Hotel con parcheggio a Seattle

Great amenities! The sauna and steam room were great after a cold winter day of walking. I got a massage in the spa, very relaxing. There’s a bagel shop onsite for a quick breakfast.

Sheraton Grand Seattle has a great downtown location, spacious room, and various amenities. The hotel is located right next to the convention center and few blocks to the downtown shopping / dining. The room is spacious for four of us with enough space to open our luggage and we did not feel cramped. On a higher floor, we had a nice city view. The hotel is updated and has a large lobby, Starbucks, a wine bar, restaurants, and fitness center/pool. We arrived in the early morning and was lucky to get an early check-in. The staff we encountered was nice and helpful and we had a good experience overall. The hotel charges a destination fee that offers $20 dining credit to use in bar/Starbucks/selected restaurants and $10 Uber credit. Maybe because most people spend their $20 credits on Starbucks, the line was very long in the morning (~20 minutes). I would suggest going earlier or later to avoid the long line.

La posizione se l'hotel è fantastico. Dritto vicino alla stazione King (per i viaggiatori) e vicino al trasporto pubblico per la vista locale. La colazione è buona e il servizio è attento.

The hotel itself was in a great spot (Royal Caribbean cruise customer) and was clean and pleasant. The staff accommodated our early check in request (we arrived around 1pm) which was terrific - didn't have to wait YAY!!! The rest of the staff were all wonderful except for the bar staff. We placed an order for drinks/snacks at the bar and then sat off to the side nearer the restaurant. We had to ask at least three times for our order and the bartender/server was abrupt and rather surly. Everyone else was wonderful.

Il personale dell’hotel è amichevole, ma non utile. La lavatrice non funzionava dopo aver pagato e messo i vestiti e il detergente, poi ho chiamato il fronte, e poi mi hanno detto che la lavatrice non funzionava. Gli ho chiesto perché non hanno fatto un annuncio, il dipartimento di fronte ha detto che mi ha appena scoperto quando ho chiamato. All'inizio mi ha chiesto di aspettare fino alla mattina prossima, poi hanno la possibilità di chiamare la compagnia di lavastoviglie per cercare di rimborsarmi. Comunque, non sono sicuri se ricevo o no il rimborso!!! Al termine, andando indietro e indietro, il desk front concorda di rimborsarmi in contanti e dare qualche detergente per andare in un altro piano per il lavanderia. Arrivo a Seattle tardi alle 11:00 della sera con la macchina. Ho pagato la tassa giornaliera per il parcheggio. Poiché lasciarò Seattle solo poche ore dopo avermi controllato, mi hanno detto che non potevo lasciare la macchina nel garage fino a tardi pomeriggio, perché hanno bisogno dello spazio. Ho detto che ho pagato un’«tassa giornaliera», quindi in linea di principio dovrei poter parcheggiare la macchina fino a tardi pomeriggio, ma non mi hanno detto che è mia scelta controllare tardi e non possono fare nulla per estendere il parcheggio fino a tardi pomeriggio. Gli ho chiesto se si trattasse del regolamento, che lo mettano chiaramente nella descrizione e lo informino in anticipo agli ospiti, in particolare agli ospiti internazionali che potrebbero avere un'altra interpretazione della «tassa giornaliera». Alla fine mi permettono di parcheggiare fino alle 2:00, che è troppo presto per me, e devo cambiare il mio piano a Seattle per il parcheggio. In conclusione, l'atteggiamento generale è che sono dispiaciuti se l'ospite ha qualche problema, ma non possono aiutare molto!!!!

Ho solo bisogno di un soggiorno di notte per un esame la mattina seguente. Check in piuttosto tardi circa 9:00. Doveva pagare per il parcheggio che era ehhh, ma è Seattle. Il bagno era bello. C'è un po'di frigo e una microonde nella stanza. La mattina dopo, alle 0705, è stato facile controllare.

Stayed for 3 nights. The room is compact but fits a 28” suitcase. It’s very clean and well-stocked with an iron, hairdryer, and various USB ports. No slippers/toothbrush, but the floor and overall room are spotless. Staffs are helpful, offering late checkout (12 PM) and luggage storage. Free parking and 24/7 coffee/tea are a plus. Breakfast is only banana, orange, cereal bar - all same daily. Free bottled water on day one along with a grab-and-go breakfast, which was perfect for my busy mornings. However, it’s unclear why the water wasn't provided on the following days. Amazing location to all attractions, especially just a block behind The Sphere. I read a review as my concern of noise at night, but it’s peaceful than I thought. Only outside people voices from time to time. Though there is a train passed the hotel, it’s not operated at night. Overall, a peaceful and convenient stay - great value for money!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato migliorato al momento dell'arrivo! Il personale era molto amichevole e cortese.Abbiamo avuto una bella vista sulla città sul quattordicesimo piano. Il letto divano pullout è davvero adatto solo per un bambino. La nostra figlia più vecchia prese il letto di letto e disse che era molto incomodo, così tutti avevamo in un letto di grande dimensione, il letto di grande dimensione era molto comodo, e la mattina era morbido. La stanza era relativamente pulita, anche se un po’ polvere. Probabilmente a causa della posizione e dell'età dell'hotel. La stanza era completamente rifornita di acqua e snack. La camera era estremamente pulita! La colazione non era inclusa, quindi abbiamo avuto un cammino di cinque minuti a Starbucks. Il concierge ci ha ospitato con un camion da 15 dollari al ponte di crociera. Il servizio di camion è stato eccellente e hanno preso cura di tutti i bagagli.

The good: The house is really clean and lovely. We have all we needed to cook at home, and the rooms were nice and spacious. The Bad: The location leaves a lot to be desired, lots of people fighting and threatening outside. Several nights we've had to endure listeng to screaming and someone being harassed. It's terrifying for my kids who may be technically adults but still on the younger side. The Ugly: We've had a little incident where my partner, who's not technologically knowledgeable accidentally purchased a movie through the owner's account. The owner went through the roof calling names and accusing without asking what happened first. Reading other reviews in airbnb we can see this is not the first incident with him not being the nicest. There are ways to communicate without going from zero to sixty. We paid a few thousand dollars for this stay, another 5 bucks is not something we're looking to swindle.
