UUtente ospiteThe Vivanta Goa Panaji is an excellent hotel. My wife and I travelled from the US to visit in Goa. The hotel has an excellent location near the Campal Gardens and is a very walkable location. We walked to Fontainhas and into the city area several times. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The hotel provided plenty of bottled water, more than we could use. The pool area on the rooftop is a great place to cool off and relax after touring, and the food/drink selections and service were very good. Our booking included the breakfast buffet, which I HIGHLY recommend. There was a very large selection of food, including western /continental, Chinese and Indian. There must be over 30 things to choose from, including whatever type of eggs you could think of, waffles, pancakes, dosas, etc. The quality was excellent, the hot food was hot and cold food was cold. We also ate at the hotel at least one evening for the buffet. It was also extremely extensive and high quality and a very reasonable price. The staff was amazing and the servers truly took an interest in making sure we were happy. They made suggestions for what to try, and if you let them know you are an adventurous eater, they will help you to experience something new and exciting to taste.
The hotel is part of the Taj group, and their attention to quality and service is apparent. We will definitely stay at the Vivanta the next time we are in Goa.

UUtente ospiteIn generale, mi piaceva molto. Non ci sono abbastanza piccole cose letteralmente fino a cinque, puramente in India. Distretto vicino al quartiere portoghese. La sera intorno all'hotel, perché c'è poco luce, nel quartiere portoghese con illuminazione tutto è buono. Il personale è amichevole e responsabile.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and polite. The gym is very small and has few equipment. Excellent location. However, the daily rate is too high for what the hotel offers. This is probably because it is a tourist area. I asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave me a room on the first floor where you couldn't see anything.

TTravellin JackL'hotel è molto vecchio, ma il personale è cordiale e reagisce rapidamente, l'acqua nel bagno è calda, il letto è grande e confortevole, e la vista sul fiume dalla nostra suite elitista è grande.
Il colazione era la media di questo tipo di alloggio, e l'accento era il riarrangement quotidiano della cucina.
La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata, la TV e l'internet potrebbero essere migliorati, ma in generale, non male per un hotel a bilancio.

JJames MonsterIl mio check-in non era in buona esperienza, c'erano alcuni problemi con la categoria della camera, capisco completamente che l'hotel era pieno di casa, ma è dozente significa che gli altri ospiti soffrono, ***e del personale che hanno bisogno di formazione poi sembrano molto triste, Devo dirgli buon mattino o sera, poi potranno rispondere, direi che i membri del personale di F&B andavano via, consiglierei Noella, Danjita, Chef Dutta per la loro cura supplementare hanno fatto un buon lavoro, le varietà alimentari sono sorprendenti soprattutto per il colazione, Il club della salute alcune macchine sono troppo vecchie, il nome del conducente del taxi Mahmood è molto buono che era straordinario per la sua ospite.

PPANCHALIl signor Shantanu, al di fuori del dipartimento, è estremamente educato e professionale.Ci ha salutati caldamente e ha reso il processo di check-in fluido e senza problemi. La sua cortesia e l'assistenza immediata hanno davvero migliorato il nostro soggiorno.
Shantanu dal desk front è semplicemente eccellente. Molto vicino, gentile ed efficiente. Ha fatto tutta l'esperienza di check-in e check-out senza sforzo. In realtà fissa un alto standard di servizio.
