Our stay at the ryokan was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a beautiful blend of traditional charm and modern comforts. The tatami rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, with a calming ambiance that made it easy to unwind. We also loved the small touches, like the yukata robes provided for guests and the attentive staff who made sure we were comfortable at all times. The whole experience felt like a perfect balance of tradition and luxury.

Perfect house. The views were amazing, it was spacious, the check-in process was easy. 10/10.

L'hotel è un po' date, ma il bagno privato nella camera privata e anche fuori nella zona pubblica sono abbastanza pulito. Il buffet da pranzo è stato grande come si può fare la propria barbecue. Il buffet da colazione è stato anche fantastico. Ci piace che abbia i caschi Yukata per noi stessi, perché possiamo scegliere il nostro stile di colore di abbigliamento.

Amo il posto, rimasi in una stanza tatami. Molto bel bagno privato caldo, molto pulito, di un po 'dato. Colazione buona, 7 su 10. Mi piacerebbe tornare.

高評価だったのでとても楽しみにしていたのですが、夜ご飯も物足りなくて、朝ごはんもちょっと残念でした。 おかずも似たりよったりで、煮物系が多かったです。*などもあったら良かったと思いました。 食事処が掘りこたつでしたが、温度が入っていなくて寒かったです。 平日だったのでお得に泊まれたとは思ったのですが、金額も1人25000円以上になったので、その金額を出すのならばもう少し満足度が欲しかったですね。 本当に期待していたので、辛口のコメントですみません。 お部屋のお風呂は良かったので、料理をもう少し。。。と思いました。

由於想配合阿蘇卡德利動物園及阿蘇火山行程，又不想一早開太長車程，決定在阿蘇住一晚。距離動物園2分鐘車程，距離火山20分鐘車程。最後成功參加動物園抱熊BB的活動。 酒店門前車位已滿，我們要泊第二駐車場，走路約5分鐘。建議在酒店落好行李再泊車。否則石路及小斜，是比較難推行李。 酒店滿滿日本地道風味，門外的小庭院及火爐很有氛圍。要留意，房間是沒有浴室，訂房資訊的浴室是指洗手間，在湯布院那晚情況也一樣。所以洗澡是跟浸溫泉是一套，需預先跟前台訂好使用個室風呂的時間，免費的。走來走去是有點小麻煩，但晚上也沒什麼事忙，喜歡泡溫泉更沒問題。 酒店是1泊2食。服務一流，年青的兼職服務員更非常用心盡力用英語跟客人溝通。晚餐超級豐富，味道也很好。早餐也是滿滿一桌。在這初嘗了馬肉刺身，味道不錯。阿蘇宿房性價比爆燈，推介！

It’s easy to reach by car. The room we stayed it’s in the main building, no shower in the room, will need to go downstairs for bath, but it’s a good experience to try traditional house. The public onsen is in another building, with outdoor view, small but cozy. Breakfast and dinner are well prepared with certain time. The ingredients are organic. The tastes are quite simple.

To be expected in such a small town, the hotel is quite old and dated. The tatami room can accommodate four futons for a family of four, but there is almost no room left for anything else. The public onsen on 1F and roof are included with your stay. This hotel is great value for money if you know what a traditional Japanese onsen hotel is like.

Stato in stile giapponese con letto futon e nessun bagno nell'edificio allegato. La camera dell'hotel è pulita e accogliente. Ci sono un totale di 6 strutture bagnate private, che sono buone ma un po' troppo piccole a mio parere. Non sono abituato a dormire sul letto di futon.Prenoterei il letto ovest normale la prossima volta.
