DdwendyddThe room was clean. The bed was very comfortable, with fresh linens and soft pillows that made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with quality toiletries. Overall, a perfect space to unwind after a busy day.

Had to pay for parking which was ehhh but it's Seattle.
Bathroom was nice.
There's a little fridge and a microwave in the room.
Left the next morning at 0705. Check out was easy.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

La sua posizione è superiore, poiché si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Westlake e a piedi a distanza da molte attrazioni turistiche, tra cui il Pike Flying Fish Market, Space Nail e così via. È anche conveniente viaggiare in altre attrazioni per gli autobus pubblici della città, il Metro del contea di King. Per i viaggiatori di bilancio come noi, è davvero di valore per i soldi.
L'hotel è pulito e sicuro con personale amichevole e proprietario. Il colazione complimentare è stata una sorpresa e un bonus per iniziare un giorno in un programma affidabile. Il nuovo proprietario ha messo a punto un sforzo molto per migliorare i suoi servizi.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni all'Executive Hotel, provenendo da Vancouver. Abbiamo fatto il check-in il 14 agosto e siamo stati accolti da Israel, che è stato gentilissimo, cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché i tour prenotati lo indicavano come punto di ritrovo. L'hotel è situato in una posizione comoda, in centro città, vicino alla Biblioteca Pubblica di Seattle. Nelle vicinanze si trovano diversi ristoranti e la Chiesa Cattolica di San Giacomo è raggiungibile a piedi. Avevamo una camera spaziosa e confortevole con vista sulla strada. Il personale delle pulizie è stato fantastico e si è assicurato che avessimo tutto il necessario. Un'esperienza fantastica in questo hotel. Lo consiglio vivamente!

UUtente ospiteThe good: The house is really clean and lovely. We have all we needed to cook at home, and the rooms were nice and spacious.
The Bad: The location leaves a lot to be desired, lots of people fighting and threatening outside. Several nights we've had to endure listeng to screaming and someone being harassed. It's terrifying for my kids who may be technically adults but still on the younger side.
The Ugly: We've had a little incident where my partner, who's not technologically knowledgeable accidentally purchased a movie through the owner's account. The owner went through the roof calling names and accusing without asking what happened first. Reading other reviews in airbnb we can see this is not the first incident with him not being the nicest. There are ways to communicate without going from zero to sixty. We paid a few thousand dollars for this stay, another 5 bucks is not something we're looking to swindle.
