Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!

Super big room and clean. Only thing I was concerned is the curtain. Only one layer can close, the other layer is for decoration only. It is not thick enough esp. when I was given a level 1 room facing car park. With room lights on (2nd pic) and off (3rd pic), the curtain is a bit transparent. I had to do all changing in bathroom although I suppose to have full privacy in my room. Also, morning light penetrated through, made me waked up even earlier than the alarm set. Another thing to share is about the noise. I saw other reviews that Aircon is noisy but I find it is normal. The noise came from the fridge, which I usually power it off.

Che ci crediate o no, questo è il miglior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato negli Stati Uniti. Tutti i servizi sono nuovi. La colazione è buona. Si trovano facilmente ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Davvero consigliato per chi si recherà a Page, visitando l'Antelope Valley. Il migliore della categoria.

The location is perfect and all the staff were very friendly. We traveled with our dog so it's good that they have a small dog park near our room. They also provide free EV charging which was very convenient, too. The only thing I can think of is that the shower water pressure was a bit low. However, overall we had a really good experience

Questo hotel è stato incredibile. Tutte le persone alla reception sono state incredibilmente gentili e molto disponibili durante i nostri 3 giorni qui. Susie, che è una degli specialisti del Grand Canyon e siede vicino alla reception, era così ben informata e ha impiegato 10-15 anni per parlare di tutti i dettagli per entrare nel parco. L'hotel in sé era molto pulito e a soli 10 minuti di auto dal South Rim. La prossima volta che visiteremo, soggiorneremo di nuovo qui.

Leider war der Service von unserem Rezeptionisten beim Check-In unterirdisch. Ich wurde von ihm gefragt, ob wir ein Zimmer im UG oder im OG haben möchten. Ich antwortete ihm, im UG, um dann bei unserer Ankunft im Gebäude zu realisieren, dass er uns doch ein Zimmer im EG gegeben hat. Außerdem haben wir im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes „das letzte Zimmer“ im Gebäude erhalten und die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer passte irgendwie ins Bild… Da wir wussten, dass wir nicht viel Zeit im Zimmer verbringen werden, verzichtete ich auf eine Beschwerde. Beim Check-Out wurde auch nicht gefragt, ob wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden waren.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona con belle viste e vicina a tutto il cibo. Ho incontrato la questione dell'aria condizionata e la manutenzione mgr ha aiutato a cambiare una stanza veloce. Anche se era più piccolo, il problema è stato risolto immediatamente.I flussi sono fuori servizio e non possono essere fissati a causa delle vacanze.

Excellent location in Flagstaff AZ, right on the main drag into town but located above the roadway in a secluded tree'd location. Quiet for its location but a little tricky to locate and really only available, safely, from one direction due to being on a very busy two way main artery into and out of town. Very close to freeways I-17 and I-40. Facility has adequate parking with several handicap parking spots adjacent to the main entrance. Two story building, nice lobby and they serve a continental style breakfast in the mornings. I had a queen non smoking, handicap accessible room on the second floor overlooking the outdoor pool. Key card access to elevator and room access, felt very safe and secure. Room nicely furnished and very clean. Other than checkin desk, had no interaction with staff. High speed Internet accessed via a secure login, had pleny of speed to stream Netflix movies from my laptop. Definately will stay there again.

Le camere sono pulite, la posizione è ideale se si vuole avvicinarsi al Grand Canyon - solo un'ora di guida! C'è un grande supermercato di Safeway vicino, e con la microonde e il frigorifero, siete tutti in grado di fare qualche pasto semplice nella vostra stanza. La palestra è 24/7, che è anche molto conveniente.

Viveva nella città di Liu, dal Grand Canyon. Lo standard del motel, non è buono dirlo.L'aria condizionata americana suona in modo ridotto, anche una sorta di paragone. Il modo di fornitura del colazione è molto speciale. Il caffè latte succhia da solo. Tutti possono anche andare alla reception. Una seconda scelta, un'ottima becco di bacon di uova calda è molto buono. L'Università statale di Arizona del Nord è qui, dietro la montagna di neve.
