AAaamayGreat location , easy access to public transportation, good shopping mall next door, nice staff, easy check-in and check out … only downside is that they didn’t have enough non-smoking room so I got stuck with a smoking room … not exactly ideal but made the most out of it …

Eez62Although they have a private carpark by side of the hotel, there was a parking fee charge of 2,000yen. But you're guaranteed a parking spot if you come back later at night.
There are more parking lots in the multi storey carpark by side of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and I think it's relatively new. The front desk reception was very friendly n helpful.
They also have a guest lounge on the ground floor next to the reception. Free flow of coffee and soft drinks plus some alcohol choices like sparkling wine. The lounge is open to hotel guests from 3pm to 11pm. They also provide coffee to go.
The first 2 pictures is the view from our room. Across the highway from the hotel there's a Daisy & an Aeon supermarket. Very convenient to grab some food n light groceries. It's a good location to be in. I'll definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Eeiltayspacious, clean, well-equipped room. having washing machine in the middle of a trip definitely helped relieve some luggage space. a little dirt and stains on the tatami but not a big issue. will surely choose this hotel again if i’m visiting Kumamoto again.

Clean room. Enough space to open 2 suitcases. Location is alright, walkable to some of the shopping streets and restaurants.
Only downside is the off-site parking which is 5-7min walk away.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona. Il piano è la strada del negozio. Ci sono due negozi convenienti dall'altra parte. Ci sono molti piatti vicino e molto conveniente.
Se è un passeggero auto-conduttore, l'hotel offre sconti al parcheggio vicino a loro designato, che è un buon accordo.
L'hotel è dotato di un serbatoio caldo, con bevande acido lattico dopo il serbatoio caldo, e con ghiaccio, che è un accordo molto intimo.
Il riso curry di carne di cavallo è disponibile per la notte e la notte. Il sapore è molto buono.
Purtroppo non c'è prenotazione per la colazione in questo momento, e restare per altri ospiti per fornire recensioni alimentari.
Se torna a casa la prossima volta, è possibile ospitare l'hotel di nuovo.

TTraveller CI stayed at this hotel twice. The second time (this booking) we had a room on the older (?) wing and it was almost twice the size of the first one. So for this review I will only share feedback on this “older” room.
This room was big and thus good for us as we had 2 large luggage and more space in the room allowed us to open and pack our luggages with ease.
The bathroom was large with the large traditional bathtub. Toilet had bidet and etc but lacked heating which made it very cold in the winter. Basin tap was still the old turn types which was not eco friendly as it’s more difficult to shut it off.
Location was just opposite the train station which was excellent. But the nearest convenience store is also only at the train station which is about a 5-7mins walk away.
Breakfast was curated to suit the Japanese palette more and ends at 9a.m which is really way too early!!
We left something behind in the hotel but they managed to send the item back to us at our new hotel (still in Japan) which was highly appreciated.
Despite a few minor shortcomings listed above, the pros still outweigh the cons and I’ll definitely be happy to stay here again.

RRoman.KusI think it was the biggest disappointment so far. The hotel is fine if you stay for one night. But more — I doubt it. For example, it is mandatory to leave at 10:00 even if you stay for more than one night. You can pay 1500 yen, but it literally gives you nothing. You can’t use sauna and sento. You received no additional service or amenities. Even sleeping is hard — the staff changes sheets. Next, people actually live in this capsule hotel. It means they get up very early, loud, alarm clocks, etc. Finally, the locker room is super tiny. There is little space. No benches. Definitely will not stay again.
Good sides — the staff is polite, and you can store your luggage at the counter. Actually, you must, but people still carry their luggage upstairs.

怒怒涛の怪力Lo stabilimento balneare pulito aveva sorgenti termali naturali in cui potevo immergermi anche a tarda notte, e mi riscaldavano profondamente.
C'era la possibilità di scegliere il tipo di cuscino, così ho potuto dormire sonni tranquilli e senza stress.
Sono stato lasciato a me stesso quando ho dovuto scegliere la camera, ma all'inizio sono rimasto sorpreso nello scoprire che era un letto a castello, ma il letto superiore era piccolo, quindi non mi ha dato troppo fastidio.
Ci tornerò sicuramente.

UUtente ospiteI honestly do not know where to start, I booked the hotel without really knowing much about Kumamoto Prefecture. After arriving in Kumamoto City and then realising Ueki Onsen is another 40 minute bus ride I was thinking oh dear where am I staying. After arriving at the hotel I was greeted by the manager of the hotel who showed me to my room and gave me a tour of the facilities. Once settled in I realised there isn't great public transport around and I primarily wanted to see Beppu and Yufuin during my stay, I enquired with the manager on where I might be able to rent a car, with little to no Japanese language under my belt he took it upon himself to reserve a vehicle for me and offered to drive me himself to collect it. He then also said he would take me back to return it a few days later. After my trips to Beppu and Yufui village (Not to be missed) and not to miss the outstanding and beautiful surroundings in Uekimachi and the Aso region. The manager and I set off to return my hire car, on the way back he took me to Kikuchi shrine to pray and also gifted me coffee and cake. They also accommodated me with use of the on site onsen (amazing) after hours as I'm heavily tattooed. I feel truly grateful to have found this hidden gem of rural Japan and if you are thinking of traveling this great country I emplore you to go off the beaten path. I experienced untold kindness during my stay and have memories of a life time. Thank you so much guys
