UUtente ospiteThe hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment.
The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities).
The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink!
The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally).
During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know!
The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked.
On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”.
We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave.
The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive.
When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

My stay at Scarlett Boutique Hotel, Hue was absolutely wonderful and truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff, who made me feel at home immediately.
The accommodation was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and every request I had — always with a smile and sincere kindness. Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable.
If you are looking for a hotel with excellent accommodation, outstanding service, and truly warm-hearted staff, I highly recommend Scarlett Boutique Hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Hue.

XXiaoyi JiangHo viaggiato molto l'anno scorso e, sebbene la maggior parte dei miei viaggi siano stati per lavoro, credo di aver soggiornato in molti hotel. E sono più che felice di dire che il Vedana è il miglior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato.
Pulito, tranquillo, buon cibo, vista notturna pazzesca: queste sono le cose ”normali” che si possono leggere online. Vorrei sottolineare in particolare il loro servizio.
Sono un viaggiatore solitario e stavo facendo un viaggio in moto tra Da Nang e Huế. L'ultimo giorno del viaggio, avrei dovuto andare da Vedana a Da Nang, ma la pioggia era pazzesca e non accennava a fermarsi. Il personale dell'hotel mi ha aiutato non solo a ordinare un lalamove (per consegnare me e la mia moto al noleggio nel modo più economico), ma anche a negoziare con l'autista del furgone un prezzo decisamente migliore. Alla fine, ho pagato solo un prezzo davvero minimo per riavere la mia moto e arrivare in aeroporto in tempo.
È semplicemente incredibile quanto siano disponibili ad aiutarti.

MMonitaDNel complesso, ho avuto un'ottima esperienza fino all'ultima notte (quella di sabato), quando l'hotel era completamente occupato da un gruppo di chiassosi vietnamiti – grandi famiglie con circa 50 bambini di diverse età (erano lì per festeggiare un compleanno) – che hanno rovinato il mio sonno alle 5:40 del mattino e poi di nuovo (dopo che ho detto loro di fare silenzio) alle 7:40, impedendomi di riaddormentarmi (avevo lavorato fino all'una di notte e avrei voluto dormire almeno fino alle 9:00) 🤦🏼♀️
I loro bambini correvano per il corridoio sin dal mattino presto urlando, con le porte delle loro stanze aperte, mentre i genitori urlavano tra loro (queste persone maleducate di paese non sanno parlare a bassa voce). Si sentiva tutto molto forte anche a porta chiusa (la mia sveglia suona persino più piano).
La sera prima, cantavano il karaoke nella sala riunioni accanto al bar della hall (nell'edificio principale), e lo sentivo distintamente nella mia stanza al quinto piano.
Non capisco perché la direzione dell'hotel permetta a gruppi così numerosi, che non sanno nemmeno rispettare gli altri ospiti, specialmente in un hotel a 5 stelle, di soggiornare in un hotel di un marchio così rinomato (Meliá).
Questo tipo di ospiti LOCALI rovina solo l'immagine dell'hotel!
Pago per un hotel a 5 stelle per dormire bene, non per essere disturbato 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7 da ospiti che non hanno buone maniere e non insegnano ai propri figli come comportarsi in luoghi simili.
Il mio consiglio per chi ha il sonno leggero è di EVITARE questo hotel nei FINE SETTIMANA, poiché probabilmente non riuscirete a dormire.
Vivo in Vietnam da 7 mesi (principalmente in hotel 4-5 stelle) e ho notato che è una pratica comune per alcuni vietnamiti radunare l'intero villaggio e prenotare hotel a 5 stelle per i fine settimana per celebrazioni.
Ho avuto lo stesso problema in un ottimo hotel 4 stelle a Hoi A dove ho soggiornato per 6 settimane. Ogni fine settimana era un incubo per me (di notte e al mattino presto!).
Per tutti gli altri aspetti, se venite a Kobi durante la settimana, questo è un hotel fantastico!
Letti, panorami, ONSEN, colazione... e il personale sono fantastici!

