Hotel con parcheggio a Distretto di Kamikawa

Non è la prima volta che soggiorno in un hotel di fascia alta e ho grandi aspettative per questo hotel. Vorrei iniziare dicendo che le sorgenti termali e il cibo sono entrambi buoni. La maggior parte del servizio era buono, ma c'erano alcune cose che mi rendevano infelice. Tutto ciò che ti aspetti quando viaggi è la felicità, quindi tutto ciò che provoca dispiacere risalterà. C'era una pellicola d'olio e oggetti galleggianti simili a muschio sulla sorgente termale nella stanza. Pensavamo che fosse spazzatura di sebo lasciata dall'ospite precedente e siamo rimasti scioccati. Ho chiesto alla reception e ho saputo che questo era l'ingrediente della sorgente termale. Ho chiesto di nuovo quale fosse l'ingrediente? All'inizio l'altra parte non ha chiesto scusa né ci ha spiegato, e non intendeva rassicurarci. Ha semplicemente detto seccamente ”ingredienti termali”. Capisco il giapponese, quindi ho chiesto di nuovo, è ”花花”? L'altra parte ha ripetuto quello che avevo detto. Il problema era che nessun'altra sorgente termale interna in cui avevo mai fatto il bagno aveva qualcosa di simile. Tuttavia, l'altra parte era secca e non voleva spiegare affatto. Penso che questo sia molto poco professionale come dipendente dell'hotel. Anche se non lo sai, non puoi entrare in empatia con la paura e la confusione degli ospiti? La sera, durante la cena, accanto a me c'era un tavolo di ospiti giapponesi. Hanno dato regali ai camerieri e agli chef uno per uno, non ho prestato attenzione e non sapevo cosa dassero molto bene in quel momento. Mi è stato chiesto di mangiare. Mi sono sentito un po' a disagio in quel momento, e ho sempre pensato che avrebbero dovuto fare questo genere di cose in privato, o non accettare il regalo per principio, invece di farlo ”mostrando”. off” davanti agli altri ospiti. Sebbene sia ragionevole che gli hotel accettino regali, farlo accanto a me mentre stavo mangiando mi ha fatto sentire poco professionale. La cosa più fastidiosa è stata che la mattina dopo io e la mia famiglia non abbiamo avuto problemi a chiacchierare mentre mangiavamo, ma poi i due ospiti giapponesi della sera prima si sono seduti accanto a me. Dopodiché, mentre il cameriere stava servendo il cibo, si è avvicinato e ci ha detto: ”Per favore, parlate a bassa voce.” ma pensavo che ci fosse qualcosa che non andava. Stavamo davvero parlando. Non ci sono rumori forti e non ci sono bambini rumorosi, ma devono comunque essere disciplinati quando parlano con una voce normale? La cosa ancora più disgustosa è che i due ospiti giapponesi accanto a me parlavano ad alta voce! Più tardi, abbiamo ascoltato le voci della porta accanto per tutto il tempo! Ripensando all'incidente dello scambio di regali di ieri, ho sempre avuto la sensazione di essere stato trattato diversamente dal cameriere, il che mi ha reso molto infelice. Ci sono sorgenti termali della stessa qualità altrove. Non ho voglia di tornare in un hotel che mi ha lasciato un'impressione simile. Buona fortuna a coloro che andranno.

It’s a sparkling clean and centrally located hotel with an old-school focus on guest comfort. The whole time I was here, I felt like everything was taken care of and everything works to make the guest feel welcome and at peace. The breakfast spread is good, but I would suggest making them a little tastier. There Re several highly-rated restaurants within 5-minute walking distance from the hotel. Parking is just 30m away. All in all, I enjoyed my one night stay very much.

Had a pleasant stay here. It's about 10-15 min walk from the station. Shared bathrooms and toilets. Only 1 with a bathtub. Free washing machine and dryer (about 3-4hrs) but you pay ¥100 for the launch pod. Free coffee, tea, etc. Beds a bit noisy and squeaky. Whole place smells like pine cos most of the furniture is pine. Place is quite quiet but you can still hear other guests walking. Good thing we stayed with few guests. There's a gap between the bed and wall so depending on how you sleep, might drop your pillow in the gap. There's a Lawson right opposite and a good restaurant, a decent ramen place and some bakery further up.

This is a little gem in Biei. It gave me cute little cozy wooden hut in the snow kind of vibe. Iooking out from the dining area and our room, the view was fantastic and breathtaking. Few things to highlight 1. Affordable cost. 2. Quite and peaceful space where you can sink in and enjoy at your own pace 3. Beautiful snowy farm view 4. Clean and spacious room 5. Polite and thoughtful staffs who can communicate in Mandarin is a plus point 6. Complimentary breakfast made by the chef was yummy. Thanks to the chef who also specially prepared a vegan set meal for my mother 7. Coffee beans, coffee grinder and tools for drip coffee making is prepared in the room for guests 8. Spacious parking space However, for old people who are weak and unfit to carry heavy luggages up and down the stairs might suffer a little as the hotel doesn't have a lift access to the bedrooms on the second floor.. The hotel bed is not as comfortable as other hotels in Japan. Overall, I love my stay in this hotel and would be glad to revisit this place.

