Hotel con parcheggio a Trebisonda

We have stayed in Pelit Park hotel for 2 nights. Hotel it self not big, have few floors, from our room we had beautiful side sea view. Room was spacious, wifi was good, always had hot water in shower. We like breakfasts, they was so tasty. Hotel staff are friendly, they have parking space at hotel. Only I don't like cleaning, on arrival I have found some plastic parts from bottle on carpet, and second day, when was made room cleaning, one towel was with holes, and also I saw small hole on bed sheet. My opinion, they need to take more attention for cleaning service. Anyway we like our stay there and satisfied 👍🏼

The Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy. Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel.

Overall, the hotel is good. We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved. The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles. The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

Genel olarak konaklamam oldukça keyifliydi. Otelin konumu havaalanına yakın ve şehir merkezine (Meydan’a) taksiyle ulaşım çok kısa sürüyor; üstelik taksi ücretleri de ***et makul. Yürümek isterseniz yaklaşık bir saat sürüyor ki bu da ***et yapılabilir bir mesafe. Odam temizdi ve manzarası çok güzeldi, hatta nezaket gösterip oda tipimi yükselttiler (upgrade yaptılar). Ancak bir noktaya değinmem gerekiyor: Personelin büyük çoğunluğu güler yüzlü olsa da, bir çalışan sadece dış görünüşüm farklı olduğu için beni hedef alıp gereksiz sorularıyla beni oldukça darladı. Bu tavrın yanlış olduğunu düşünüyorum ve dürüst olmak gerekirse bu durum, lobiye her gidişimde kendimi huzursuz ve gergin hissetmeme neden oldu. Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno! La stanza era molto comoda, pulita e elegante. La posizione è eccellente, vicino a tutto quello che mi serviva, e la zona si sentiva molto sicura. Il personale “Abdul Rahman” era benvenuto e sempre pronto ad aiutare, il che rendeva il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Mi consiglierei sicuramente questo posto e attendere con ansia di tornare di nuovo”.

It was a little bit far from center of Trabzon but services we get were amazing and satisfactory. It was located nearby industrial zone and it was safe also night. Maybe some renovations needed for rooms. Bed and most of the items were clean overall. You can also take a tour offer from reception. I joines Sümela Monastery and Hamsiköy tour and tried sutlage. Price of tour was good but maybe duration for destinations might be increased. There are restaurants nearby and I can recommend patesserie and Terminal Restaurant to try pidas with minced beef and cheese. Free breakfast was delicious as well.

We stayed one night in the hotel in Trabzon and then extended our stay for two more nights. The hotel has its own convenient parking next door. The furniture in the lobby is a bit outdated but still very comfortable. The hotel has two elevators, which is super comfortable. Beds and mattresses are very comfy, we had good sleep the entire stay. Breakfasts were very nice Good selection of cheese, olives and jams. They also served omelette with pepperoni, boiled eggs, fries and a selection of breads with local butter and honey. The staff was very welcoming. The hotel is located right across the street, but you can’t hear any noise from the station. We recommend the hotel if you want to stay on budget in Trabzon.

In generale, il mio soggiorno in questo hotel aveva i suoi alti e bassi, la persona al parcheggio era incredibilmente utile e si occupava molto della mia auto, che era un inizio positivo. La mancanza di un sorriso, pur potenzialmente culturale, ha lasciato un po' di impressione fredda. Il check-in era efficiente e la stanza 206 era pulita, ma era deludente non avere una caldaia o un ferro. Il condizionamento d’aria, sul lato luminoso, funzionava bene. La testa del doccia può essere migliorata, come non mi piaceva. Inoltre, la fornitura di un solo grande e un piccolo asciugamano era un po’ minima. Su una nota positiva, la posizione dell’hotel era conveniente, con negozi a piedi. Check-out era semplice, semplicemente consegnare la chiave al ricevitore. In conclusione, sebbene vi siano alcuni aspetti positivi, alcuni miglioramenti nelle strutture e nell'atteggiamento dei servizi potrebbero migliorare l'esperienza complessiva di questo hotel.

Il personale è utile, ma l'hotel deve migliorare la sua pulizia e le camere sono saturate di un odore di sigarette soffocante e sgradevole.

Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo, il personale era così amichevole e utile, era sociale, e abbiamo incontrato persone sorprendenti durante il nostro soggiorno. L'unica domanda che ho avuto è la posizione, tutti i ristoranti vicino sono molto prezzi e turistici, quindi è necessario essere pronti a camminare un po' fuori dalla zona per un pasto più economico.
