Il hotel è stato progettato in modo bellissimo con vista e un'atmosfera tranquilla. Le camere erano spaziose, moderne e eccezionalmente pulite. Le piscine e le aree comuni erano eccellenti, rendendolo un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi.
La cosa che ha reso l'esperienza davvero speciale è stata la calda ospitezza del personale. Tutti erano amichevoli, attenti e sempre disposti ad aiutare. Il servizio e il personale erano sorridenti, sempre amichevoli, e pronto ad aiutare in qualsiasi momento. La loro gentilezza e professionalità hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
Il pranzo era delizioso e il colazione offre una vasta gamma di opzioni fresche.
Raccomando vivamente Elaya Resort Unawatuna a chiunque cerca un soggiorno lussuoso e memorabile in Sri Lanka. Mi piacerebbe sicuramente visitare di nuovo. Grazie a tutta la squadra per averci fatto sentire benvenuti e curati!

Очень приветливая хозяйка, которая к себе сразу располагает. В номере невероятная чистота, у меня под кровать закатилась крышка от фотоаппарата, как полагается в самый далий угол, дак под кроватью ни пылиночки!!! Да, кстати, к хорошему расположению нужно добавить, что рядом находится Wine House наверное единственный на Унаватуну, поскольку видел там соотечественников, не приходивших, а приезжавших на тук-туках. В общем нам всё очень понравилось, десять из десяти, всем рекомендую

UUtente ospiteMy trip to Sri Lanka staying at RIU Hotel was amazing. It was my first time booking an All-Inclusive package, and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect—but overall, the experience exceeded my expectations.
There were a few areas that could be improved. The food, for instance, felt a bit low in quality, with limited options for a healthy diet. The gym was quite small, with limited equipment, and it would be great if the opening hours were extended to accommodate more guests throughout the day.
That said, the service was exceptional. The staff were attentive and professional, always anticipating guests’ needs—especially in the buffet restaurants.
Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the à la carte restaurants as they were fully booked and very much in demand—something we weren’t aware of in advance.
We’d definitely love to return once the monsoon season is over, as the weather wasn’t ideal during our stay. The beach, while beautiful, was unsafe for swimming at the time, which was a bit disappointing.

L'ospite ha aiutato il trasferimento dall'aeroporto, ha preso anche una bici da lui e tutte le nostre richieste sono state decise immediatamente. La stanza era molto pulita e confortevole, eccellente vista sull'oceano. La stanza dispone di tutte le strutture: frigorifero, caldaia, TV, aria condizionata. È possibile utilizzare la cucina comune sul pavimento, se necessario. Grazie a tutti i dipendenti per la calda ricezione e vi auguriamo prosperità. Raccomando questo hotel a tutti!

DDoufutravelsThis stay was the highlight of our trip in Sri Lanka. The room is in the heart of nature, and you’re surrounded by the sounds of the wild, fresh air away from the roads, and the peace and quiet that comes with a more intimate stay. Additionally, the breakfasts have been our favourite, especially the hoppers! It was all fresh and Sri Lankan style, served with the jungle in front of us. One morning, we had monkeys. Another, chipmunks. One special night, we had fireflies. The location was exceptional.
However, it was Praneeth who really made this place special for us. We had great conversations, and he even recommended me a great birdwatching app. One night, we chatted for a couple of hours and I learned so much about this beautiful country. Genuinely, Praneeth is a huge value to Jungle Loft. He was attentive, thoughtful and a wonderful representation of the kindness Sri Lankan people exude. Thank you so much, Praneeth for your warmth!
I can’t recommend Jungle Loft enough. It’s an ideal location, it’s private, it’s beautiful, and you’ll be looked after. Go for it!!

UUtente ospiteThe breakfast and dinner buffet is very good.I asked for masala tea and their indian chef Balbeer Singh made it to perfection.The rooms are spacious and clean.
Friendly and helpful staff.We are taken care of very well by Jayaru and Nelka.
We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and the hotel made it very special.
The only mark down for the hotel is lack of sun loungers and parasols for the guests.You are constantly struggling to get shade under the trees.A 5 star hotel should make provision for their guests.As they would have details of all bookings.

NNoor07Had a great time and enjoyed some truly stunning views 😍 The staff were lovely and friendly but at times had to request or remind them about certain things, perhaps because we’re South Asians as most guests seemed to be Western. Some amenities listed such as toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers and a razor were not provided which was a little disappointing considering the price paid. Also noticed a few stains on the toilet floor and white curtains though it wasn’t a major issue. The breakfast buffet was good but wish there had been more variety. Overall had a lovely and memorable stay and really enjoyed the trip with my best friend.

UUtente ospiteNon possiamo dire abbastanza buone cose sul nostro soggiorno in questo bellissimo hotel boutique. L'intero personale era benvenuto e attento ai dettagli. Arriviamo alle 3:00 e l'hotel aveva preparato alcuni frutti e sandwich per la nostra arrivo. Mia moglie è un celiaco e il personale ha fatto un lavoro straordinario per assicurarsi che ci fossero alternative alimentari disponibili per lei. Anche loro hanno preparato cibo tradizionale srilanca per provarci. Il club spiaggia si sta occupando molto durante il giorno, ma ci siamo ancora sentiti come gli unici ospiti. Questo posto ha una grande viva insulare con musica e diverso intrattenimento quotidiano.

PpeaglerThe room itself is adequate. The air-con was strong and the shower was good.
When I arrived, there was no one there. I opened the gate and walked in. I called the number to the property and the person who answered arrived shortly thereafter. He said no one was there because of the New Year holiday. He showed me to my room. I asked for one in the back, but he said he was having a party and that might be too much for me. After I got settled into a clean room in the front facing the traffic, there was no towel or soap.
Late at night after I was asleep, I was startled by someone who began banging on my door and turning the knob several times to get in. I yelled at that person and told him to stop. It did stop and afterward, I felt completely unsafe. I got up to put my heavy suitcase at the door to prevent the intruder from coming in.
The staff person had said to me that he was having a party, but then said it was cancelled. There were several men at the property when I returned in the evening. I'm not sure who the perpetrator was maybe it was one of them. There is no peep hole and the windows are frosted. I felt completely vulnerable. I didn't even think to call the staff person because I was frightened and sleepy. My advice is to be cautious if you stay here.