There are no nearby convenience stores like Lawson or Family Mart, so guests need to plan ahead for their meals and supplies. This can be inconvenient, especially for larger groups with elderly or young children who may have difficulty walking long distances in the cold winter weather. Check-in ProcessTo improve the check-in experience, it would be helpful if the hotel could request guests to provide their passport details in advance. This would allow for a smoother and faster check-in, without the need for guests to go back and forth to their cars in the freezing temperatures just to take photos for the registration process. Check-out Confusion Even though the hotel had implemented the CCTV audio system to provide clear instructions, the language barrier appears to have caused some confusion for me during the check-out. This can be a common challenge, especially in more remote locations where the staff may not be as fluent in English. Breakfast Since our group requires halal food, it's understandable that we did not include the breakfast option in our package. The hotel could consider offering more diverse breakfast options to cater to different dietary needs in the future. Luggage Handling and Car Access One of the key issues we faced was the need to transport our luggage from the parking area to the unit using carts, rather than being able to drive our car closer to the entrance. This was especially challenging given the freezing -10°C temperatures at night .To improve this, it would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could allow guests to drive our cars closer to the entrance, even if just temporarily, to drop off the luggage. This would avoid the need for guests, especially those traveling with elderly or young children, to struggle with pushing heavy carts through the frigid weather. Scenery Despite the challenges, the stunning winter scenery at Auberge Ninguruforet seems to have made up for it. The -8°C temperature that morning must have created a true winter wonderland, with the beautiful snow-covered landscapes and crisp, clear skies. This picturesque setting is surely a highlight of your stay.Overall, with some improvements to the location accessibility, check-in/out procedures, and guest services, Auberge Ninguruforet could provide an even more enjoyable experience, especially for larger groups traveling with families. The breathtaking winter scenery, however, remains a major draw for this property. We will surely come again to Auberge Ninguruforet, this time leaving our larger luggage in the car and only carrying the essentials we need for our stay in our backpacks. This will allow us to avoid the hassle of transporting heavy bags through the frigid weather, and instead focus on enjoying the stunning winter scenery.By packing light and only bringing what we need for the duration of our visit, we can easily move between our car and the hotel entrance without the struggle of pushing carts through the snow. This will make the check-in and check-out process much smoother, especially for our group with elderly and young family members.Despite the minor inconveniences we experienced previously, the breathtaking winter wonderland at Auberge Ninguruforet remains a major draw for us. We look forward to returning, better prepared to handle the cold temperatures, and immersing ourselves in the serene, picturesque setting that this property offers. With a few adjustments to our packing and luggage management, we are confident our next stay will be an even more enjoyable and memorable experience.

Una comoda e confortevole ritrattamento In questo edificio vi sono 4 unità. Un’unità di parcheggio è fornita all’angolo vicino all’unità 101. Questo appartamento offre una base veramente pratica e confortevole per esplorare la zona. Apprezziamo davvero i tocchi pensativi, come gli utensili di base e le cutterie per una preparazione facile da pranzo, e l'inclusione benvenuta di mutandine istantanee, torni e pasta dentale. La microonde era anche super utile per snack e ricaldamenti rapidi. La comodità è ben gestita con un condizionatore d'aria che ha tenuto l'unità a una temperatura piacevole durante il nostro soggiorno. La lavatrice è stata un enorme plus, e abbiamo trovato la zona di asciugatura designata proprio sopra in toaletta molto efficiente. La tavola da pranzo separata è stata anche un bel toccamento, offrendo un confortevole spazio per i pasti. Con due letti matrimoniali, questa unità è ben adattata per piccoli gruppi o famiglie. Abbiamo anche goduto di essere in grado di collegare il nostro account Netflix alla TV, che è stato grande per il relax di sera - Signor Presidente, signore. Cose da notare sulla posizione L'appartamento è situato in un quartiere tranquillo, offrendo un'atmosfera tranquilla. Anche se non ci sono molti piatti vicino, ci sono due negozi di comodità in una posizione facile. Tenete presente che i supermercati locali tendono a chiudere circa le 7:00, quindi pianificare di conseguenza per le supermercati. Abbiamo trovato la zona molto piacevole per andare in giro, con pochi auto sulla strada, il che rende particolarmente divertente esplorare la città con bicicletta, e ci sono diversi negozi di noleggio biciclette disponibili se si desidera pedale intorno.

Picked this hotel due to proximity to the Shiragone Falls and Biei blue pond. We had a Japanese room with 2 single beds and a tatami area for the futon. The beds could do with an upgrade. Mattresses were old and height of beds were much lower than the ones available in most hotels. The small bathroom is much higher than the room floor, need to be careful when getting in and out, especially at night. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet style and quite a good spread. The restaurant decor is modern and gives a nice vibe. There is a flight of stairs from front of hotel to reception area, a challenge for those with heavy suitcases. Thankfully, we had help from a hotel staff.

Una comoda permanenza a Sounkyo. Il loro buffet e colazione erano grandi. Molte varietà.. soprattutto come il loro progetto di birra dove si può riempire da soli per il buffet. Onsen è disponibile fino alle 9 del mattino. Il personale era amichevole e la camera è pulita. Bello ambiente con la natura intorno all'hotel. C'è un negozio all'interno dell'hotel per acquistare il souvenir di Sounkyo.

The hotel description did not capture the situation enough. I was confused due to lack of room pictures. They also posted several listing for different rooms under different hotel name section. But this room is perfect for us. The location is a bit far (if you are not used to walking) from the station but it is only around 7-9 minutes walking. The surrounding area is a quiet neighborhood. The building is new and very clean. It was also warm inside even when the weather forecast said -14 celcius outside. The japanese food they served was also very good. They provided free coffee/tea and water in common area. They also let us lent their microwave. The bathroom is only one but very clean and comfy. The room has its own mini fridge, ac, and tv. If you are wondering where to stay in Biei, I definitely recommend this place.

Convenient location close to the ropeway and public transportation. The hotel is a little dated though. There are indoor and outdoor onsens but the outdoor onsen is opened to male and female on different dates. The hotel provides shuttle bus service to take you to their nearby sister hotel which has outdoor onsen throughout the week. The buffet breakfast and dinner are very average so don't expect much. The reception hardly speaks any English or Chinese so be prepared to use a translating App.
