"We had a room for 4, which has two beds and two futons, with a kitchen. The onsen was great, a few areas for experiences. The place is near the Main Street with lots of restaurants and the best soup curry restaurant is only 3 min walk away. The services by staff was also delightful, was a wonderful stay."

"The hotel is directly opposite the exit of JR Hakodate Station and just across the bus stop area.
Basically, all Hakodate attractions can be reached by bus. It takes about 15 minutes to walk back to the hotel from the cross street. If you are too lazy to wait for the streetcar after eating clown burgers for dinner, you can take a slow walk back.
The room is clean. You need to swipe your room card at the hotel entrance after 11 pm to enter. There is a ramen shop downstairs (within 10 steps from the hotel entrance) and Nemuro Hanamaru (30 steps from the hotel entrance). It is recommended to eat during off-peak hours."

"The hotel was big and a bit of old design. But they do keep all the rooms and facilities function well so no worry, ample parking space. They even have a room with all the amenities you can just take and use it, for other hotel in Japan normally this amenities are just a counter but this hotel they provide you a room full of comics, pillow, bathrobe, warmer, bolster and etc. Must book the hotel with their buffet breakfast, you won't regret. So much choices and they serve sashimi for breakfast as well, how amazing. Really enjoying staying here."

"Very close to the station of Hakodate JR (8min walk) and to the morning market (10min walk). The area is quite empty of people, surprising as it's close to the station. The area has probably seen better days or will but it's great to get to the station. The hotel was on the older side, the rooms had some stains on walls and tatami. However it was clean, quite a good size room for the price with private bathroom and had all amenities you can think of."

"I am very satisfied with my 2 days stay in this hotel.
There are things that make the hotel a standout which are
1. Location and convenience . Walking distance to Jr station and the fact that it is right next to hakodate morning market offers the guest wide variety of choice for traditional jap seafood breakfast. You can get a variety of seafood and fresh fruits like strawberry n melon from the market. There are quite a number of restaurants where u can enjoy sashimi and seafood don.
2. Beautiful view from the hotel lounge and hotel room. The view was simply picturesque
3. Facilities. Both indoor n outdoor onsen available for the guests. U can enjoy soaking in onsen while enjoying the nice view it offered. Bringing comfort to the body and pleasure to the eyes at the same time.
Washing machine, cooker and microwave oven is available in the room. It brings great convenience to travellers where we can wash clothes in own room without leaving the room

TT.K.198XThe hotel and service is fine. However, my overall experience is disappointing. First, staff could not communicate in English. Then, in the first room I checked in, I found a chunk of hair on the ceiling in the shower room. So, I go down to the front desk to complain; the staff changes me to the new room. When I came back to the hotel at 20.30. They already ran out of their free drink offer. The staff told me that after 20.00, they offer Y500 off from their drink. Again, I feel disappointed since they should tell me during the check in.

Pphua.scI personally feel this hotel is a good starting point especially if you love exploring by walking.
From Hakodate Train Station, it is about a 5-10 min walk. Along the way, you'll find a number of food options (kaizen-don selection) at Hakodate Asaichi that is best for breakfast/lunch and also Lucky Pierrot (local restaurant burger chain with wide selection) across the street. There is also a Lawson's convenience store nearby.
The hotel is within walking distance (＜5 min) from the Morning Market (where you can get all the preserved seafood for souvenirs) and also the must-try Uni Marumaki's (price range Y3500 and up for the recommended items). Further up, after about 20 minutes walking, is the Red Brick Warehouses (Lots of souvenir shopping and some of the more-branded food to try between meals - cakes, ice cream etc). The Hakodate Seafood Market is also around this area where fresh sashimi is available. I was surprised to find similarly priced oysters (Y900 for 2) here that's of better quality than at the Morning Market.
I've concentrated so far on the plentiful food options nearby because the breakfast buffet had very, very limited options and limited seating (see last photo). The main option I could recall was a selection of onigiri with different flavours, some western-type food, and bread. I think it's fine because Hakodate is really a foodie's place so you should try eating outside the hotel (especially sashimi and kaizendon).
The hotel itself is very clean and has all basic amenities that serve it's purpose.

