Hotel con parcheggio a Chitose

One of my favorite hotel stays anywhere in the world. Exceptional service. Great Lake Shikotsu views from the rooms and the facility. Meals were outstanding both in their quality and interesting offerings. The negative reviews seem very out of place to us. Assume it is based on which room type selected. Our room was very clean, nice features - deluxe twin. Regarding meals, it is a set menu - if you are particular it may be better to dine elsewhere and order directly. For the Onsen, we did not use as I have tattoos. They do have nice baths in the rooms.

It’s very near to the chitose JR station, about less than 1 minutes walk. The breakfast is good though not much selection but tasty. Service staff is average as they didn’t share with us that we can choose another pillow but we knew it from other reviewers in trip, also didn’t share with us the lady public bath passcode. So I give service an average score. But still a good choice if you need to catch early flight for a night stay.

Exceptional Private Onsen & Hokkaido Flavors. Overall Impression: A perfect blend of convenience and cozy. Despite the bustling atmosphere and classic, dark decor, the private onsen and dining experience make this a standout choice in the area. Hightlights: The room: Spacious with beautiful wooden floors and a private outdoor onsen. Soaking in the heat while snow falls is pure magic. Features like the ”His&Her” sinks and an in-room massage chair make our stay more comfortable. All complimentary in the room adds a thoughful touch. Dining: The buffet offers and impressive variety of local dishes alongside beautifully plated mains. Even when busy, the staff sustematically managed the seating, ensuring we enjoyed the stunning winter views comfortably. The Hokkaido cheese pizza and dessert are absolute must-tries. Location and Service: Perfectly situated in the heart of the sightseeing district, with famous sweet shop right nearby. The complimentary valet parking and polight, perfessional staff made our stay seamless. Observations: Atmosphere: The common areas can feel a bit crowded due to its popularity. Design: The room interiors are a bit outdated and lean toward very dark tones, and notably, Netflix is not available on the in-room TV. Note: Windows are fixed; ventilation is managed via the onsen balcony door. Verdict: Highly recommended for foodies and onsen lovers who want to be the center of the action.

Apartamento moderno e nuovo e dotato di tutto quello che ti serve. Parcheggio facile e abbondante. Se avete bisogno di un rapido licenziamento, sarebbe una buona scelta. Molte aziende di noleggio auto sono anche a piedi dall'appartamento se si vuole prendere la prima cosa la mattina prossima.

I arrived very early after taking an overnight flight. I asked the front desk if it was possible to check in earlier and mentioned that I was willing to pay an additional fee if needed. However, the front desk staff repeatedly told me that early check-in was not possible, and the tone was not very friendly. As a result, I had to wait until 3 p.m. while feeling very tired. The hotel room itself was clean and tidy, and all the necessary amenities were provided. I also had a very comfortable sleep that night.

Lovely hotel, really clean and has everything you need. The onsen was amazing and staff were ever so nice. Even a free mini bus to airport if needed! Definitely recommend:)

L'hotel dispone di una posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni. Anche se la stanza è piccola, il suo design minimalista moderno è pensato, massimizza lo spazio e rende facile il movimento. Un bel toccaggio è la fornitura di pigiama a due pezzi per gli ospiti. Il buffet per cena e colazione offre una vasta gamma di opzioni deliziose. In generale, un soggiorno confortevole e ben progettato con grandi opzioni di cena.

È pulito e le dimensioni sono adeguate considerando che si tratta di un hotel giapponese. La chiave era un po' difficile da usare, ma sappiate che basta girarla e spingerla per aprire. Al piano di sotto vendono anche ramen, quindi potete mangiare lì anche se il tempo è brutto. Volevo bere una birra in bottiglia ma non avevo un apribottiglie, quindi l'ho chiesto alla reception e me ne hanno gentilmente prestato uno.

Il panorama è fantastico! 💯 Situato sulla sponda occidentale del Lago Shikotose, prendete un autobus dall'aeroporto di New Chitose (solo quattro volte al giorno) per il Lago Shikotose. Poi, verrete prelevati dalla navetta dell'hotel (due volte al giorno). Il tragitto dal Lago Shikotose all'hotel dura circa 20 minuti, quindi assicuratevi di pianificare il vostro viaggio di conseguenza. La camera si affaccia sul Lago Shikotose, quindi potrete ammirare l'alba dalla vostra camera al mattino. Sono disponibili bagni separati per uomini e donne. Immergersi nelle sorgenti termali è incredibilmente rilassante nelle giornate di neve. Ogni bagno ha quattro piscine: una a bassa temperatura, una ad alta temperatura e una all'aperto. L'altra area esterna si trova alla fine di un lungo corridoio. Ricordatevi di indossare un piumino dopo la doccia prima di uscire, altrimenti dovrete tornare indietro a metà strada. Non c'è la doccia in camera, ma è molto comodo utilizzare le sorgenti termali. I prodotti da bagno sono ben forniti. La camera che abbiamo prenotato includeva cena e colazione. La cena era come mostrato nelle foto, nella media ma abbondante. La colazione era a buffet con un'ampia scelta. Il ristorante al primo piano serve anche caffè self-service nel pomeriggio. L'area termale viene pulita dalle 9:10 alle 9:30. È consentito scattare fotografie. 📷 Non portare il telefono con te negli altri orari. Tutti sono nudi. Anche se il viaggio può essere un po' scomodo, il paesaggio e le sorgenti termali ne valgono la pena.

The hotel is in good location in Chitose, it is just few steps away in Chitose station and close to Lawson and 7/11. Few minutes away from the airport, bus will be easier transport choice from New Chitose Airport to reach this hotel specially if carrying more baggage as the bus stop is just almost in front of the hotel entrance. There is also a scheduled shuttle arranged by the hotel to the airport.
