UUtente ospiteI had a wonderful stay at S A Haveli Guest House. The staff were very helpful with helping me to arrange a driver to go see the different sights I wanted to see and with booking my bus tickets to the next city. The roof top terrace has a great view of the city! I highly recommend S A Haveli Guest House

UUtente ospiteThe property's location is great. The restaurant and reception are located in the heritage part of the building, whereas the rooms are located in the part that's de. Room size is good. The bar looks beautiful especially at night. Excellent stay.

UUtente ospiteL’hotel ha offerto un servizio eccezionale durante il mio soggiorno. Il personale era incredibilmente attento e amichevole, facendomi sentire benvenuto dall’ingresso all’uscita. Sono andati sopra e oltre per accogliere le mie richieste, assicurandomi il comfort durante il mio soggiorno. La stanza era immacolata e la custodia della casa ha fatto un ottimo lavoro per mantenerla. Le opzioni di cena dell'hotel erano diverse e deliziose, e il servizio della stanza era pronta. Il concierge era consapevole e utile nel organizzare attività e trasporti. In generale, la mia esperienza in questo hotel era eccellente e lo consiglierei molto a chiunque cercasse una esperienza di ospite di alto livello.

UUtente ospiteWe booked a room in hotel sagar residency many days ago but they did not allow us to stay even though we had a confirmed booking and shifted us to a nearby hotel. From outside the hotel was looking good but everything was terrible inside. A bad smell was coming into the room, the floors of the rooms were not clean, etc.

UUtente ospiteComfortable stay with family. Property is located near to almost all historical places. Easy to locate. Amenities are ok like. Room booked was royal suite but refrigerator of room no 209 was not functional and dirty however overall room didn't look like royal suite. Services are good they attended all calls for room service on priority. Need to improve their room ambience according to type of room.

Receptionist did not make discretion for late breakfast but apart from that it was uneventful stay
