Your prices were super good and it was such a lovely stay. It’s an old Victorian that’s in a nice residential area, close to downtown which I got familiarized with a bit. Great shops and Riverfront restaurants. Hit a lovely little Farmer’s Market Tuesday morning. The Hotel offered complimentary delicious breakfast ‘till 9:30, great snacks, coffee and tea available all day. Also, a fireplace and spa tub in my room. There is ample parking in the back. However, no elevators, so it was a bit of a workout getting everything upstairs myself. I was offered a downstairs room but I’d rather be upstairs so I considered the schlepping part of my workout. If anyone has limitations with walking, it would be quite challenging upstairs but downstairs seems very nice, too. They just were decorating for Christmas which was was beautiful and homey. I truly can’t wait to go back.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona. Ci sono diversi tipi di grandi sale intorno. Posso fare qualche passo per comprare. La stanza è grande, il servizio è buono. La viaggia è molto comoda.C'è un hamburger di cibo intorno, fantastico.

Tutte le foto mostravano un posto in fiamme nella stanza, noi non l'avevamo, non avevamo nemmeno cura della stanza di pulizia, capito con Covid, ma siamo qui 5 giorni e non abbiamo mai avuto la stanza pulita. Dovevamo chiedere due volte i tovaglioli e andare a prenderli dal desk front. Non c'era piscina né tubo caldo, ma la domanda era calda nella stanza, molto difficile da adattare a due persone.

La posizione è nel centro della città di Napa, la posizione geografica è eccellente, il personale di servizio dell'hotel è molto entusiasta. La reception ha vino rosso gratuito e una piccola tavola da pranzo dopo l'alloggio.La stanza è pulita e confortevole, soprattutto il letto è particolarmente confortevole.Le strutture pubbliche dell'hotel sono leggermente deboli, nemmeno la sala fitness... La luce dell'hotel è anche molto oscura, il tono è molto accentuato, che può essere per riflettere lo stile combinato di hotel di campagna e di qualità statunitensi.C'è una chiara differenza tra l'hotel andayao in casa.Il prezzo è ancora leggermente costoso.

Hotel liegt wunderbar um die Stadt zu erkunden und um den berühmten Wine Train zu besuchen. Pool und Whirlpool sind prima zum relaxen. Frühstücksauswahl super und free valet parking runden das Angebot ab.

Molto bello e moderno motel

Il letto è molto soffice, mi sono liberato della spazzatura.La colazione è complementare, ma sono molto soddisfatto del contenuto.C'è un centro commerciale vicino, e il shopping è molto conveniente.La stanza è pulita e confortevole.Ma se i fatti a velocità lenta di WiFi sono migliorati, voglio sicuramente usarlo di nuovo.

Overall hotel quality is great, bed is comfortable. I have a double queen size bed room. Room is spacious. However, light sleepers shall avoid room facing the pool because people can have access to the pool even after 12am, they chat and laugh can be quite disturbing at that hours. Last but not least, the staff who helped me checked out was super unfriendly and give attitude over a 10 dollar parking confusion we had while I was checking out. The attitude and service is quite bad and making the whole staying experiences a negative especially only for a minor confusion they had caused their own internal communication. It’s really not nice 👎🏻

Person whi checked us in was an *****. Took us a while to find our room since front desk made number 1 look like a 6. Excellent room. Front desk is lacking customer service. Called them twice this morning because we could not turn shower on. Took engineering 30 minutes to arrive.
