Right in the center of Coconut Grove, convenient to everything. Bellini Restaurant is quite good, but not stellar. Housekeeping is the best I’ve ever encountered. However, on a Saturday, at noon, they booked a little-kids birthday party at the pool. What? Adults were trying to relax, enjoy the pool, etc., but we were surrounded by a herd of screaming kids. A big mistake. Again, otherwise, a delightful stay.

The hotel room was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the mattresses were soft and hard enough for me to sleep well. The air conditioning in the room cooled well and the internet was stable, which fully met my daily needs. The bathroom was clean and hygienic and the quality of the toiletries was good. The taste of the food and beverage was also very good. In addition, there are many snack streets near the hotel, which is convenient for us to taste local specialities. The location of the hotel is also very convenient to the metro station and bus station. The location is excellent, right on the shore of Florida Bay, with pleasant scenery, nothing to complain about. The equipment is a little old but still functional. The price is a little expensive, but maybe it's because of the school spring break in the United States. The overall stay experience is very good 😌

Yesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed.

New, small hotel in a great location. Had a fresh free breakfast and even bikes for use! My only gripe was the check-in process, which is online since no employees are present at the hotel, but Trip.com sends no advance information on it so you have to do it when you arrive (see my favorite meme pictured for directions on how to check-in)

Camera: Ampia e spaziosa, ben tenuta e pulita. La camera veniva pulita quotidianamente e gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni giorno. Alloggiavamo vicino alla palestra e alla piscina, e purtroppo a volte era piuttosto rumoroso. Eravamo contenti di avere un balcone, tuttavia non offriva alcuna vista perché era ostruito. La camera era piuttosto buia, avrebbe gradito qualche lampada in più. C'era una grande TV in camera, ma, sebbene fosse una Smart TV, non si connetteva ai dispositivi. Portatevi un cavo HDMI se volete guardare programmi in streaming. Piscina e palestra: Più grandi di quanto sembri dalle foto, tranquille al mattino ma affollate tra mezzogiorno e il pomeriggio. Non c'erano molti lettini, ma l'area della piscina e la piscina stessa erano pulite e c'erano molti teli da piscina gratuiti, anche se finiscono quando c'è molta gente. La palestra aveva attrezzature limitate, solo un paio di tapis roulant e pesi. Uno dei tapis roulant era rotto, ma venivano forniti teli da piscina e l'area sembrava nuova e pulita. Personale: Il personale della reception è sempre stato molto disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere due volte la sostituzione della carta igienica e degli asciugamani, ma il problema è stato risolto, nonostante fosse tarda notte. Posizione: centralissima, a pochi passi da tutti i caffè e ristoranti del centro di Brickell. Vicino ai mezzi di trasporto che collegano la stazione di Brickell con tutta Miami. La zona circostante ci è sembrata sicura, soprattutto per noi due giovani donne in viaggio. Il bar al 24° piano offre una vista fantastica ed è un ottimo posto per lavorare o bere qualcosa. Sebbene faccia parte di un altro hotel, il personale è stato molto gentile e ci ha permesso di accedervi. Nel complesso, abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Indigo, lo consigliamo vivamente e offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Review: I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager. There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused. With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back. When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen. This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.
