Hotel con parcheggio a Oslo

Una bella stanza, ma ha avuto una serie di disappuntamenti. Gli ospiti dell'hotel devono pagare un supplemento giornaliero per utilizzare le piscine E prenotare a tempo determinato. Ero in una stanza premium, ma questa politica si applica a tutti gli ospiti, che penso sia terribile. Ero anche impossibile ottenere una nomina di spa durante il mio soggiorno. Zero preferito dato agli ospiti dell'hotel. Vi suggerisco di prenotare i trattamenti di spa almeno una settimana prima della vostra arrivo.Inoltre, non c'è servizio di turndown, insolito per un hotel a 5* a prezzi elevati. La custodia di casa si conclude molto presto, o non è interessato agli ospiti che non si allineano al loro calendario. Ho dovuto lavorare nella mia stanza, ma ho lasciato alle 2:45 e non è stato pulito nonostante segnala la stanza necessaria per la preparazione. La squadra di accoglienza era gentile, ma caotica. In generale, i ristoranti dell'hotel sembrano più concentrati sulla catering all'esterno, che è una vergogna.

Great hotel with good transport links (I think you have the metro, tram and bus all within 10 min walk) but it is worth mentioning that this is slightly out of the centre so it takes about 30 minutes to get in. For business travellers with offices around I guess that dosent matter but for tourists it might be slightly time consuming although the Ruter zone 1 transport pass does cover this so more on time rather than cost for transport here. Breakfast was splendid and I really enjoyed the spread and quality which I think is even better than other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in Oslo and other parts of EU. Staff in breakfast was great, although reception staff was not the friendliest per se - professional though just not as friendly. I put a DND on my room door twice but both times housekeeping still came to clean my room so I’m not really sure if the signs mean anything. Amenities though was horrendous - nothing except poor quality towels and soap which were a let down. Overall good hotel but definitely more things could be done to achieve the maximum potential.

Situazione fantastica a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Oslo, a seconda se hai le gambe lunghe o corte. A piedi da molti attrazioni e mentre abbiamo il Oslo Pass, lo usavamo solo per trasportare qualche volta per le attrazioni più avanti i e il Museo Culturale norvegese. All'arrivo ci salutò Thea e Maura, che erano molto professionali e utili a raccomandare le cose da fare e i ristoranti tradizionali - di cui abbiamo provato a mangiare a tutti! Abbiamo ricevuto un'ottima aggiornamento della stanza che era bella e devono aver ricordato quando ho menzionato che eravamo qui per il compleanno del mio partner, perché c'era una bella carta di compleanno e cioccolato la sera che siamo tornati da un lungo giorno. La stanza era bella, ma ancora più piccola di quanto si potesse aspettare, quindi non si sa quanto fosse piccola la stanza standard. La stanza era ben attrezzata con asciugacapelli, bagni, toilette, caffè e tee impianti. Inoltre, una barda di ferro e un ferro. Solo due cose leggermente negative sono che i calzini degli ospiti precedenti erano dietro il tappeto, e c'è solo spazio per mettere i vestiti. La colazione è bella, una grande selezione e una buona cucina per i vegetariano. È possibile ordinare da un menu e da un buffet. 5/5 per il personale 5/5 for location

La camera era relativamente spaziosa per essere un hotel scandinavo. Ho apprezzato anche il riscaldamento a pavimento in bagno. Asciugamani e bagnoschiuma/shampoo potrebbero essere migliorati. La colazione era ottima. Ampia scelta. Abbiamo anche mangiato al ristorante (sconto del 10%). Per me, è stato il miglior pasto di Oslo. L'asciugacapelli non funzionava e ce ne hanno dato uno nuovo in 5 minuti.

Un hotel di una catena alberghiera dai colori vivaci, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria centrale, che rende gli spostamenti in treno estremamente comodi. La colazione era fantastica, con salmone e formaggio norvegese marrone a volontà 🧀. Anche il servizio nel complesso è stato molto buono. Gli unici aspetti negativi erano le camere piccole e i servizi relativamente essenziali. C'erano parecchi europei e americani che soggiornavano lì. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto soddisfacente 👍👍

Ok hotel con una posizione buona. Il bagno non era molto pulito, molto piccolo, difficile entrare nel bagno. La serata e il colazione erano buoni. Personale amichevole ma non così esperto in questo campo. Specialmente per il parcheggio auto che è estremamente costoso a Oslo. Finalmente abbiamo trovato un parcheggio a lungo termine vicino ai ponti della nave da soli che era meno costoso 550nok per 24h.

Ottima posizione strategica. Nonostante il nostro arrivo in tarda serata, la reception è stata molto accogliente e cordiale. La camera è un po' piccola, non è possibile aprire completamente due valigie. Il letto è troppo morbido, non offre un buon supporto alla colonna vertebrale. A parte questo, nel complesso è un buon hotel. Anche la colazione è ottima.

Questo bellissimo hotel a favore della famiglia si trova in alto nelle montagne occidentali di Oslo centrale. Arrivare là con il trasporto pubblico implica prendere la linea di metropolitana più alta del mondo per circa 25 minuti, e poi camminare su un passo di collina. La ricompensa una volta che si ottiene c’è un edificio principale intorno al patrimonio norvegese, e una splendida vista sul fiord sotto. Ci siamo trasferiti in una stanza di famiglia. Il design del lobby è contemporaneo e invitante, mentre la decorazione dell’antico edificio evoca Disney Frozen. Abbiamo soggiornato in altri sei hotel Scandic in Svezia e in Germania, e questo è il nostro preferito.Abbiamo pranzo sulla terrazza esterna e i pasti per bambini sono molto competitivi. La salada di barbabietola era forse un po' piccola, ma il salmone e la rosa sul sourdough erano deliziosi. Neanche il colazione era deluso. Ho visto altri recensori lamentare il salto dalla fermata della metropolitana. A ciò dico: Benvenuti in Scandinavia! Ecco perché la gente guarda in forma. Scrivete in più al ricevitore che ci ha aiutato con una richiesta vicino a mezzanotte. Mi piacerebbe tornare di nuovo.

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

La posizione è ottima, con comodi mezzi di trasporto. Ho soggiornato per tre notti, ma l'allarme antincendio continuava a suonare la prima notte, tenendomi sveglio per tutto il tempo. È richiesto il check-in self-service e i servizi sono quelli tipici di un appartamento, permettendovi di cucinare i vostri pasti. Sono forniti utensili da cucina e asciugacapelli. Il prezzo è abbastanza conveniente per Oslo, quindi va bene se non avete grandi aspettative.
