Nice experience to stay in real ”modern” cave hotel with good services

The hotel was nice, clean , friendly staff , we booked a deluxe room but was allocated a smaller room , the room was small and lighting in room was very dark, not many bars and restaurants around hotel,bus local for trips to town , a taxi to Gorme was 750 tl and well worth a visit, we didn’t do ballon’s due to the weather (mid September)the breakfasts are very good (Turkish)

L'Hotel Cappadocia è un po' più lontano dalle esperienze del palloncino caldo rispetto a Goreme e almeno un'ora dall'aeroporto di Kayseri, ma è ancora un'area tranquilla e ha un senso locale. Siamo rimasti in gruppo di tre nella stanza 202, ma tre dei porti di carico della stanza non funzionavano, quindi ho dovuto caricare il mio telefono alla ricezione con il loro aiuto. Il bagno in quella stanza era un po' strano anche nel fatto che il cappuccio non si fermava da solo, quindi quando mi sedei, il cappuccio cominciò a cadere chiuso. A parte queste cose, il colazione era buono e era bello stare in una caverna in stile boutique hotel. Anche un grande servizio con il loro aiuto con il nostro bagaglio e anche dare gratis acqua fredda mentre aspettavamo il pick-up dell'aeroporto. Il personale poteva parlare inglese, quindi non c'era nulla perduto nella traduzione.

Hotel piccolo, accogliente e molto familiare. Dettagli molto attento e camere molto belle di pietra. È a 20 minuti in auto da Goreme per cui è più tranquillo ma vicino a tutto il turismo.

Il personale è cordiale e la colazione, seppur semplice, era pulita e ben preparata. La family room su due livelli era perfetta per la nostra famiglia e la vista dal terrazzo era magnifica, con l'intera cittadina visibile a colpo d'occhio.

L'hotel è un concetto molto diverso facilmente raggiungibile tramite navetta

The overall experience is good. We were worried that it would be cold in the cave. However, the temperature was comfortable, and you can control it. Also, there was really good wi-fi. However, we had a few issues there: 1. The kettle is broken and should be changed 2. The hair dryer is old and bad quality. 3. When we checked in the owner said that tea is free and available any time, I think it.was misunderstood as on the last day host asked us to pay 400tl for the tea and coffee. 4. We booked a room with a fireplace but host said that it doesn't work. Later, we did clarify why it doesn't work and the problem was that the owner didn't have wood for it and it wasn't possible to buy it on our own anywhere (we did visit 4 different places).
