Hotel con parcheggio a Hakodate

Clean Apartment hotel. Interestingly they have an automated bath tub with water system. Good view and of coz a balcony for slow mornings and coffee. Location is great, only a few hundred meters to the train station. Convenience store just a few minutes walk. Near the fresh market. Staff were friendly and gave us toiletries and left it outside the room even when we did not ask for room cleaning. Spacious and great stay for Ironman participants as the unit is big, you can build your bike comfortably. Overall it was a great stay!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay very comfortable from check-in to check-out. The location is excellent, only about a 3-minute walk from the tram station, which makes getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants nearby, so finding food is never a problem. The room was clean and well maintained, and the onsen was very nice and relaxing after a long day. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

- microwave and washing machine in the room(recommended to buy Hakodate milk and heat it up using microwave, make your own milktea using free tea bag from hotel) - great location, right beside hakodate morning market - there is a Hot spring bath with sea view - free coffee and a comfortable lounge with sea view - unpleasant check-in experience, one of the staff is impatient - No bottled water provided in the room. Check-in experience was a bit unpleasant when we arrived earlier (we knew we were early and weren’t requesting for early check-in). One of the male staff was quite unfriendly and kept repeating “no early check-in” when we were just asking whether we could store our luggage before check-in. He seemed quite impatient throughout. However, the rest of the staff were good, and even lent us a knife and cutting board to cut the melon we bought. Location is great, right beside the morning market, and only about a 7-minute walk to the JR station. We came during spring so the walk was totally fine.

The hotel is just next to the station. We arrived by train on a windy and rainy day and were thankful that it’s just a short walk to the hotel. The room is spacious and the onsen is nice. The carpet is stained but we understand it’s common for hotel after some years. The hotel staff were helpful when we enquire about directions and asked to borrow umbrellas too. Though it rained on both days that we were in Hakodate, we still enjoyed ourselves using the city tram, which station is about 3mins walk across the Jr station. The market is also just less about 3mins walk away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay with the hotel and will stay here again if ever return and will recommend to friends.

I booked the hotel a few months ago so I could get a very good price for staying with OMO5. Very comfortable and energetic hotel, especially the common area was a place for relaxing and chill. They have a different set up during the day and at night. The highlight of this hotel is the free shuttle bus services, going around the city, and the paid shuttle service to go up the hill to see the sunset. You would be knowing how chaotic it could be up there so it’s good to have a shuttle bus bringing you up and down back to the hotel door. Also, the hotel offer free tours and I joined the free market walking tour and a bus tour to Onuma National Park. By staying one night, I could use the services before the check in and after the check out, so basically it covered 2 days activities when I was in Hakodate. it’s a super value offer, and I really feel this hotel group has thoughts from traveler’s perspective and try their best to give the best experience and to help reducing hassles for us. Definitely I will book with hotels under Hoshino Resort Group again. Thank you very much.

About 10-15mins driving distance from the city center. Parking is located next to it (around 2mins walking distance) where u have to walk through an alley to hotel main door. Perhaps they can install a street light in the alley way or a back door near to parking lots coz it is quite dark and scary to walk alone. Breakfast is lack of variety but acceptable. Other than these, overall is satisfied.

La scorsa settimana, durante la neve pesante, rimasi qui, e la scelta di questo ryokan si è rivelata la decisione perfetta. L'iscrizione era dettagliata e riflessiva. Il butler, che credo si chiamava Junko, ha trascorso circa 30 minuti spiegando la stanza, le strutture e le regole della casa, utilizzando le carte di immagine e gli strumenti di traduzione a causa di un piccolo inglese, che ha reso il processo chiaro e semplice. La camera è stata accogliente con una bella vista sull'oceano, ma non è moderna, ma fa parte del fascino, perché si sente come tornare negli anni '80 o '90, pur mantenendosi ben mantenuta e funzionante. Il riscaldamento era sufficiente anche a temperature da -5 a -10 gradi. La stanza era pulita, e il letto era pronto durante la cena e riposato a colazione, che ci faceva sentire molto bene curati. Abbiamo preordinato cena e colazione via Trip.com e abbiamo chiesto un set di carne e crab in anticipo, che era ospitato. Le porzioni erano molto generose, e mentre il cibo potrebbe non essere di alta qualità, era meglio di molti ryokans che ho soggiornato. Il primo uso è gratuito per 45 minuti, con ulteriori oneri per le sessioni successive. Il primo uso si chiude ogni giorno alle 10 per pulizia. Il ryokan si trova a Yunokawa Onsen, a circa 30 minuti dalla città. In generale, un soggiorno molto appassionante. Molto consigliato per coloro che cercano un livello di cinque stelle ryokan esperienze.

La vista dalla stanza dell'hotel e dal tetto è bello. Ma l'hotel ha bisogno di alcuni aggiornamenti. La stanza e le strutture di primavera calda sono di tipo vecchio. Anche se nel complesso il mio soggiorno di due notti era comodo. La stanza è pulita, il colazione è buona. Il soggiorno gratuito alla notte è bello. Posizione conveniente, vicino all'area della baia. È circa 10-15 min passo dalla stazione di treno Hakodate. Taxi ride è circa ¥700. 

È un po' lontano dal centro di Hakodate, ma molto vicino all'aeroporto. Le strutture possono essere un po' meno rispetto al ryokan circostante, ma la mattina e la sera completano queste carenze. Il personale è amichevole e c'è una donna che parla bene coreano.

Il personale di galleria è molto gentile. Puoi tranquillizzare la galleria in anticipo. La stanza è anche molto pulita. La famiglia è molto buona. È solo un po' lontana da oggi, non c'è altro problema, ci sono anche supermercati vicino
