Hotel con parcheggio a Agra

This hotel is affordable just for a couple of nights, the location is good for tourists who are visiting the wonderful Taj Mahal. The room are not enough clean with old moquette carpets with spots on the floor, greysh and dirty towels. The quality and taste of the food at the restaurant is acceptable but under the International standard.

Cleaning was not nice from check in. Bed linen old stain setting done. Toilet and sink are little dirty than other country martiot hotel. I booked for one twin bed room and one king bed room. They assign me in both king bedroom. I went in front and ask for twin room but the hotel occupancy was full and could not provide. So i asked if they could give extra bed as compliment but they refused and said they will change the room next night but not talked or asked the next day. There was slipper in one room and not set in another room so i called them and ask for slippers they said ok but dis not delivered. Also aaked in person but did not receive. Staff was all food and helpful but service was not soo nice than other marriot hotel. I hope they could improve their cleaning in toilet and basin areas and use a nice bed linens.

The hotel is one of the nicer ones in Agra. The room was very nice. The hotel location is mis-marked on Google Maps. When you set course on Google Maps, it will navigate you to a different location off the side of the highway, instead of the correct address. The service was good, but we felt that the front desk was misleading about Ubers in trying to convince us to take their taxi. Additionally, the food services are extremely expensive.

Questo è il nostro secondo soggiorno dopo 2022-23. Questo tempo di soggiorno è stato deludente principalmente a causa della scarsa gestione del servizio. Alla sua arrivo nessuno ha assistito a prendere o portare bagagli nella stanza. Dopo il check-in, ho chiesto l’acqua potabile, ma nonostante le ripetute seguite, ci è voluto quasi un’ora per consegnare l’acqua alla stanza. La maggior parte del personale dell'hotel sembrava essere completamente occupata con la gestione di una cerimonia di matrimonio e con una conferenza che si svolgeva simultaneamente in due diverse aree all'interno della proprietà. Sebbene gli eventi siano comprensibili, gli ospiti interni non dovrebbero essere costretti a soffrire a causa di una scarsa priorità e di una scarsa dotazione di personale. La situazione è peggiore: le tariffe sono più elevate di quelle degli hotel di cinque stelle, come il Taj di Agra, ma le norme di servizio sono molto meno basse di quanto si possa aspettare. Vorrei pensare due volte prima di scegliere nuovamente questa proprietà.

The hotel itself boasts fantastic features, including a rooftop restaurant and a gym, both offering breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal. Whether you’re enjoying a workout or dining under the stars, the views are simply mesmerizing. I cannot recommend Radisson Hotel Agra enough for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. This place has it all, and I will definitely be returning with my friends and family! The service at Hotel Sun Grand was excellent. The staff were very attentive and made every effort to provide prompt and friendly service. Their smiles and willingness to help added to the overall pleasant experience. The food was tasty, and the service was timely too. The staff also provided excellent late-night vehicle service. They ensured that we had a convenient and safe transportation option, which was especially helpful during our stay. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Overall, my experience at this hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Il Taj Altitudine è un buon hotel per un soggiorno familiare e una buona posizione vicino a Taj Mahal e il cibo è stato eccellente. La mia raccomandazione a tutti i visitatori a agra è di utilizzare i servizi di questo hotel una volta.

Everything was up to mark. The room was neat & clean. Food was also quite expensive but it was ok. I chose thali which was good in taste & quantity was ok for one person.
