AAndreOttima accoglienza al servizio di parcheggio e alla reception.
Abbiamo dovuto preparare il divano letto da soli, nonostante durante la prenotazione ci fosse stato detto che lo avremmo usato.
Non è stato possibile fare la doccia senza allagare il bagno. La cena al ristorante dell'hotel è stata buona.
Il balcone era abbastanza spazioso, ma si allagava quando pioveva. La palestra e la piscina esterna erano troppo piccole.
Si sentono abbastanza bene il rumore della metropolitana, dei lavori in corso e degli allarmi dei vigili del fuoco.

UUtente ospitePositivo: la stanza era ben pulita. Ci siamo addormentati bene. Il desk era molto bello, il wifi era molto bello. La navetta dell'aeroporto era anche bello.
Negativo: nessun caffè e nessuno ha lasciato il bagno, abbiamo chiamato la ricezione e ci hanno detto che qualcuno avrebbe portato il caffè e rimosso il bagno, ma non è successo nulla. Oltre a questo, questo hotel non è ben mantenuto. Ci sono buchi nel gangway - è meglio non guardare troppo vicino.
Tutto in tutto il suo totale eccessivamente costoso, ma non ci sono così tante opzioni che vicini all'aeroporto. 🤷♀️

UUtente ospiteHotel itself was fine. Was a bit annoyed that the bar was not open even for a soft drink if wanted till much later. When I went down to get a bite to eat I was informed that most of the menu was not available and my selection was limited to about three items to choose from. What I found most annoying was that apparently they had some type of youth group training going on on my floor which was right next to my room. Numerous times I heard the participants laughing or conversing loudly in the hall way. Whenever I decided to leave my room to go downstairs I had to run through a gantlet of participants who were having their break out session in the hallway of which I had to walk through disrupting their conversations. While they were polite about it, it did make me feel uncomfortable to leave the room while they were doing this. When I did mention to the desk what was going on they told me about the group which was fine but I wish they would have put me on another floor if this was going on. Overall it was just an overnight stay here before a cruise but honestly next time I would choose a different hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but it actually takes a 20-minute detour by car to get there. It's not easy to find because they changed their name to Holiday Inn Express without any clear notification.
Breakfast:
The breakfast area was under renovation, so breakfast had to be taken in the lobby area between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the first day, then it changed to 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM without any notice. The breakfast options were limited: eggs, steak-like items that resembled cardboard, milk cartons, juice, coffee, and bread.
Dining Options:
There are no dining options at the hotel. You have to take an Uber or use Uber Eats to get food, as there are no nearby restaurants, just other hotels. The ongoing renovations meant no restaurant or bar was available on-site.
Rooms:
The rooms are spacious and I loved the sitting area. There are two TVs in the room, and the bathroom is perfect. However, like many American hotels, there were no toothbrush options and no hand showers.
Staff:
The staff were very professional and kind. I appreciated not having to present a credit card since everything was paid online.
Wi-Fi:
The Wi-Fi was good, but you have to re-enter the code every day.
Overall, the Cambria Hotel (now Holiday Inn Express) has its advantages, especially with room size and staff professionalism, but there are significant inconveniences due to the renovations and lack of dining options.

Durante il nostro soggiorno, c'erano molte cose che non funzionavano o erano rotte nell'hotel, inclusa la macchina per le chiavi magnetiche, quindi ci è stata data solo una chiave magnetica per una stanza da 3 persone. Nella nostra stanza, la maniglia della porta del bagno era stata strappata dall'interno prima del nostro arrivo e una delle nostre amiche è rimasta chiusa dentro senza via d'uscita. Ha provato più volte a diversi numeri per l'hotel/reception e nessuno ha funzionato. Erano in spagnolo e hanno riattaccato immediatamente o sono stati disconnessi. Fortunatamente è riuscita a mettersi in contatto con noi per farla uscire (era da sola nella stanza) ma ciò significava tornare in hotel da un'altra posizione. Dopo questo incidente, la reception ci ha detto che sarebbero venuti a riparare la porta, ma non l'hanno mai fatto. Anche le lavatrici erano rotte, quindi ci hanno dato solo 2 asciugamani ogni pochi giorni tra 3 persone. Se non ci fossero state così tante cose rotte, sarebbe stato un soggiorno dignitoso.

Purtroppo la navetta gratuita impiega un po' di tempo per raggiungere l'aeroporto, dato che ho dovuto chiamare e aspettare che venissero a prendermi. Ci vogliono circa 15-25 minuti per arrivare in aeroporto. Se non avessi un numero di cellulare statunitense, cosa che non ho avuto molte volte da turista, sarebbe difficile per me chiamare l'hotel.

I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager.
There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused.
With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back.
When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen.
This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.

Arrivati all'aeroporto internazionale di Miami, ci siamo diretti velocemente alla porta 5 del secondo piano per prendere la navetta dell'hotel. L'attesa non è stata lunga. Tutto è andato liscio. Abbiamo notato che l'autista guidava lentamente passando davanti a ogni porta e controllava che non ci fossero persone che lo salutavano. Un servizio davvero ottimo.
La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, abbiamo potuto prendere l'autobus 7 per il centro di Miami e andare nella direzione opposta al Dophin Mall.
