UUtente ospiteWe stayed here at the end of September. At night the temperature outside was around 10°C, and the room was extremely cold. There was no heating at all – not even radiators, which is very strange for a four-star hotel.
The only option was the air conditioner blowing warm air, but it was directed straight at the bed, which was very uncomfortable, so we had to turn it off. As a result, the room simply could not be heated.
In the bathroom there was a small infrared heater, but it was almost useless and didn’t really warm the space. Taking a shower and stepping out into such cold air was very unpleasant.
Luckily, we stayed only one night, but we were freezing the whole time. Definitely not what you expect from a hotel of this category.

UUtente ospiteI stopped by Łodz for a while, and it was a nice hotel. Just up there are manufaktura, a complex of abandoned factories, and the museum, and it was good to go down the road to the southeast.

UUtente ospiteI would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Wiktor, the receptionist, and Mr. Wadym, the young bellboy, for their exceptional kindness and willingness to assist. They were incredibly warm-hearted and did everything they could to help me, especially with my luggage. I have only the highest praise for them.
I am also deeply appreciative of Mr. Tomasz, the manager, for his efforts in addressing my concerns. He was understanding and supportive when I needed to leave the hotel, and his professionalism and compassion truly stood out. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
May God bless the kindness of these wonderful individuals. My deepest thanks to them all. The hotel has a beautiful art gallery and a great touch of designs. Thanks for the coffee and water!

UUtente ospiteImpressive stay at the hotel with original concept in a cosy stylish old building. The genuine atmosphere based on old cinema vibes, there is even a small cinema hall on the premices with a classic films shown in the evening.
Very friendly welcoming professional service.
The room is spacious and cozy, with good internet, there is kitchen corner and all amenities provided, and to crown it all, - a high quality coffee machine with capsules available all day. There is only one note, - for those who care about healthy sleep and for China guests in particular the mattress should nave been a bit less soft.
The breakfast is good, with original local notes like zurek soup and fresh apple pancakes, the in-house restaurant is also worth visiting, but the adjacent area also bustles with nice restaurants and cafes to enjoy.

UUtente ospiteHostel tworzony z pasją. Za niewielką cenę nie spodziewałam się wiele, wręcz niemożliwe wydawało mi się zapewnienie godnych warunków za cenę ponad dwa razy niższą niż w hotelu. Rzadko kiedy zdarza się tak pozytywnie zaskoczyć! Łazienka w porządku, miejsce do przygotowania posiłku, nawet telewizor w pokoju. Przydałby się przedłużacz żeby móc swobodnie naładować telefon. Łódź jest zdecydowanie warta, żeby odwiedzać ją częściej, nawet jeśli budżet jest raczej skromny. Bardzo fajne i bezpieczne miejsce, polecam!

UUtente anonimoSono rimasto sola per una notte, ma la stanza è grande, il bagno è molto forte e facile da fiorire.
Dopo aver lasciato la stanza, potevo conservare il bagaglio.
Inoltre, anche se dopo il ritiro, consultare alcuni problemi personali è molto utile.La risposta alla reception è buona.
Ma finche'non sono andato alla ricezione solo le scale, non c'è ascensore, quindi è difficile per una ragazza con un bagaglio grande, quindi è un po'delusionante, non c'è ascensore all'ingresso.Inoltre, sono molto soddisfatto.
