GGuest from HKAfter arriving, I was immediately shocked by the picturesque environment. This resort is surrounding the lush green ladder rice padding field with a picturesque pond decorated with lotus flowers. You can enjoy on your private terrace the surrounding tranquility and the harmonious garden symphony from birds, roosters, frogs and the scents from blooming flowers. This is definitely a place worth resting away from the hustle and bustle of city life. In addition, the service team gave unfailing support to anything you need. Restaurant Kwau gave us memorable tastes of Thai foods. With the help of Khun Kuan, we enjoyed pleasant dining experiences and tasted delicious foods from different areas of Thailand. The Spa is also commendable! Their massage skill is unparalleled in downtown Chiang Mai. Joining Buffalo washing like a farmer is an unforgettable experience for people grow up in city!

SSamujjalAlthough I mistakenly booked the stay for the same day while making the reservation in the evening — meaning the check-in time had already passed by about four hours and I am quite far away in PAI (leaving next day to Mae RIM). Since it was a non-refundable, no-show booking, I initially thought I had lost it.
However, Paul, the reception manager, reached out by email to ask what time I would be arriving. I explained my mistake, letting him know I had meant to book for the following day. To my surprise and gratitude, they kindly adjusted my reservation at no extra charge.
The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and filled with tranquil natural sounds. The cleanliness was outstanding.
The huts are very nice. The toilet and shower were stylish, modern, and spotless. I had a very comfortable stay, and the breakfast was of excellent quality.

CChutimaVery cozy and nice resort in Mon Jam. The resort architecture was really homey. We came to the resort too early before check-in time but we've been received great service and hospitalized to get early check-in also been upgraded to the bigger room to ”Mon Fah” that you can enjoy the stunning view at your room great balcony area. Hot chamomile tea retreated me from a bit cold but fresh greenery after rain during check-in waiting. After check-in, we took lunch at resort restaurant that they had Michaelin stars 3 consecutive years. Food was fresh and very healthy delicious especially organic vegg. We felt very warm hospitalized from all service minded and well trained staffs and especially 'Pee Su” the owner. All fruits especially papaya was really sweet and fresh. We encouraged yo support local organic farm directly here that you can enjoy shopping papaya, lemon, and seasonal vegg and fruits here. ”Nong Kwan” the resort staff brought us to the local chilli, lettuce and cabbage farm down hill that easy to access from resort. She's really friendly and amazingly she learnt how to plant by herself, from long year experience learning by doing was such a great expertise that she shared her know how with us and we learnt from her a lot about high land plantation. We appreciated Pee Su, Long Kwan and all staffs provided us great service like friends visit home. We promised next time to Mon Jam, we'll revisit your place once again for sure.

UUtente ospiteLove this hotel, new, clean, medium sized hotel. 3 of us stayed in a good size double story room! It’s only 5-10 mins drive from the city and they offer a great spread for hotel breakfast & my favourite is the mini cafe which they open every morning, even if it’s just to serve 2-3 guests with latte or americano coffee options. Must say they really put heart into the work they do. Every single staff there works hand in hand to provide great service. Will be back!

SShelySAmazing place, looks even better than the pictures. The views are amazing, the service is top. It is a little difficult to get to but worth it. The design is so well thought out and includes everything you need. It was so quiet and peaceful, very comfortable and lovely amenities. I made a request for something nice for us and they went all out with beautiful rose decorations. It was so thoughtful and made it extra special. I’d love to return back here.

HHC524Excellent from start to finish. Gorgeous views and staff who were always smiling. Grab is ok to go back to hotel but needed to pay a bit more for taxis to go from the hotel. Swimming pool was nice but very cold. Overall would definitely recommend for a carefree and memorable stay!

UUtente anonimoAmazing experience to stay a night in the mountains. Very nice dinner and breakfast provided. Its was raining very heavily at night causing a power cut-off, the staff had to brave through the rain/storm to distribute candles to us. Nice rustic experience. Wonderful view the following morning due to heavy storm the night before. It feels like im living among the clouds.

UUtente ospiteStavamo aspettando di rimanere qui così tanto, era il luogo più costoso che abbiamo soggiornato a £149 per la notte, purtroppo era estremamente deludente prima di essere stati tenuti ad aspettare 40 minuti nel caldo che sbaglio per un conducente, Abbiamo dovuto telefonare due volte per chiedere quanto tempo avremmo dovuto aspettare, e poi ci siamo mantenuti aspettando altri 40 minuti per controllare, nonostante chiese di un controllo precoce. Alla fine siamo arrivati alla stanza che era molto polvere sia sulle tavole da letto che intorno ai tavoli, il fattore decisivo per noi di prenotare qui era il bagno all'aperto, purtroppo dovevamo pulirlo prima di usarlo, poi l'acqua era solo coperta, quindi non era buono. Se si prestasse attenzione alla pulizia e se il bagno avesse acqua calda sarebbe stato bello, non mi fermerò di nuovo qui nonostante il bellissimo staff e le splendide viste.

If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy a peaceful moment, this place is considered to be one of them. With full facilities served in the middle of the mountain, you can pretty much enjoy nature and feel comfortable at the same time. The breakfast was awesome for those who would like to try Asian food. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was not easy to access for the fortravelers who don't have cars because the place is on the mountain. However, you could try to ask the hotel for the service, if they have.
What I think could be improved
When I entered the room, there was no tissue in the toilet and no tea bag at the minibar. But maybe they have many customers to serve on that day.

HHenry ZawWe were staying in the deluxe mountain view room, which was basically a tent with a bed. When we first entered, the room looked dusty and seemed like it hadn’t been used in a while. But the hotel staff quickly cleaned it for us. Since we couldn’t speak Thai, we had a language barrier, but the staff did their best to help. The water heater didn’t work well, and we couldn’t do anything about it. The air conditioning couldn’t turn off or set the temperature. This place was cold at night, with temperatures dropping to 12°C, and we couldn’t turn off the air conditioning, so we almost froze and couldn’t sleep. We discovered that this place wasn’t very popular with tourists and mostly locals came for camping. I think locals wouldn’t be too bothered by those issues, but as tourists, we were a bit disappointed.
The hotel staff are polite and helpful, which we greatly appreciate.
