Hotel con parcheggio a Oslo

The room is way much smaller than I expect unless you don't have many baggage. However, the room is clean and water flow comes from the faucet and hand shower are quite strong and warm. The room is super quite and the there are a variety of food and diversify drink and coffee for breakfast you can select. The hotel location is near downtown of Oslo for 3 mins walk. It's so convenient to buy everything you want in Oslo.

La camera d'albergo è perfettamente accettabile, una bella camera da bagno. 15 minuti al centro città sul tram/tubo che è a 5 minuti a piedi. Espansione fantastica per colazione. Molto bello personale presso la reception/restaurante e il personale di pulizia/manutenzione. Il ristorante thailandese è bello.

Una bella stanza, ma ha avuto una serie di disappuntamenti. Gli ospiti dell'hotel devono pagare un supplemento giornaliero per utilizzare le piscine E prenotare a tempo determinato. Ero in una stanza premium, ma questa politica si applica a tutti gli ospiti, che penso sia terribile. Ero anche impossibile ottenere una nomina di spa durante il mio soggiorno. Zero preferito dato agli ospiti dell'hotel. Vi suggerisco di prenotare i trattamenti di spa almeno una settimana prima della vostra arrivo.Inoltre, non c'è servizio di turndown, insolito per un hotel a 5* a prezzi elevati. La custodia di casa si conclude molto presto, o non è interessato agli ospiti che non si allineano al loro calendario. Ho dovuto lavorare nella mia stanza, ma ho lasciato alle 2:45 e non è stato pulito nonostante segnala la stanza necessaria per la preparazione. La squadra di accoglienza era gentile, ma caotica. In generale, i ristoranti dell'hotel sembrano più concentrati sulla catering all'esterno, che è una vergogna.

Grande hotel boutique! Solo la cosa sfortunata è che il colazione si apre solo alle 8 del fine settimana, quindi ci siamo persi a causa di un volo precoce, ma hanno fatto un colazione per andare quando ci siamo ispezionati!

L'hotel perfetto per soggiornare, il personale è stato molto bello e utile. Dopo aver controllato, abbiamo un autobus per la notte per catturare, il personale era generoso abbastanza per permetterci di usare la doccia in palestra, siamo stati super lieto di essere in grado di rilanciarci. Il personale ci ha chiesto di essere come a casa, e ci siamo divertiti molto. Il pranzo è molto bello, il pranzo complimentare è anche buono, con diversi piatti ogni notte. Anche il pomeriggio hanno il tempo di fika per un snack e caffè veloce. Sorpreso dal servizio e impegno per ogni cliente.

Amore la posizione, situato proprio accanto a un centro commerciale, anche vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e Hard Rock Cafe. La stanza è anche ok. Il colazione è servito in un ristorante a pochi passi dall'hotel. La varietà è buona, ma c’erano troppe persone e molte tavole lasciate inchiodate.C’è una donna asiatica nel ristorante che era molto brutta e mi ha sollevato la voce quando ho chiesto se potesse pulire la tavola. Il concierge dell'hotel mi ha spiegato rapidamente che il ristorante non fa parte di esso.

Simple hotel, yet clean. Staff are very helpful. Location is easy walk from the train station through the shopping mall, but it is not exactly near the center of attractions. Breakfast is simple but very nice (really love their croissants). Appreciate the breakfast pack given by the hotel for us also; since our train to Bergen is very early in the morning 🙂

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

Non si può dire che sia un hotel, più un B&B. Il vantaggio dell'hotel è che è molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, proprio dall'altra parte della strada, a 200 metri da un punto all'altro, e la stazione della metropolitana è a solo. A 2 fermate dalla stazione ferroviaria di Oslo e il prezzo è molto economico (questo prezzo è molto conveniente nel Nord Europa). La camera ha un piccolo frigorifero, un angolo cottura e un forno a microonde, anche se non l'abbiamo usato. La doccia è separata da quella umida e da quella asciutta, la pressione dell'acqua è molto forte ed è molto comodo fare il bagno. Per quanto riguarda le carenze, l'allarme antincendio è suonato all'improvviso intorno alle 20:00, il che è stato molto duro e da batticuore. Il check-in è stato self-service al telefono, incluso il pagamento di un deposito e l'attivazione della tessera della camera. Il negozio è stato carino e ha chiesto ad alcuni di noi se avevamo bisogno di letti gemelli, e in seguito ci ha dato un duplex con due letti matrimoniali. Tuttavia, questa stanza richiede di salire una scala molto stretta, il che è scomodo se si hanno bagagli di grandi dimensioni, e ogni volta che la porta è chiusa al piano di sotto, sembra che qualcuno stia spingendo la nostra porta, quindi non è consigliabile che le ragazze rimangano qui ( forse sono timido) ), se sei un uomo, puoi considerarlo il numero della stanza è 124B come riferimento. Inoltre, ricorda di separare le lenzuola e gli altri accessori al momento del check-out, di portare fuori la spazzatura e di allegare un'immagine per spiegare.
