We recently stayed at Bridge Front Inn and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything about this place is excellent.
The staff here are incredibly attentive and friendly; they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We were greeted with a complimentary freshly made passion fruit juice, which was a delicious way to start our stay.
The location is simply ideal — right next to the iconic Nine Arch Bridge, making it super convenient for exploring Ella's main attractions on foot.
Although we didn't use their shuttle service because we weren't aware of it when booking, the owner kindly agreed to drive us to a restaurant one evening, showing true hospitality.
The food was another highlight, absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention as there is an enormous selection of dishes to choose from.
Our room was spotlessly clean with fresh bed linen and brilliantly white towels.
Highly recommended!

KKiana MendozaIt’s a little high up on a hill, but the view from my balcony was gorgeous. It’s also right off the main street, so if you don’t mind the trek up and down you’re still relatively well-situated to be near the backpackers’ bars and restaurants and shops. Breakfast had a lot of local Sri Lankan options which I greatly appreciated, and staff was also happy to explain each dish to newcomers.
A small piece of advice for the team though: perhaps hire a few female staffers? As a woman traveling alone, one of the first things I noticed was the all-male staff—or at least, I didn’t see a single woman working there in my 2-night stay. I don’t have a problem with it, but newer solo female travelers might unintentionally be scared off

UUtente ospiteSiamo arrivati stanchi e non in spirito, ma siamo stati così spiritualmente incontrati che l'umore è salito all'improvviso. I host avevano il tè, comunicato a casa – non si sentono un cliente, ma un ospite benvenuto.
Hotel in cima alla montagna, e da ogni camera – uscire alla terrazza con una vista stupenda. La mattina si sveglia – e si dispone solo di montagne e silenzio. La camera è pulita, comoda, tutto si pensa fino a piccole cose.
Il colazione è stato preparato specialmente per le nostre preferenze: frutta fresca, uova, tostature, anche muzzi!
Se non vuoi solo stare per la notte, ma sentire la cura e riposare con l'anima – Questo è esattamente il tuo posto. Voglio tornare e consigliare a tutti. Grazie mille agli ospiti per questa atmosfera!

GGinbuHowwanQuesta volta ho vissuto il miglior hotel a Sri Lanka, vale più di cinque stelle.
Abbiamo prenotato un grande letto di sotto e due piccole letti di sopra.La finestra elettrica è quasi un pannello panoramico e balcone, che può essere visto fuori.Puoi anche vedere tre ponti e tre strade attraverso il treno.
Il minibar ha dato decine di pacchetti, tutti gratis, e quattro cucchiai di acqua anche gratis, vino e bevande.
La piscina è molto bella e molto estremamente scintillante, come una piscina senza lato.
Devi scegliere di portare la cena, la cena è in cinque modi, molto deliziosa, molto speciale, senza bevande.Il colazione ha anche un sacchetto di uova di pelle molto speciale, e può essere fatto una bella foto sulla strada per il ristorante.
L'unica cosa che e'che ci sono più di larve. L'unica e'che i due bagagli sono stati inghiottiti qui durante il sonno di notte.

The **breakfast was a highlight** – a **delicious, wide spread** that set the perfect tone for our days. The **prime location** was unbeatable – just a **2-minute walk to the main city center**, with easy access to **trending restaurants and vibrant spots**.
What truly made our stay special was the **attentive service and warm atmosphere**. **Great food, fantastic service, and genuinely caring staff** – we couldn’t have asked for more!

One thing which can make more effective is WhatsApp service. WhatsApp will speed up things. Service was prompt if you have a Srilanka number over phone call.

В доме очень чисто, уютно и тихо. Вид из номера роскошный. Все необходимое для проживания есть. Но самый большой плюс — это атмосфера радушия, которую создает хозяйка. Чувствовал себя не в арендованном номере, а в гостях у хорошего человека.
Рекомендую этот гостевой дом тем, кто ищет спокойный отдых с персональным подходом.и

EEmilyj9We stay here for 3 nights and it was a lovely experience! The rooms were clean and tidy, we got fresh towels each day and new bottles of water! They were happy to tidy the room each day which was the first time we had this on our whole journey in Sri Lanka so was a lovely extra touch for us but we were happy with just new towels and water!
They are currently renovating downstairs to build a restaurant so we were a little confused when we first arrived but this did not take away from the experience of the hotel, the staff were super friendly and accommodating!
The hotel is in the perfect location on the main road through Ella with bars, restaurants and shops everywhere! With the train station a short 5 min walk everything is accessible.
We would 100% recommend to stay here for your trip to Ella
