Hotel con parcheggio a Kolkata

L'hotel era pulito e bellissimo. Il personale era amichevole e utile. La signora Kusum era molto gentile e professionale e persino cambiava la stanza secondo le nostre esigenze. Il colazione era con buona diffusione come al solito per gli standard JW. Solo il ritorno, troppo numerosi ospiti. Crowded durante il colazione e lobby erano riempiti di persone a causa di matrimoni e eventi. Altrimenti servizio, servizi e zone di piscina erano tutte bellissime. soddisfatto, nessun rimpianto

Anche se il processo di prenotazione e l'esperienza di soggiorno sono stati soddisfacenti, vorrei sottolineare una relativa discrepanza di prezzo. Il tasso citato su Trip.com è stato circa 40% più alto del prezzo offerto direttamente dall'hotel per la stessa categoria di camera e le date di soggiorno. Come membro apprezzato, mi aspetto che Trip.com fornisca tassi competitivi o preferenziali, non più alti di quanto offre la proprietà stessa. Ottimo servizio, anche se si è sentito che ci sono alcune moschee. Altrimenti era un buon soggiorno. La colazione era fantastica e il personale è super amichevole e utile. Tutti insieme altamente raccomandato di rimanere.

Elegant and luxurious hotel located in a beautifully renovated palace of royal family of Kolkata. Our room was very spacious, beautifully furnished with old, wooden furniture. The huge bathroom and all floors are made of marble. The hotel is located in multiple buildings of the palace complex. Delicious breakfast can be eaten outside in shaded patio or inside in air conditioned restaurant. Every evening there is a live show of folk dance performers. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

Good location for tourist spots but quite noisy if you don't like the constant noise of beeping horns from the nearby road (not sure if it is even possible to escape this in India). It did get better between say 10.30pm and 8am). The train (immediately outside the hotel entrance) screeches by but not frequently, boat engines can be heard in the distance but it's on a river 😅. It was a bit of a party boat on some nights (loud and late disco noise if there is an event). The noise stopped at around 9pm one night but went on much later on another night; if your room is close to the bar it may be an issue was wasn't too bad for me as i use ear plugs. The most irritating noise, believe it or not, is people shouting or having loud conversations in the corridors. The room is 3* and there is no safe for your passport, cash, cards etc. The pillows, bed covers and floors were't cleaned particularly well. I had to help myself to consumables from the corridor as they weren't topped up by cleaners. Anyway, a very brief stay could be a good experience, one night maybe.I am pleased to have had the experience and despite the shortfalls would probably recommend it as a one off unique experience, for one or two nights. The breakfast was very good with lovely river views and a chill atmosphere.

Molto amichevole personale e buona posizione. Anche se 3 stelle sono un po 'alto. È piuttosto 2,5 stelle. Colazione è stato un buon inizio del giorno, continentale e indiano. La stanza era piccola e vecchia, ac rumore. Ma chi se ne frega; non vai a Kolkata per soggiornare nella tua stanza. C'era una terrazza sul tetto dove potresti mangiare e bere.Tutto in tutta la grande permanenza.

L'hotel si trova vicino all'aeroporto, a soli 15 minuti. L'hotel è buono, offre buon cibo, buon servizio, belle camere. La camera è spaziosa e pulita, mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio.

Excellent experience! the hotel got all necessary facilities as per the budget. Quick service. Front office is prompt and service is as per five star standards. Food quality is awesome and one must try fish and prawns. Only suggestion is to replace mattresses if possible.

Hotel è vicino a birla scuola, mint o parco. Park Street e Arselan biryani (parco circo) è passeggiabile distanza. Il teatro strada si unisce al piattaforma birla. Il tasso è abbastanza alto sulla base del servizio. Colazione non è buona. Caricare l'acqua potabile. Il ristorante era pieno di amanti di hukka la sera. Il fumo è ovunque nel ristorante.
