hue per una notte. In generale, abbiamo avuto un'esperienza positiva e lo consigliereremmo sicuramente per i viaggiatori che cercano una base conveniente in città. Esperienza in camera Abbiamo prenotato una camera familiare con una porta di connessione, e quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo trovato che la struttura era in realtà due piccole camere con una sezione aperta tra loro, piuttosto che due camere completamente separate con una porta di connessione. Sebbene non fosse la disposizione esattamente che ci aspettavamo, non ci ha disturbati, perché ci fermavamo solo per una notte. È solo vale la pena ricordare se viaggiate come famiglia e preferite la privacy completa. Le Highlights Nonostante la struttura della stanza, l'hotel è eccellente in diverse aree chiave: • Perfetta posizione: L'hotel è situato in posizione centrale, rendendo molto facile esplorare Hue e accedere a tutto quello che ti serve vicino. • Delizioso colazione: il buffet del colazione era fantastico. Era molto ampio, e tutto quello che abbiamo gustato era deliziosodefinitamente un modo grande per iniziare la mattina. • Amichevole personale: il servizio è stato un grande accento. Il personale è stato eccezionalmente amichevole e utile nel nostro tempo, rendendo davvero il nostro soggiorno più piacevole. Verdict: Se stai cercando un hotel ben situato con un servizio eccellente per un breve soggiorno a Hue, l'Hotel Century Riverside è una scelta solida.

L'hotel è di valore per soldi. La posizione è buona che vicino a un fiume al retro dell'hotel. L'hotel ci offre la camera con una grande finestra con vista sul fiume. Agevolmente trovato per cibo e caffè, tutte le negozi sono a 5-10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. L'hotel non è situato sulla strada principale, è meno rumore durante la notte. La popolare strada Hue camminare è a soli 10 minuti dall'hotel. Il ristorante popolare è a pochi minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Il personale e amichevole e utile, ci aiutano a prenotare la limo da Hue a Hoi An, e sempre seguire quando la limo arriva tardi all'hotel per raccoglierci. Molto consigliato se si vuole spendere decente per soggiornare ma intende spendere di più per il cibo invece.

L'hotel si trova su una via principale e un grande centro commerciale con supermercato è raggiungibile in 5-10 minuti a piedi. La camera era spaziosa. Tuttavia, mancavano cuffie per la doccia e cotton fioc, e stranamente c'erano asciugamani per le mani e teli da bagno, ma non asciugamani per il viso, il che è stato un po' scomodo. La colazione includeva alcune specialità di Hue ed era gustosa, ma la selezione di succhi di frutta (2 tipi), pane (3 tipi) e frutta (3 tipi) era limitata e la varietà complessiva di cibo era un po' scarsa. È sufficiente per una notte, ma potrebbe essere un po' insufficiente per soggiorni di due o più notti. Inoltre, dista circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla zona con molti ristoranti, negozi di souvenir e centri massaggi, e poiché faceva caldo, ci sono andato solo due volte durante il mio soggiorno. C'è acqua gratuita in camera, ma è in bottiglie, quindi non è possibile portarla fuori.