UUtente ospiteWe had a wonderful vacation in Banyan Tree. The service here is really on another level compared to other 5 star hotels as you are assigned a Villa host who takes care of you during your stay. Our host, Man, was very friendly and very helpful, going as far as to go to some shops to get our daughter some writing supplies so she could do her homework.
The villa is nice and it was great to lounge in our private pool. The beach is also private and quiet. The hotel facilities are shared with the sister hotel Angsana which you can travel between with the buggy. The hotels kids club is a little far, closer to the golf so you cannot walk there however the kids club staff are very good with kids. Overall we had a great stay.

AAhmed yacineI had the most amazing stay at Angsana Resort, and I cannot recommend it enough. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities, but what truly makes it special is the people who work there.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction – always smiling, always polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Whether it was at the reception, in the restaurants, by the pool, or even the housekeeping team, everyone showed such care and attention to detail that made me feel completely at home.
What impressed me the most was that it wasn’t just about good service – it felt sincere. The team really takes pride in making guests happy, and you can feel that in the little things, like remembering your preferences, greeting you by name, or checking if you’re enjoying your stay. It’s this level of friendliness and professionalism that creates such a warm atmosphere at the resort.
Angsana Resort is not just a place to relax, it’s a place where you are truly cared for. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay unforgettable – I will definitely be coming back and recommending this resort to everyone I know.

MMercyQuando ci siamo arrivati, ci siamo accolti con tanta gioia dal receptionista Han, un uomo molto bravo che ha preparato il nostro colazione la mattina prossima perché il nostro volo era partito così presto. Il personale era molto accogliente, le camere sono pulite, la piscina è sorprendente e il cibo era grande.

LleemypWe booked rooms for 1 night only, but faced multiple problems.
1. They rent bikes till midnight only! But nobody told us that information. And the next day in the early morning (7.40 am) I got a message from a reception with ”if you keep bikes now we are going to charge you for one more day”. Day before I asked at reception ”should we bring bikes back before chekout” and answer was OK! So remember that you have to bring it till midnight, if you rent for 1 day only. Otherwise they tell you that you rent for more than 1 day! And probably no one is going to say you this information before.
2. I paid all the prices online, but at checkout they asked me to pay by cash... So actually it was kinda annoying, cause we waited for a taxi, but i had to explain that I already paid online.
3. So there were few little mistakes/misunderstandings. For example my friends ordered breakfast while check-in, but tomorrow morning stuff said ”you didn't order breakfast” and stuff like that. Small problems, but it was a lot of them
But my room was nice, clean and with a perfect view.
The area is quiet and calm, but not much food around, you have to drive/walk for it.

KKaka EriolThe location and the service is good but the room is old. The gym also is small and the equipment is old, the swimming pool also small and looks dirty.
We stayed 5 days but the breakfast provide the same for 5 days, easy to get boring.
The noise cancelling in the room is bad, i can hear from outside clearly.
Everything in the room is suck especially the bathroom.
However, highly for the service and staffs there.

OOne n OnlyIl manager è molto bello, cambia la mia stanza in una stanza più bello quando si lamenta dell'odore del bagno.
Non ho capito che il condotto d'aria non funzionava bene dopo essere tornato la sera e basicamente il controllore non può aprire o controllare il condizionatore d'aria, in cima il condotto d'aria solo soffia aria a 1 velocità abdc1 temperatura non abbastanza fredda, finisce a dormire poco a tutti durante la notte, perché la camera è molto calda con condotto d'aria non funziona bene.
Non cercare di dire alle persone come gestire le attività alberghiere, ma come manager dovrebbero controllare le condizioni delle camere, che sono buone o cattive, porte di gabinetti, carpette di corridoio, ecc, se vogliono attrarre più clienti, e regolarmente controllare le camere, non aspettare che i clienti si lamentino e poi cercare di risolvere i problemi. A parte tutti questi manager di hotel è una persona assolutamente gentile. Non mi sento facile lasciare questo hotel perché è così gentile, ma ho bisogno di una camera fredda per dormire bene.
L'affitto di moto è molto bello da questo hotel, offre una tariffa di mezzo giorno perché sono arrivato alle 2:00.
La stanza dispone di 2 belle finestre e un bel giardino balcone. La posizione dell'hotel è nel centro della notte, dove si trova il pranzo e le strade a piedi.
