UUtente ospiteНебольшой дом, три этажа, третий пока не обжитой. На этаже по два номера. Одна комната выходит на улицу, в маленький дворик (фото), в ней есть балкон, раскладной диван и телевизор . Вторая - спальня, там двуспальная кровать и еще односпальная. Везде есть кондиционеры.
Сетки от комаров есть, ванная чистая, холодильник небольшой, чайник. Посуды несколько чашек, блюдца, но у хозяев что-то можно взять, если надо
Где-то рядом видимо коровник или что-то такое, такой деревенский запах, но несильный, и местами. Единственное, ночью пришлось закрыть окно над двуспальной кроватью - беспокоил, в другом окне - ок.

TTHT2023My husband and I recently had the pleasure of spending two nights at the Cotton House in Pammukale. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality by the owner, Mr. Tufan. He was always friendly and warm, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
During our visit, we unfortunately fell victim to a scam involving our shuttle bus booking to the airport. However, Mr. Tufan was incredibly patient and dedicated in helping us resolve the issue. His assistance and support made us feel safe and secure throughout our time at the Cotton House.
The rooms at the Cotton House were immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. We felt a sense of comfort and relaxation in our well-appointed accommodations. Additionally, the homemade breakfast served each morning was simply delightful, leaving us satisfied and ready to explore the wonders of Pammukale.
In conclusion, I highly recommend staying at the Cotton House if you have plans to visit Pammukale. The exceptional hospitality of Mr. Tufan, combined with the cleanliness, comfort, and delicious breakfast, made our experience truly memorable.

DDonovan_ldidn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.

NNeol TooMy stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal.
The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience.
Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options.
During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure.
In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay in Pamukkale.

DDivya24Hotel molto decente e vicino al dolce di cotone Pammukale. Ogni camera ha un balcone privato. Colazione complementare è buona. C'è una piscina che è ben mantenuta. Il check-in tardivo è stato facile e comodo. Può vedere baloncini di aria calda volare solo dalla balcone della stanza.

Una grande stanza con una riparazione eccellente.
Dalle finestre si apre una vista panoramica dei travertini, e al mattino anche fortunato di vedere i palloncini volare in prossimità - solo super!
Il pranzo è servito da tradizionali turchi, deliziosi e saturi.
Bene, e vorrei notare un notevole host reagente - con tutto il sostegno, il discorso e in generale molto felicemente accettato.

UUtente ospiteNon è il nostro hotel preferito in Turchia. La stanza era essenziale e la maggior parte delle cose sembrava un po' malconcia. Quando siamo arrivati c'era un odore troppo forte di disinfettante, ma niente in confronto all'odore dello scarico quando abbiamo provato a lavarci i denti. Non c'era la tenda della doccia e nessun gancio per il soffione della doccia, quindi abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia tenendo il soffione con le mani. Immagino che si ottenga ciò per cui si paga.

The good thing is it has big buffet half board, thermal pool and Turkish bath.
The hotel smells dampness.
but it is the only big international hotel chain in Pamukkale, and we only stay for 1 night, so it is acceptable for the price.
