UUtente ospiteL'hotel si trova a 5-6 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, proprio vicino al mare. Dispone di una piccola lobby, ma potremmo anche utilizzare alcuni tavoli del suo ristorante, mentre ci godiamo caffè o tè gratuiti durante tutta la giornata. Offre anche una cena leggera inclusa nel prezzo ed è stato uno dei motivi per cui l'ho scelto. La cena comprende un buffet di poche insalate e fantastici condimenti, oltre a una zuppa quotidiana, un pasto e pane appena sfornato. La colazione era molto gustosa, splendidamente decorata su un tavolino, con varietà di opzioni per tutti i gusti, immediatamente riempita quando svuotata. Tutto ciò che veniva offerto era di alta qualità.
C'è anche una palestra e una sauna gratuite.
La stanza non è grande, ma è sufficiente. Bella decorazione. Letti non troppo grandi in una doppia. Il bagno è piuttosto piccolo, con cabina doccia intelligente.
Belle finestre enormi con sole tutto il giorno. Sorprendentemente, non c'era il frigorifero. La TV aveva solo pochi canali nazionali.
Tutti i membri del personale sono molto gentili e disponibili.
Ho ricevuto la camera immediatamente all'arrivo, poche ore prima dell'orario ufficiale del check-in. Il check-out è davvero ottimo: fissato a mezzogiorno. C'è un deposito bagagli molto piccolo ma gratuito.
Alla fine, su Trip.com ho ottenuto un ottimo prezzo rispetto agli altri fornitori.

UUtente anonimoThe hotel is near convenience stores and many restaurants, and it's also close to museums and the opera house, making sightseeing very convenient. The hotel boasts a very modern and innovative design, and it is relatively new. The rooms are clean, safe, and quiet.
The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel facilities are also excellent, including a 24-hour self-service coffee and tea bar and a 24/7 gym facility.
The only bad thing is that it is a 10-minute walk from the central train station.

Yyn_cTruly appreciate the option for early check in at a small fee, especially after taking a night train and arriving in Oslo way too early for the day. Hotel is perfectly located beside the central train station, and it only takes 5min to walk to and fro each other, via the connected mall. That definitely helps when Storm Amy hit. The room was clean and quiet, with basic amenities. Breakfast was alright - it did definitely get too crowded late in the morning. Overall, would highly recommend.

EEvanI had a fantastic time at Clarion Hotel: The Hub in Oslo. The rooms were large, clean, and quiet. I was on the 12th floor and navigating around the hotel was easy. Everything from check-in, to using facilities, to getting around the city was made better by staying here. The hotel has a small pool, two gym areas, and two saunas on the basement floor which were all great to use. The facilities were clean and modern. Even though the facilities are on the smaller side, it was never too busy that you couldn't use them. I used the gym, pool, and sauna every day, at different times of the day, and it was never too crowded. Finally, this hotel has one of the most incredible breakfast buffets I've ever experienced. The food is SO good and I'm so grateful that there were options for both meat eaters and vegans too. Overall a 10/10 experience.

SShauna McFaulFor our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit.
My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in.
Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go.
We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel.
I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet.
We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

UUtente ospiteTruly one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well accommodated and comfortable throughout. When we arrived at the hotel it was 11AM, so I mentioned to the front desk staff that I know it was far too early for us to receive our room (check in is typically at 3PM) and that we would like to simply drop off our bags. Without any special requests, the front desk staff immediately prepared our room keys of us to check in right away, which was hugely appreciated since we had caught a very early morning flight in. We loved the room. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us, although a bit tight but that's what we expected for hotel rooms in Europe. The bathroom was well fitted and had all the basic toiletries required (shampoo, body wash, hand soap), however we hoped to have body lotion as well, so we asked housekeeping whether any was available and they immediately brought 3 LARGE bottles for each of us to use. I have never seen such massive toiletries and in such generous quantities supplied at any hotel before, which again made us feel very well taken care of. Finally on our check out day our flight was not until 6PM and since checkout is typically at 11AM I requested for just a 1 hr extension. Although they were very busy for it being the beginning of summer holidays, without any hesitation the front desk staff extended our checkout time to 3PM. I was once again very pleasantly surprised and appreciative. My last note is to touch on the complimentary tea and coffee always available in the lobby, as well as the fabulous buffet breakfast they served. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

CChia ChinBisogna prendere la metropolitana dalla stazione centrale di Oslo, che dista circa due o tre fermate.
L'appartamento è situato in una posizione comoda, a quattro minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana Toyun. Nelle vicinanze si trovano un supermercato 7-23 Mart e un ristorante. La cosa migliore è che l'appartamento ha una cucina.
Noi tre condividevamo due stanze e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Al momento del check-out, è necessario togliere le lenzuola e depositarle nell'area di raccolta, gettare la spazzatura vicino alla porta e lavare i piatti. Il deposito di 2.000 sterline verrà rimborsato.
Abbiamo adorato questo appartamento.
