BATIQA Hotel Cirebon is a clean and modern hotel in a good location. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the service is fast. Breakfast has many choices and tastes good. It’s close to the train station and city center, so it’s easy to go anywhere. Overall, a nice place to stay in Cirebon — good value for the price.

It is cheap but I guess it is quite dirty. The toilet seat is dirty, need to replaced already. The shower room has mold and mildew. The sink has stain. Only one pair of slipper and the telephone to front office doesn’t work to ask additional one. Breakfast is underwhelming, they said it is until 10 am but by 9 am they turn off the stove so the food is cold. Positive side, it is near train station and they gave room with mountain view as requested.

I have been a loyal guest at this hotel for the past four years, and while I have consistently appreciated the warm hospitality and exceptional service provided by the staff, I have noticed a lack of updates and modernization in the hotel's facilities. The rooms, while comfortable, appear to be in need of refurbishment, retaining a somewhat rustic and outdated aesthetic. Similarly, the gym equipment seems to be in need of upgrade or replacement, which may impact the overall guest experience. I believe that with some investment in updating the rooms and facilities, this hotel could significantly enhance its offerings and better meet the evolving needs and expectations of its guests. Despite these areas for improvement, the hotel's friendly and supportive staff have consistently been a highlight of my stays. I hope that the hotel will consider these suggestions and prioritize updates to its facilities to ensure a more modern and enjoyable experience for future guests.

Good impression when entering the hotel and room. Unfortunately a bad smell came out from bed area. Easily get all bed cover change with a new and fresh one. Food is ok, location is very good

Just stay for one night in transit from solo to Jakarta. Room is clean and quite big for a budget hotel

Non credo che troverò un hotel a prezzi accessibili con questa qualità ovunque. Camera spaziale e pulita. Personali amichevoli, anche se siamo arrivati a Cirebon a mezzanotte. I miei figli amavano anche il colazione. Mantenere il buon lavoro :))

Per la prima volta alloggi in questo hotel. Molto felice, perché nel complesso del centro commerciale CSB, è anche vicino a Jamblang Ibad Otoy, camminare 5 minuti. O a Jamblang Mang Dul, a Grage Mall sono tutti vicini. Che peccato, il letto e il letto che si sdraia (copertina) non sembra pulito. Utk menu breakfast jg lunayanlah ... In generale, restare qui è bene. Molto strategico perche'.
