Hotel con parcheggio a Hue

The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff, who made me feel at home immediately. The accommodation was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and every request I had — always with a smile and sincere kindness. Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable. If you are looking for a hotel with excellent accommodation, outstanding service, and truly warm-hearted staff, I highly recommend Scarlett Boutique Hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Hue. Ho viaggiato molto l'anno scorso e, sebbene la maggior parte dei miei viaggi siano stati per lavoro, credo di aver soggiornato in molti hotel. E sono più che felice di dire che il Vedana è il miglior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Pulito, tranquillo, buon cibo, vista notturna pazzesca: queste sono le cose ”normali” che si possono leggere online. Vorrei sottolineare in particolare il loro servizio. Sono un viaggiatore solitario e stavo facendo un viaggio in moto tra Da Nang e Huế. L'ultimo giorno del viaggio, avrei dovuto andare da Vedana a Da Nang, ma la pioggia era pazzesca e non accennava a fermarsi. Il personale dell'hotel mi ha aiutato non solo a ordinare un lalamove (per consegnare me e la mia moto al noleggio nel modo più economico), ma anche a negoziare con l'autista del furgone un prezzo decisamente migliore. Alla fine, ho pagato solo un prezzo davvero minimo per riavere la mia moto e arrivare in aeroporto in tempo. È semplicemente incredibile quanto siano disponibili ad aiutarti.

È stato perfetto per noi! Fin dal nostro arrivo, durante l'intero soggiorno e fino alla partenza. Il servizio è stato eccellente e il personale estremamente cortese e disponibile. L'onsen è stata una grandissima sorpresa! E i loro trattamenti spa, così eccellenti che avremmo voluto farne ancora di più. Abbiamo provato sia la colazione che la cena al ristorante, ed erano entrambe di altissimo livello. In confronto, i locali del posto non ci hanno minimamente entusiasmato. Una volta arrivati, non abbiamo nemmeno sentito il bisogno di esplorare la città, perché c'erano così tante cose da fare che il tempo a disposizione non ci è bastato. Having stayed at a Banyan Tree resort in the past, I had high expectations of this resort and I have to say, it did not disappoint me in one bit. Firstly, I have to mention the exceptional service. There is not a single thing the staff are not prepared to do in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Being a Muslim traveller, we had some concerns regarding the halal aspect of the menu. But I'm glad to say that the chefs understood the requirements and accommodated us flawlessly. We stayed in the pool beach villa for my daughter's 27th birthday, we booked two side by side. The villa itself was sensational. Getting up in the morning, walking on your own patio to your private pool, a stone throw away from the sandy beach, it's literally heaven on earth. Again, I will go back to the service levels because this is what truly makes Banyan Tree the special brand that it is. Thank you so much for your hospitality and your caring. Special mention to Nhi, Hung and Tan for making it extra special. The only downside is that it's slightly off the beaten track. A night out in Danang is a 2 hour round trip. But we spent the first 5 days of our holiday doing all the exploring and Banyan Tree Lang Co was the perfect wind down before heading home. I highly recommend anyone looking for a luxury escape in Vietnam, pick this place!

This is so far the best ever resort I've had the pleasure to stay at. From exclusive and delicious food, to a delightful Spa, this resort has everything you need or want. The restaurants: Moomba, Rice Bowl, Rice Bar and Saffron, offer a wonderful selection of dishes suitable for lovers of meat and fish, and also suitable for vegans as well. The pool is incredible and has a nice little bar. The staff members are beyond friendly and caring. They remember your names, they always ask about your stay and they pay close attention to all of your needs. Especially, I'd love to mention Hien, who was very kind and caring, Linh, a wonderful lady, making sure we had no issues during the stay, and Trinh, who was a joy to talk to when we visited the golf facility. Overall, it was our second time there and we'd definitely go back!

Quando ci siamo arrivati, ci siamo accolti con tanta gioia dal receptionista Han, un uomo molto bravo che ha preparato il nostro colazione la mattina prossima perché il nostro volo era partito così presto. Il personale era molto accogliente, le camere sono pulite, la piscina è sorprendente e il cibo era grande.

Had huge expectations from the hotel after reading reviews. The hospitality was fabulous ! The breakfast was excellent as well. Its very convenient as there are many shops and walking street nearby. However , the nightmare begins at night as there is a CLUB very close to the hotel. The music is so loud until 3am and barely could sleep. The noise from the traffic is loud. Choose a room without river view.

Il manager è molto bello, cambia la mia stanza in una stanza più bello quando si lamenta dell'odore del bagno. Non ho capito che il condotto d'aria non funzionava bene dopo essere tornato la sera e basicamente il controllore non può aprire o controllare il condizionatore d'aria, in cima il condotto d'aria solo soffia aria a 1 velocità abdc1 temperatura non abbastanza fredda, finisce a dormire poco a tutti durante la notte, perché la camera è molto calda con condotto d'aria non funziona bene. Non cercare di dire alle persone come gestire le attività alberghiere, ma come manager dovrebbero controllare le condizioni delle camere, che sono buone o cattive, porte di gabinetti, carpette di corridoio, ecc, se vogliono attrarre più clienti, e regolarmente controllare le camere, non aspettare che i clienti si lamentino e poi cercare di risolvere i problemi. A parte tutti questi manager di hotel è una persona assolutamente gentile. Non mi sento facile lasciare questo hotel perché è così gentile, ma ho bisogno di una camera fredda per dormire bene. L'affitto di moto è molto bello da questo hotel, offre una tariffa di mezzo giorno perché sono arrivato alle 2:00. La stanza dispone di 2 belle finestre e un bel giardino balcone. La posizione dell'hotel è nel centro della notte, dove si trova il pranzo e le strade a piedi.