DDean MauriceWe booked this hotel for a special stay for our Christmas Day abroad and it did not disappoint. The rooms are cozy, spacious and quiet with very comfy beds. We appreciated the entry way with the closet and shoe rack. We also appreciated the shower with great pressure, the large sink counter and the Japanese style toilet. There was also a good amount of toiletries provided. We had Japanese style pajamas, slippers for the room, sandals to go around the hotel in and even slippers specifically for the toilet area. The room has a large TV and you can connect to it with an HDMI cable or screencast but we could not figure out how to screencast. The hotel primarily caters to Japanese so the important stuff was in English but the little things like the remote control and temperature control were not.
We booked our stay with the buffet dinner and breakfast and for our stay it seems that all the greatest hits for Japanese cuisine were out. For dinner they had a steak grilling station, a BBQ scallop station, a sushi chef, crab dumplings and all kinds of accompaniments. For the dessert they had an array of tasty sweets but we enjoyed the macarons and Hokkaido ice cream the most. The breakfast was equally fantastic with a miso soup station, all kinds of sashimi, black pork dumplings, fried chicken and all kinds of crowd pleasers. There is a juice station and a coffee machine that makes all kinds of drinks so we were very pleased with the meals. We appreciated the plates and small dishes that allowed for small portions so we could pretty much try everything. Some items at the buffet did run out and these were specifically the small dishes - it is worth going early for breakfast and dinner because some items are not replenished and I found quite a few of these very delicious!
There isn't much around the hotel other than a 7-11 and a small botanical garden across the bridge but it is definitely a hotel meant to stay in and enjoy. We went to the onsen at night and in the morning and really enjoyed the outdoor bath which was sea facing. At night you could hear the waves and see the stars and during the day you could enjoy the beach and mountain view. The onsen baths have a variety of temperature pools and saunas and good bath products. There is a machine that dispenses a few pop flavours, cold tea and mineral water in the change room. There was a variety of self care products available in the change rooms as well like toothbrushes and razors.
Our room was very cozy after our bath and we found that the temperature for the hotel was possibly centrally controlled and not adjustable according to Google translation. It was set at a balmy 24 but we did figure out how to turn it off and got a comfortable night's rest. I wasn't a big fan of the hard toothbrushes that were provided mainly because the toothbrush used a coating rather than toothpaste which makes them truly single use.
The hotel offers quite a few amenities outside of the onsen area but the onsen was the highlight for us. They have a lounge area with lots of seats looking out to the sea near the front desk, a separate restaurant from the buffet restaurant, a souvenir shop that sells drinks too and luggage storage. We aren't sure if there are multiple floors with laundry machines but the one laundry room we did find only had one machine so this might not be a hotel to do your laundry at.
The hotel is easily accessible from both the train station and airport. From the train station you can take a bus or the tram which would take about 30 minutes and from the airport there are some dedicated busses that will take about 15 minutes. The bus station and tram station closest to the hotel is Yunokawa Onsen.
This was a great stay for us and we felt one night here was perfect. There is a lot to see in Hakodate and had we stayed longer we would have chosen a more economical option but this truly was a special treat for us.

Non posso tenere il mio bagaglio prima del mio check-in in tempo, quindi devo portare il mio bagaglio pesante con me per tutto il giorno, e il personale qui non è amico, anche che prezzi ¥5,000 per il check-out tardivo anche per 5 minuti. Rimango in molti hotel con un prezzo più alto e più economico, ma questo posto è stato davvero deludente.
Tutto in questo hotel è perfetto, ma penso che debbano educare il personale e altri servizi.

OO.K. MACNon sono sicuro se sia durante le lunghe vacanze, o è normale. Ma mi aspettavo un servizio molto migliore per questo tipo di hotel. Così mi sentivo così deluso quando non mi piaceva.
Prima di tutto, ho portato un sacco di cose, ho chiesto al concierge, sì, c'era un bagaglio, ma devo portare tutto da solo nella mia stanza, usando un piccolo e vecchio carrello con ruote disabili.
Secondo, pieno di turisti. Il nostro negozio era così pieno. Quindi devo andare a fare un bagno, un paio di minuti nel mio negozio, poi tornare nella mia stanza. Non rilassarmi affatto.
Terzo, un lungo colazione in coda. Ci sono stati 2 tipi di colazione da scegliere. Non abbiamo mai visto questo prima, ma dobbiamo avere una coda, per 30-60 minuti di attesa. Se sapessi che c'era una coda per il colazione dell'hotel, sarei certamente andato a prendere la coda prima di imballare il mio bagaglio. Chi saprà che sarebbe stato così. E' la mia prima volta di aspettare per 1 ora per fare colazione.
Infine, ero così stanco e voglio il massaggio, quindi ho prenotato uno. Non sono sicuro se sia normale per lo stile giapponese o no, ma rispetto al massaggio thailandese e il massaggio coreano, non avrei dovuto pagarlo . Troppo costoso ma non aiutare affatto. Sono tornato nella mia stanza per acupunturarmi.
Fortunatamente ho soggiornato 2 hotel a Hakodate, quindi mi sono trasferito in un altro hotel il giorno dopo e mi sono sentito molto meglio.
Oh, alcune cose che mi piace di questo hotel.
1. Le foto lungo il cammino verso un'altra ali (durante la mia passeggiata verso l'albero).
2. Un posto di noleggio auto davanti all'hotel, mentre aspettavo la colazione, andai lì e trovo un buon noleggio auto a prezzo di prezzo.

UUtente ospite交通：離機場8分鐘，離jr半小時，門口就是車站，沒有班車接送，但會出來接過行李➕送上房。
房間：房間不算大，風景很不錯，雖然去住的那天天氣不好，但總體是不錯的。有小點心和冰箱的茶何啤酒，晚上會有人來鋪床。就是私湯要一直按着才出熱水，而且風很大，簾子一放下來就吹跑。
吃飯：訂了一泊二食，但自助餐吃的沒有特別好，扣一點點分，而且晚餐沒有飲料！衹能自己購買！去的時候休息室維修了，但工作人員很好地為我提供了一處空餘的地方並送上飲料，點贊👍。
公共浴場：23小時開放，凌晨3-4點是打掃時間，4樓有半户外温泉，7樓有海景温泉，兩處温泉的男女湯會互換，大家記得留意時間。
花月和潮騷亭，就是景色有點區別，其它吃飯泡湯都是同一個區域，大家可以自行選擇。

다다시나가자!È un po' lontano dal centro di Hakodate, ma molto vicino all'aeroporto. Le strutture possono essere un po' meno rispetto al ryokan circostante, ma la mattina e la sera completano queste carenze.
Il personale è amichevole e c'è una donna che parla bene coreano.
