EEril Ken TravelsThis hotel is nice! Simple yet elegant. I had the chance to stay here on my way to Bydgoszcz. Staff are very friendly, accommodating, and polite. The hotel is clean, they change the towels everyday, and you can ask for your bed linens to be changed too. Breakfast is buffet style and there’s a great selection of food. The only problem is the hotel’s location if you are a tourist. The tourist spots are a bit far. But there’s a beautiful park nearby. All in all, this hotel is great! I enjoyed my stay!

AAnton KrasnovThe room was good, even if a bit small for two people, the water pressure was weak. They have a laundry you can use, which is an advantage. BUT! The communication is very bad, especially for the hotel without reception. They didn’t send me check-in instructions in advance, and I had to have a written communication with trip.com support on my arrival day for the whole day to get them, which is unacceptable. And also, even though they say they have 24/7 support, the hotel responded to me about my inquiry only the next day. They were nice to let us check-in later, but we needed this information earlier than we received it.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è vicino alla strada di Amber. Il paesaggio fuori dalla stanza in cui viviamo è molto buono. Le strutture sono completamente pulite. Vive in diversi hotel nazionali in Europa, con questo fornisce acqua potabile e caldo.

Cons:
- There's some road construction, the Uber we took from the airport to hotel can't find way to hotel therefore he took several rides around, trying to find a way and in the end, we need to carry our luggage for few hundred meters on cobble stone road.
- The checkout time, according to the receptionist, is 11:00, not 12:00 as on Trip.com
- Since Uber driver can't find the right way to hotel, we asked the receptionist to call a taxi. She called a car (not sure if it's a taxi since there's no meter) and when we reached the train station (2 km away), the driver asked 35 zl for a trip on Uber cost 15 zl.

MMichelleCi siamo arrivati circa alle 9 del mattino, ma forse nessuno si è fermato la notte prima, quindi il fratello di Liu Xiaogang ci ha mandato un'apparenza di ferro di ferro dell'hotel 😍 Gli zuccheri sul pannolino sono molto deliziosi quando siamo entrati in camera presto (se necessario, per favore, non chiedere ragionevolmente).
L'hotel è situato accanto alla chiesa di San Mary, fuori è la strada di Amber. Ci sono molti oggetti che possono scegliere di comprare indietro come regalo. Il prezzo non è costoso e bello.Camminare 5-10 minuti è la zona piazzata. Ci sono molti ristoranti e bar che possono essere scelti, non lontano dal fiume. A piedi, ci sono Rossmann (come il negozio di farmaci + supermercato) che può comprare tutti i tipi di necessità di vita.
A 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Głowny di Gdask, il taxi di Chen è circa 10-15PLN. Se vuoi chiamare Uber o Bolt dall'hotel, devi andare in un altro posto per impostare un punto di raccolta
L'esperienza di alloggio personale è buona, ma quindi l'hotel senza elettricità non può essere molto adatto per gli anziani.

UUtente anonimoOne of the most satisfied hostels I’ve stayed in Europe at such good price. 24/7 reception. Free water refill machine. Free good wifi. Separated male and female toilet and shower rooms (all in same floor tho), all-in-one shower gel(?) and hair dryers equipped. Many lockers on the floor (need to ask reception for the lock I think but not sure). New bed sheet, duvet sheet and pillow case provided. Very clean overall. Each bed has own x1 plug for charging and x1 reading light. View is amazing. Very good location (close to old town). Stunning view on rooftop (I didn’t upload the pics for the view tho), residents can get drinks there. Staff are very efficient and helpful, even the residents are really nice. The rooms and washroom/toilet are bright and spacious. Bins in each room. Restaurant right on G/F. AND the convenience store is just 1 min away. Kitchen with fridge, cups and utensils equipped, although the pan and pots are a bit old(?), I don’t need to cook anyway. Luggage storage available for residents. I feel very safe as a solo female traveler. I booked this only the night before but didn’t expect I would be this satisfied, what a good surprise to me. Making my experience here extra good.

UUtente ospiteWhilst the location, facilities and staff were good unfortunately the sleeping experience was not. Having paid for a hotel room for three nights, having two of these disrupted by extremely loud music (until 4am on Saturday night and 1am on the Monday) from the bar and nightclub above, I could not recommend. I suspect experiences may vary depending on your proximity to the roof and light-well in the middle of the building.
Having since read reviews from other customers, this is a know issue, despite the best acting skills of the staff. This was evident from the bulk supply of earplugs available at reception when we raised the issue with them in the early hours of the morning. I appreciate the hotel itself has little control over the noise from the roof terrace/nightclub above but it did mean a couple nights of very poor sleep.

MMareksXxsS66Rg9Miałem przyjemność spędzić dwie noce (24 - 26 października 2025 r) w Hotelu Olivia i ogólnie jestem zadowolony z pobytu. Pokój był czysty i zadbany, co zdecydowanie na plus. Personel był bardzo miły i pomocny, zawsze gotowy do odpowiedzi na moje pytania.
Lokalizacja hotelu jest dobra, 7,4 km po linii prostej od dworca głównego PKP trochę za daleko tak uważam, ale były taxówki i komunikacje miejskie to nie było tak strasznie
Jedynym minusem był lekki hałas z hali sportowej, który czasami przeszkadzał w nocy. Mimo to, polecam ten hotel na krótki pobyt z pewnością wrócę w przyszłości.
