Hotel con parcheggio a Hue

The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

Bellissimo hotel boutique. Molto affascinante. Decorazione magnifica. Il personale era molto attento e si è allontanato dal loro modo per rendere la nostra permanenza piacevole. Fato per ordinare colazione e una buona selezione di articoli da buffet per colazione. Le camere erano impeccabili con un abbondante assortimento di toletta, adorabili set di tè ceramico e tazze di caffè. Un'ampia fornitura di bicchieri di vino. Il letto era estremamente comodo con lenzuola di alta qualità. Spero di tornare a Hue e prenoteremo di nuovo qui quando lo facciamo. Tutto era fantastico.

Hotel situato nel centro e parte animata di Huè vicino a ristoranti e attività. Di fronte all'hotel c'è la fermata del bus per tutte le località. L'hotel è piccolo gestito in maniera simpatica.

Having stayed at a Banyan Tree resort in the past, I had high expectations of this resort and I have to say, it did not disappoint me in one bit. Firstly, I have to mention the exceptional service. There is not a single thing the staff are not prepared to do in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Being a Muslim traveller, we had some concerns regarding the halal aspect of the menu. But I'm glad to say that the chefs understood the requirements and accommodated us flawlessly. We stayed in the pool beach villa for my daughter's 27th birthday, we booked two side by side. The villa itself was sensational. Getting up in the morning, walking on your own patio to your private pool, a stone throw away from the sandy beach, it's literally heaven on earth. Again, I will go back to the service levels because this is what truly makes Banyan Tree the special brand that it is. Thank you so much for your hospitality and your caring. Special mention to Nhi, Hung and Tan for making it extra special. The only downside is that it's slightly off the beaten track. A night out in Danang is a 2 hour round trip. But we spent the first 5 days of our holiday doing all the exploring and Banyan Tree Lang Co was the perfect wind down before heading home. I highly recommend anyone looking for a luxury escape in Vietnam, pick this place!

Una stanza al terzo piano. Sembrava un vecchio appartamento...? Nel complesso, considerando il prezzo, era pulita, senza insetti e la stanza era molto spaziosa. Avevo letto un post che menzionava le formiche e chiedeva di fare attenzione a insetti simili, ma forse perché era al terzo piano, non c'erano problemi. (Ho soggiornato in altri alloggi e, per quanto riguarda le formiche... non bisogna mangiare niente in camera... lol. Non volevo saperlo neanche io.) Ma il problema più grande era... il rumore. La prima notte, sembrava che una famiglia vietnamita alloggiasse nella stanza accanto; non riuscivo a capire cosa dicessero, ma parlavano come se stessero litigando all'una di notte... C'era una persona che sembrava una guardia di sicurezza nella hall al primo piano, ma non li ha fermati per niente, forse perché non li sentiva. È continuato fino a quasi le 2 del mattino, quindi, dato che porto sempre con me i tappi per le orecchie, ho dormito con quelli... E la seconda notte, non so se le ragazze vietnamite fossero in gita scolastica o solo amiche, ma quando sono tornato in camera poco dopo le 21:00, facevano un baccano enorme e parlavano come matti. Forse perché era sabato sera, erano uscite a divertirsi prima delle 22:00. Comunque, ho dormito con i tappi per le orecchie nel caso fossero tornate. Infatti, mi sono svegliato la mattina dopo tra le 7:30 e le 8:00 e, non appena li ho tolti, la musica proveniente dalla stanza accanto era assordante. Mi sembrava di essere in discoteca! Era un mix di musica a tutto volume e chiacchiere dalla stanza accanto. Non era K-pop, ma sembrava una specie di musica idol vietnamita che ricordava il K-pop... Ho persino girato un video, ma è un peccato che non si sia caricato. Comunque, dopo un bel po', ho sentito la voce di una donna anziana – non so se fosse un'insegnante o un membro dello staff – e la musica si è interrotta e il volume della sua voce si è abbassato, quindi si è fatto un po' più silenzioso... ma l'insonorizzazione è pessima. Se scegliete questa sistemazione, assicuratevi di portare dei tappi per le orecchie. Si sente tutto, anche se le persone parlano ad alta voce nel corridoio. Inoltre, non sono sicuro per le camere in fondo, ma le camere centrali vicino all'ascensore hanno le finestre, ma si affacciano sul corridoio. Giusto per vostra informazione.

I had the most amazing stay at Angsana Resort, and I cannot recommend it enough. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities, but what truly makes it special is the people who work there. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction – always smiling, always polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Whether it was at the reception, in the restaurants, by the pool, or even the housekeeping team, everyone showed such care and attention to detail that made me feel completely at home. What impressed me the most was that it wasn’t just about good service – it felt sincere. The team really takes pride in making guests happy, and you can feel that in the little things, like remembering your preferences, greeting you by name, or checking if you’re enjoying your stay. It’s this level of friendliness and professionalism that creates such a warm atmosphere at the resort. Angsana Resort is not just a place to relax, it’s a place where you are truly cared for. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay unforgettable – I will definitely be coming back and recommending this resort to everyone I know.

Puoi vedere subito la riva del fiume Perché è la strada più trafficata di Hue. Anche andare in bicicletta a fare un giro È stato bello, ma non ho avuto il tempo di visitare la città. Disposto a visitare di nuovo

Quando ci siamo arrivati, ci siamo accolti con tanta gioia dal receptionista Han, un uomo molto bravo che ha preparato il nostro colazione la mattina prossima perché il nostro volo era partito così presto. Il personale era molto accogliente, le camere sono pulite, la piscina è sorprendente e il cibo era grande.

Had huge expectations from the hotel after reading reviews. The hospitality was fabulous ! The breakfast was excellent as well. Its very convenient as there are many shops and walking street nearby. However , the nightmare begins at night as there is a CLUB very close to the hotel. The music is so loud until 3am and barely could sleep. The noise from the traffic is loud. Choose a room without river view.

We booked rooms for 1 night only, but faced multiple problems. 1. They rent bikes till midnight only! But nobody told us that information. And the next day in the early morning (7.40 am) I got a message from a reception with ”if you keep bikes now we are going to charge you for one more day”. Day before I asked at reception ”should we bring bikes back before chekout” and answer was OK! So remember that you have to bring it till midnight, if you rent for 1 day only. Otherwise they tell you that you rent for more than 1 day! And probably no one is going to say you this information before. 2. I paid all the prices online, but at checkout they asked me to pay by cash... So actually it was kinda annoying, cause we waited for a taxi, but i had to explain that I already paid online. 3. So there were few little mistakes/misunderstandings. For example my friends ordered breakfast while check-in, but tomorrow morning stuff said ”you didn't order breakfast” and stuff like that. Small problems, but it was a lot of them But my room was nice, clean and with a perfect view. The area is quiet and calm, but not much food around, you have to drive/walk for it.
