Hotel con parcheggio a Thiruvananthapuram

The hotel is centrally located , it is near to railway station, bus terminus and all major temples. It has spacious parking, The staff are very helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. The food in the restaurant is good & tasty. It is a good place for a family to stay. Шикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках. Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.

Posizione della proprietà - perfetta. Alimento - perfetto. Servizi - immediatamente/pronto. Camera - spaziosa. Bagno - pulito. La foglia di letto - ha bisogno di più attenzione e pulizia. Controlla prima dell'uso. Mi hanno anche migliorato per il colazione gratis per tutti i giorni della mia permanenza senza nemmeno chiedere.Il personale è molto gentile e utile. Se visitare Thiruvananthapuram, allora questo è il posto dove si può andare se si ottiene un buon accordo.

Overall, I am happy to stay here throughout this one week simply because all the staff are super friendly. Greetings to me every day and smile all the time. Only some personal comments regarding the hotel access card, no disturb/ clean my room card are not 5 star hotel standard. Most importantly is the hygiene issues need some effort or improvement. The drinking water cap is dirty, the cup is dirty, the wall gets mouldy, etc. Most of the food in the restaurant is not available. Advice to simplify the menu. Gym facilities are old, some already spoiled and not fixing yet. No towel provided.

È un appartamento condiviso/alloggio nella bella zona residenziale di Trivandrum. L'ospite era una persona molto gentile e accogliente. Anche se ci siamo appena trasferiti una notte, ci piacerebbe essere tornato. È stato ragionevolmente prezioso e decente, molto vicino a alcuni buoni ristoranti e di solito tranquille e sicure strade e vicinanze. È molto vicino sia alla stazione ferroviaria che all'aeroporto (circa 15 minuti). Recommandato per le famiglie.

For the premium pricing, the value proposition is lacking. I would recommend the management to seriously invest in upgrading the rooms, amenities, and overall infrastructure to deliver a better and more future-ready experience. The amenities feel stuck in the past. If the property wants to stay competitive in 2025 and beyond, they definitely need to revamp and modernize their offerings

Questo hotel non è certamente una proprietà 4-star come si afferma di essere. Le camere sono sicuramente pulite e comode, ma i positivi finiscono lì. Il servizio è assolutamente abominabile. Ho ordinato un caffè, ma non l'hanno servito nemmeno in un'ora, nonostante le avesse ricordate due volte.Una volta dopo aver fatto la doccia, l'acqua scorreva sotto la porta a dormire. Non c'era nessun buffet e c'erano solo due opzioni - Puri sabzi o tosta! Non avevano nemmeno tè o caffè pronto. Dopo qualche ricordo, finalmente portarono il caffè. L'ho messo a terra con un tostapane e mi sono spedito a controllare. Opt per questo hotel se lo ottiene a buon mercato, ma non essere delusi che avrai un'esperienza 4-star!

Location was good but it looks like the hotel gives you sub standard rooms if you book through mmt, the bed had very rough bedsheet, broken washroom soap holder, broken fan regulator, all that could have been done before the guest could check in.

The hotel’s cleanliness was satisfactory, but the food left much to be desired. Not only was it of poor quality, but it was also outrageously overpriced. The breakfast selection was shockingly limited. I didn’t use room service, so i can’t speak to that. The room itself was decent, but there were glaring issues: the wash basin in the toilet is mounted far too low, making it an awkward struggle for taller guests. Worse yet, the closet seat cover was improperly installed, adding to the discomfort. When i requested a slightly later checkout, the front office manager bluntly refused, citing that since i booked, no flexibility was allowed. As a result, i had to pack up and leave by 9:30 am, which was completely inconvenient. I won’t be staying here again, and i certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent experience.

Fantastic Stay - Walking distance from the Railway station. Limited food items for morning breakfast, taste is good
