UUtente ospiteThis is an excellent hotel for the price. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. There’s a lovely cafe restaurant in the hotel that does amazing food and high quality coffee.
The staff are lovely and very friendly and very welcoming.

UUtente ospiteOne of the best accommodations i’ve experienced, locally, i mean this is not to compare to a 5-star hotel/resort, but the experience will really make u feel like a royal. The resort is unique, imagine several resto choices and souvenir shops in a small resort community. And dont get me started on the quality of service of the staff, they’re the most courteous resort staff to serve me, they are authentic and caring (sometimes they refuse tips).
P.s. just a tip dont leave ur windows or doors open, bcoz of the mosquitoes, but you have to expect it coz there are a lot of greeneries around.

FFrancesM.I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean, with fresh linens and a spotless bathroom, making for a very comfortable experience. The location was perfect—easily accessible to public transport, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient.
One of the highlights of my stay was the onsite restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Not only was everything flavorful and well-prepared, but the prices were also very reasonable, making dining there a great value.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and enjoyable stay! I will definitely be returning in the future.

ZZaakiraAl momento dell'arrivo, la strada che conduce all'hotel è molto rocciosa. Spero che questo sia fissato, perché l'hotel stesso è un bello. Molto verde intorno a voi, tra cui la bella vista océanica e la piscina infinita.
Molte delle camere non erano disponibili, non per la prenotazione, ma per qualche ragione incontestabile: la nostra stanza aveva porte di tappeto in ruggine, incapace di scorrere, un telefono che non funzionava, e acqua fredda dal doccia. Dopo 30 minuti di parola al personale e alla direzione, ci trasferirono alla fine in una stanza diversa senza alcun costo aggiuntivo, ma la nuova stanza, con alcuni dei suoi stessi negativi, come un vestito di faccia danneggiato, e una tela rotta nel bagno. Il resto della stanza, haha perfetto.
Oltre a queste questioni, che CAN essere fissato con più attenzione e cura dei dettagli, l'hotel è buono. Spero che la gestione veda recensioni come questo, e prende azione immediata.
Inoltre, c'è WIFI. Nell'App, dice No WIFI, ma c'è.

The wonderful staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious food (especially the breakfast) make for a truly enjoyable stay, offering a peaceful and quiet retreat. However, the one notable drawback is the location, as it is situated a bit further from the main city center and popular spots like the Rizal Boulevard, meaning you'll need to rely on local transport for most of your sightseeing trips, which can add a slight inconvenience to an otherwise perfect experience.

I really liked everything about my stay at Golden Gates Hotel. The service was great, the staff were friendly, and the overall experience was very pleasant. The location was convenient, and the amenities met all my expectations.
I’m giving cleanliness a 4 out of 5 everything was generally clean and well-kept, but there was a bit of room for improvement (e.g., minor dust in corners or areas that could have used a little more attention). It didn’t affect my stay much, but just something worth noting.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

UUtente ospiteQuesta è stata la mia prima permanenza qui, e l'ospitalità era eccezionale. Il personale era incredibilmente utile e mi ha fatto sentire a casa. La posizione è perfetta a destra dalla spiaggia, tranquilla, e molto rilassante. Inoltre, incontrare 'Sausage' il cane era un evidenziatore!
Sono molto deluso per la gestione della prenotazione, ma la mia prima prenotazione è stata annullata, anche se le camere erano disponibili, costringendomi a riprese una categoria diversa e a aspettare un rimborso. Poi ho cercato di prolungare il mio soggiorno per altre 3 notti, ma anche questo è stato cancellato. E' vergognoso perché amo il posto, ma il sistema infidabile mi fa esitare a prenotare di nuovo. Suggerisco che l'hotel sincronizza la disponibilità in tempo reale per evitare queste annullazioni frustranti.

UUtente anonimoTutto in tutto il buon valore per poco denaro, così non si aspetta molto. La camera familiare non ha finestre e la nostra scheda di chiave della porta non ha funzionato (2x l'assistenza necessaria per aprire la porta). Solo una scheda di chiave per 4 persone. Il guardiano e il ricevitore sono molto amichevoli e utili

EEmmanuel SarmientoThe place is quiet, good for people who like relaxation in a tranquil environment. The room is okay, I got a small ne but it was enough for me since I came as a solo. However, I don‘t understand why it was so hard to hail a tricycle going to this place, no matter how near it actually is. Even the tricycles from there won‘t pick you up even when it‘s not yet fully occupied. So far my stay was good. I was able to work in my room, I just wished they have something like a study table where guests who needs to work remotely can work. Also, it would be nice if you know how to drive a motorbike and hold a driver‘s license. Cause going to the places there back in forth can be really hard when commuting only, unlike when you can rent a motorbike, you can go anywhere, anytime without a hassle.
