Hotel con palestra a Danzica

Amazing experience! Kasper (hope I remembered his name correctly), the young man at the reception, was incredibly friendly and attentive. He helped us arrange a room with a sofa bed—the bed was already made when we checked in—and he also gave us lots of great tips for visiting Gdańsk. My child absolutely loved the stay, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. Since we had to check out very early at 3:40 a.m., the team thoughtfully prepared a breakfast box for us, which we truly appreciated. The room was spacious, the bathroom felt very new, and there were no unpleasant smells at all. The only small downside was the lack of a mini fridge. The hotel is about a 20-minute taxi ride from Sopot, the Old Town, and the airport. The train station is just a 3–4 minute walk away, which makes getting around very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay away from crowded tourist areas while still enjoying a comfortable stay and an excellent breakfast.

Hotel fantastico proprio nel cuore della Città Vecchia. Tutto è proprio dietro l'angolo. Splendida vista dal bar sul tetto (e anche cocktail fantastici). Abbiamo ricevuto un servizio impeccabile e sono rimasto molto colpito dalla cordialità e dall'attenzione di tutti. La nostra camera (che ospitava una famiglia di 3 persone) era molto spaziosa e pulitissima, tutto era nuovo. È possibile scegliere i cuscini e richiedere articoli da toeletta extra alla reception. Ci tornerei sicuramente, è stato davvero un fantastico soggiorno di una notte!

L'hotel era fantastico. La posizione era ottima. C'era un mercato dietro l'angolo. Il trasporto dall'aeroporto all'hotel era molto facile. Prendi l'autobus dal trasferimento aeroportuale per le principali attrazioni turistiche. A pochi passi puoi prendere un altro autobus. Prendi l'autobus. Quando scendi dall'autobus, gira a destra. Credo alla quinta fermata. Il tuo hotel è lì. Il trasporto era facile. Puoi andare ovunque dall'hotel. Il personale era fantastico. La colazione era fantastica. Non ho mangiato al ristorante, ma l'odore era buono. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel. Ottima esperienza.

Ottimo hotel, soprattutto considerando il prezzo. Solo 50 sterline a notte. Ottima posizione, non lontano dal centro città, a soli 10 minuti a piedi da tutto. Quando ho prenotato l'hotel, non mi aspettavo di essere così soddisfatto. Una camera deliziosa, con un ristorante delizioso e un servizio eccellente. L'unica pecca dell'hotel è la mancanza di servizi. Anche se la palestra era fantastica, potrebbe sicuramente essere migliorata, ma non ci si può lamentare considerando il prezzo del soggiorno. Ottimo hotel, tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta che visiterò Danzica.

La posizione è ok, le camere non sono molto silenziose. Si sente molto correre all'interno della stanza. Doccia molto piccola, temperatura dell'acqua incoerente. Sedile del WC montato irragionevolmente alto e scomodo. TV piuttosto vecchia ma in una posizione strana e bloccata dalla luce della scrivania. LETTI molto, molto, MOLTO PESSIVI. Sembrava di essere infilzati nella cassa toracica! Hotel economico ma molto obsoleto e letti come tavoli di tortura. Valuterò alternative anche se più lontane.

Ho prenotato un monolocale all'ultimo minuto per mia madre, che ha dovuto prolungare il suo soggiorno a Danzica di una notte. Si tratta di un complesso di appartamenti nuovo, quindi tutto è estremamente pulito, non ci sono problemi con i servizi in camera e, soprattutto, il servizio è eccellente. C'è stato un piccolo inconveniente iniziale: la camera che le era stata assegnata non era ancora stata pulita. Ma nel giro di pochi minuti, un membro dello staff (mi dispiace, non ricordo il nome, ma era una ragazza con i capelli castani) l'ha aiutata a trovare una nuova camera e le ha offerto un upgrade senza costi aggiuntivi. Si è scusata moltissimo per l'inconveniente. Queste cose possono capitare, e il vero valore sta nel modo in cui vengono gestite. In questo caso, il punteggio è 5/5: abbiamo avuto esperienze peggiori anche in hotel a 4 stelle molto più costosi. Grazie per l'ottimo servizio e per la vostra disponibilità, torneremo sicuramente!

We don't really enjoy the stay: 1) the sign of the hotel is not easy to see, thus we take some time to locate it 2) the shower is not functon well so we have to change the room after we've unpacked our luggage and the distance of the two rooms is at the opposite end. No help is offered 3) one of the free bottles in the room has already been opened and re-closed. It has not been replaced 4) there is a paper notice card in tne room for notifying the need for cleaning, but both sides indicate no need to tidying up the room. So we didn't put anything outside the room when we went out. When we return at late night, the room has not cleaned up and towels not replaced. Then we are told that we need to notify the reception if we need room cleaning.It is a bit difficult to understand the logic ....

The hotel is very conveniently located, which is definitely a plus. However, there are several issues that prevent it from truly living up to its five-star rating. At check-in, we were not informed that parking was paid. As a result, after three days of stay, we were required to pay a rather significant amount at check-out, which came as an unpleasant surprise. The rooms are generally comfortable and well equipped, but in the bathroom there were noticeable uncleaned areas and fingerprints on the faucets, indicating that housekeeping was not done thoroughly. I would also like to specifically mention the breakfasts, which were a complete disappointment. From a five-star hotel belonging to an international chain, a very different standard is expected. The food was not fresh and appeared dried out (see photos), the selection did not change from day to day, there was almost no pastry, desserts were limited to just two items, and there were no vegetarian options at all, which seems strange for a hotel of this level.

Great value hotel in the old town. The hotel was lovely and clean. We stayed in a standard room, it had a double bed, sofa, coffee table, balcony tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was buffet style and very very busy. We only used it once. Much nicer places to eat a short 5/10 mins in the centre.
