Fantastico
TTintin29Room is on the smaller side but with a good balcony. The decoration and greens in the hotel were incredible. Lots of food and services are available which made our stay quite enjoyable.

KKe Kei W.It was a very nice stay! It’s very closed to the coastline, where you can have a nice walk, and see people with their cute pets, and staffs are very very nice.
It’d take a bit of walking from the bus station. But it wasn’t much of a problem for me. In the room you’ll find everything you need including washing machine. The bed’s comfy, and I got to see a bit of the firework from American Village.
And you can find very delicious Okinawa Soba on that street!

Also, the location was walking distance from the American Village and other convenient spots (Family Mart, McDonald's, etc.). I would rebook this place if I stayed at Chatan again.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è molto convenientea proposito di un'auto 10-minute da American Village. Tuttavia, non sembra esserci alcun trasporto pubblico vicino, quindi è più adatto per coloro che viaggiano in auto. La stanza è spaziosa e molto pulita. Avere due bagni è ideale per il viaggio di gruppo. Anche se c'è un asciugacapelli, è consigliabile portare alcuni rack di tipo IKEA o altri dispositivi di lavaggio. Mi riferirei sicuramente di rimanere in questo hotel la prossima volta.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel was very spacious for me and my 14 year old son. We landed at Naha and took the city bus to the hotel. It was very convenient because the bus stop is literally right next tot he hotel.
My only challenge was getting a taxi because it was my very first time in Japan and I didn’t know there’s a taxi app available. so no one onsite until 10am but i needed to be somewhere by 0830. But they do have have starbucks and Mcdonals within walking distance g distance and American Village was about 15-20 minutes away. I enjoyed my stayed there and I would recommend it to anyone that would like to save more but having a good place to stay.
It had its down washer n dryer in the room, tub was separated from the shower which I absolutely loved it. full kitchen was also in our room.

UUtente ospiteThe place itself was quite clean and in a nice location. The only problem with the place is it’s impossible to contact any staff. They have no front desk, and even though they have a “direct line” at the entrance of the hotel, no one picks up even during their working hours.
The WiFi in my room broken down after the first night of my stay, I tried to contact the hotel staff through phone call, email etc but received no response from them, the issue persisted until the end of my trip, rendering me unable to access the internet.
Luckily trip.com was responsive and gave me a reasonable compensation for the additional costs I incurred in order to access the internet.
In short, the hotel is decent if you don’t run into any problems and don’t require any contact with their staff, otherwise I’d suggest you stay at somewhere with actual working staffs!

Situato a Okinawa, il Seawall Hostel vanta una posizione privilegiata vicino all'American Village. Il parcheggio è disponibile proprio di fronte all'ostello, il che lo rende molto comodo per chi arriva in auto.
La cucina in comune permette agli ospiti di preparare i propri pasti; l'attrezzatura è essenziale ma sufficiente. L'ambiente e le camere sono puliti e ordinati, con un'atmosfera rilassante. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo.
Se cercate una sistemazione che vi permetta di cucinare, sia economica e in una posizione comoda, piuttosto che un'esperienza in un hotel di lusso, questa è un'opzione pratica da prendere in considerazione.

UUtente ospiteWe are very happy with the stay and would come back. The twin rooms are spacious, clean and have a balcony. Due to the proximity of the Main Street which our balcony was facing, we could hear the occasional loud car noise during the night. The hallways leading to the rooms had a moldy smell and some large mold spots, which is difficult to avoid given the high humidity. However, the rooms have not been affected at all.

So, I did. We have to find another hotel instead. But staff was nice to suggest another hotel.
