Ostelli a Rotorua

We stayed 3 nights in this lovely motel complex. Our room was very spacious, with room to sit comfortable on the sofa. It included a mini kitchen which we used everyday. Bed very comfortable, bathroom fully quipped with excellent shower. We had double doors out to small patio area in front of a paddock which had alpacas, a sheep & rabbits roaming. On arrival given food to feed the animals if we wanted to. This added to the enjoyment. There were two of us adults, but this is also a very family oriented place with play equipment for children, so would suit families too. We used the onsite laundry services which were a great help. All in all a great stay, well looked after by the staff too.

We stayed there in mid-May. Very clean accommodation. Comfortable beds too. One reverse cycle air-con upstairs in the lounge/kitchen area. Rooms were provided with a portable column heater each. There was a towel heater in the bathroom located downstairs but it was inadequate to warm the bathroom. When one of the column heater stopped working, it was replaced immediately. We were happy with the accommodation. The only negatives were lack of mirrors and hooks (to hang wet towels) in the bedrooms but these were minor issues. Will stay again.

Great place to stay - we were there for a night for a sporting event the next day. Host was very friendly and helpful when I rang earlier to query check-in times and when we arrived. Room was clean and comfortable and the location was fine for us as we were travelling by car.

Siamo appena stati utilizzati i nostri telefoni come Keys nelle nostre camere.

The service was good. We are welcomed by the warm greetings of the concierge and we actually liked the room that we stayed in. It was spacious and the area around is good.

Convenient for intercity bus stop. Friendly front desk, but not always there. There was no pool towel when we showed up, but no one was at the front desk to give out towels.
