Hotel con parcheggio a Nairobi

Appartamento confortevole e accogliente. Molto pulito, personale amichevole, sicurezza, buona posizione, attrezzature vicine. Tutto completo solo manca un asciugacapelli. Molto facile da ottenere Uber. Certo rimarrà se ritornerà a Nairobi.

Come viaggiatori d'affari, restiamo qui per 7 giorni. La colazione è sempre la stessa. L'hotel dispone di una piccola palestra che soddisfa tutte le esigenze. Le camere sono molto pulite, ma gli odori di cottura erano piuttosto forti, dato che alloggiavamo proprio sotto il bar sul tetto. Anche trascinare le sedie può essere piuttosto fastidioso. Il vantaggio è che avevamo un piccolo balcone privato che ci offriva una bella vista sul vicino, con il sole splendente del mattino.

Service was very good. The pick up at the airport was very efficient. All staff from Front Desk to Room Cleaners were very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. 

算內羅畢很新很豪華的酒店了，酒店安保檢查非常嚴格，進門口會有保安詢問，警犬查防爆，進到大堂還需要把隨身包進行安檢，還有配槍的安保人員。不過完全不用擔心安全問題，純粹是政府要求。酒店的服務員很nice，無論是前台，禮賓部還是餐廳，所有人都很友好，有任何問題都盡力解決。 酒店設施很齊全，有乒乓🏓，飛鏢🎯，健身房，露天游泳池。餐廳的早餐很豐富，咖啡很好喝。 酒店的地理位置不是很中心，附近沒有餐廳，要麼在酒店用餐要麼可以Uber去最近的village market，裏面有吃有買，很方便。

L'alloggio è assolutamente di alto livello e confortevole e il posto ha così tanto da offrire. Sfortunatamente, sembra correre su un pilota auto o una cattiva gestione. Queste sono le cose che mi hanno davvero annoiato: 1. Arrivando di notte, il segnale non è ben chiaro e ci siamo impegnati a stabilire se siamo arrivati al posto giusto, soprattutto il personale di sicurezza alla porta non era molto utile. Non hanno mai ricevuto alcuna formazione per aiutarli a capire che sono il primo punto di contatto tra ospiti e residenza. 2. Siamo arrivati a una ”Jazz Night” ma, anche se sono un amante del jazz, non dovrebbe essere predetto a tutti. La struttura della zona da pranzo è molto mal pensata. Non c'era nessun maestro d'hotel o qualcuno che ci dirigesse dove andare se volessimo mangiare Finalmente abbiamo trovato qualcuno che ci aiuta a camminare attraverso la zona musicale e a spruzzare attraverso lo spazio stretto per passare attraverso il bar alla zona da pranzo. L'intero layout è una sorta di ritorno in avanti. La zona di cena dovrebbe essere più facilmente accessibile e bisogna trovare un modo per separare la zona principale senza liberarsi delle tavole da cena nella zona musicale. 3. La zona di cena è esposta al retro e c'era una forte potenza che poteva essere sopportata quella notte, perché la parte posteriore della zona di mangiare è esposta agli elementi.

Ho prenotato un soggiorno di 2-night per sabato e domenica mentre aspettavo il mio volo di 1am il lunedì. Ero appena tornato da un safari ed ero estremamente stanco, sperando di riposare. Purtroppo, a partire dalle 4:00 di domenica, c'era un sacco di rumore che proveniva dalla stanza direttamente davanti a me, e sembrava un gruppo che occupava più camere, gridava e si muoveva tra loro. Ho chiamato due volte il lobby, e mentre il ricevitore era gentile e risoluto a contattare il gruppo, il rumore continuava e finalmente mi sono arreso a cercare di dormire. Poi, quella sera, il bastone e la doccia nella mia stanza si fermarono, dovevo chiamare di nuovo per ripararla, e anche dopo che era stata ripristinata, non c'era acqua calda, e avevo una doccia molto fredda. Ciò detto, apprezzo davvero il cibo e l’estetica della proprietà. Gli artefatti africani nelle corse e i soffitti alti hanno fatto sentire il posto molto speciale. Tuttavia, a causa delle disturbi e delle inconvenienti che ho vissuto, non credo che tornerò a meno che non sia necessario.

My stay at Pride Inn Azure was fantastic. The staff were accommodating, friendly, helpful, kind. Everyone smiled and went above and beyond if I had any questions. The room was huge. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby both nights. The breakfast was very tasty, with so many options to choose from. The service was outstanding. The hotel’s décor and furnishings was immaculate. I felt very comfortable here and I highly recommend it. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. The only thing that’s a bit uncomfortable is where the pool is located. You have to walk past the outdoor restaurant seating to go to the pool. I wish the changing rooms lead directly to the pool. I didn’t use the pool for that reason. The gym had great equipment. There was a personal trainer there who helped me achieve a fantastic full body workout. He was brilliant. I love mostly everything about the hotel. I’d love to thank Maryann in particular for her outstanding service. She’s a real gem. But honestly, all the staff were amazing. The hotel is also in a great location - woth shops and malls within a short walking distance. I’ll be back and I’ll tell everyone I know about my experience. Thank you!!

Good location if you want to be fairly central with a few minutes walk to plenty of bars. Uber is very efficient and cheap here if you want to travel out. The staff were very good and the restaurant/bar is 24/7 (I believe). Room was lovely. Overall, although I think Nairobi is a little on the expensive side, this was ok. I tried to book again for after the safari but it was more expensive so i went to the Swiss Belinn instead, which was cheaper and the same standard (a little further away but again, Uber and Bolt are super efficient and cheap here). TIPS FOR FOREIGNERS COMING INTO KENYA: 1. Get your currency outside of Kenya, the exchange rate here, particularly at the airport, is absolutely awful - I found them to be offering upto 35% less than the actual rate. 2. You only really need a small amount of cash here - most places you will visit accept card. 3. DO NOT BUY A TELKOM SIM CARD. It is absolutely useless, even in Nairobi but does not work AT ALL on safari. 4. Uber and Bolt are very good here. 5. If you are doing safari and your trip does not include the national park fees (payable in USD), make sure you get those before arriving - the banks and ATMs here are very unreliable if you want USD. 6. Do not pay extortionate hotel prices for laundry - find a local company who will collect and deliver your laundry for a fraction of the price like Smartfua Laundromat. 7. If you go on Safari, try not to sit on the back of the vehicle - it gets VERY bumpy. Have a great trip!

Popolare pulito e spazioso, luminoso, comodo, buon servizio, alta efficienza entusiasta, fondamentalmente necessaria, prezzo anche molto pratico, il cibo fatto è particolarmente delizioso come se tornasse a casa 👍🥹

L'interno del resort era pulito e bello, quindi era un posto dove volevo stare più a lungo. Il personale era amico. Il ristorante dove si svolgeva la performance era anche impressionante.
