The hotel is ideally situated near the airport, so very convenient for those who have a short stay in Bankok. They also have an hourly pick-up and drop off service at the airport. Nice variety of food offered at the restaurants. All the staff members were very helpful, friendly and polite. I enjoyed my short stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

A me piaceva il servizio di navetta aeroportuale. È incredibilmente conveniente e permette di andare all'aeroporto per prendere un po' di mercantile o fare shopping durante il vostro soggiorno. La camera stessa era decente, ma ho qualche suggerimento per il miglioramento: il tubo di doccia prolunga un po' troppo, rendendo facile da buttarla accidentalmente e cambiare la temperatura dell'acqua o disattivarlo completamente mentre si fa la doccia. Inoltre, le tende e il tessuto sul telaio del letto si sentono piuttosto obsoleti e hanno tinture notevoli. Il servizio al divano era perfettamente buono, ma ho trovato che l'attenzione del personale alle porte, agli ascensori e alle navette era incoerente. Sebbene desideri fornire questo feedback in modo costruttivo, ho notato una differenza distinta nel livello di servizio proattivo fornito, e il personale in queste aree sembrava molto più accogliente e utile verso alcuni ospiti. Ottimo soggiorno. La ragazza della reception è stata davvero gentile e amichevole. L'aeroporto è a circa 10 minuti di macchina. Non ci sono molte opzioni di cibo nelle vicinanze, ma si ordina sempre la consegna o si va al 7-11 della porta accanto. L'unico aspetto negativo è che mi hanno dato una stanza vicino alla strada e il rumore del traffico è piuttosto insopportabile, soprattutto se si desidera riposare bene tra un volo e l'altro.

I recently stayed at this hotel during the amnesty period and was disappointed. The receptionist didn’t smile, and though her words were polite, her tone and expression were unfriendly, leaving a poor first impression. I paid 1,895 baht for my room, and it didn’t meet expectations. The room was old and not well-maintained, with outdated facilities like a poor-quality hair dryer. I found leftover shampoo caps and a used body sponge in the bathroom, and the toilet had an unpleasant smell. For the price, I expected much better. On a positive note, the decoration throughout the lobby, hallway, and exterior is good, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff at the theater and parking were excellent and attentive. The hotel offers a theater with shows and a 24-hour jazz bar, which are great features, but there’s no discount for guests. I’d recommend visiting for the entertainment but staying elsewhere.

The room was very dirty. The sheets were stained and had clearly not been changed since the previous guest. I found a dead bedbug on the mattress. The nighttime front desk staff was very rude. The only nice thing about this place is the location, as it’s very close to the airport. However, it is also directly beside a highway and is very noisy at night. Don’t stay if you’re a light sleeper or bring earplugs.
