UUtente ospiteCheck-in process was smooth. People at front desk was supportive and friendly.
Room was neat and clean. Though size wise it looks small but whatever required for comfortable stay was there. Room AC waa working fine. Room equipped with 2 water bottles, coffee/team making, required toiletry. Everyday Room was cleaned neat and clean.
Room service was satisfactory. During my 4 days stay, I ordered food for dinner in room. Food taste was good. Room service was fast.
Breakfast is served at floor-6 from 8am to 10am. Breakfast area was found neat and clean. Though breakfast spread was limited but it included whatever is required. Breakfast food quality was good. This area is governed by Ladies who were very supportive and excellent. I will say they were excellent.
Checkout process was smooth. I asked for GST invoice and they were able to manage within no time.
The only limitation i can see is location. It is located in Sitaburdi which is market place so for business travellers it might find crowdy to reach. In the morning, there was no crowd. I have vehicle to drop so not issue for me but some business travellers may not like it.
i will say excellent experience. I will recommend this hotel for business travellers if they are looking stay option in Nagpur. Thanks for hospitality.

L'ospitalità e la proprietà sono favolosi dall'esterno e dall'interno.
Anche il mio soggiorno era comodo e conveniente.

UUtente ospiteIl manter maestoso era un valore per la proprietà monetaria molto vicino a una passeggiata dall’aeroporto. Le camere erano confortevoli, pulite e tempeste. Soprattutto il letto con una certa rigidità che altrimenti con le grandi fonti sono peggio per il retro. La ricezione era gentile e cortese e ci ha aiutato a guidare per la vista.

UUtente ospiteThe room is ok in size. But the location is too inside in the city. Bathroom was clean. Except tea/coffee, no food is available in the hotel. But lots of outside food was available nearby. Room has good size balcony with nice seating arrangement.

UUtente ospiteThe property right on the main road. Very easy to locate. A very well maintained property with good amenities & a roof top restaurant. The rooms were neat & clean especially the bathroom. Linens were also clean. We did not have food at the restaurant so can't really comment on that. But their ginger tea was very refreshing.

UUtente ospiteI had an amazing stay at this hotel! the room had an excellent ambience clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The washroom and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained. The service was top-notch with the staff being polite and attentive. The highlight was definitely the breakfast it was absolutely the best with a great variety and delicious options. I highly recommend this place

UUtente ospiteIl mio soggiorno all’hotel di centro era eccezionale. Dalla mia arrivo, il personale mi salutava caldamente e mi assicurava un processo di check-in senza saldatura. Le camere erano impeccabilmente pulite, spaziose e concesse con pensiero con tutte le moderne strutture. Il letto era incredibilmente confortevole, garantendo una notte tranquilla. Ho apprezzato in particolare l'attenzione ai dettagli, dalle lamiere fresche al servizio personalizzato. Il pranzo in loco era un evidenziatore, offrendo delle opzioni deliziose e variabili. La posizione dell'hotel era perfetta, offrendo facile accesso alle attrazioni chiave. In generale, l'hotel in alto centro offre una perfetta miscela di lusso, comfort e ospitezza. Lo consiglio a tutti!
