Isoras Cikarang is thoughtfully designed and operated with Japanese-style standards, offering a clean, efficient, and comfortable stay. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was always polite and welcoming with a warm smile. In addition to a well-equipped gym, the hotel also offers a relaxing hot bath (onsen) for guests.

Nessun divario, tutto è ok, nuovo hotel anche. Tutto il buon personale dalla ricezione alla sicurezza è buono standard. Bella stanza. solo 1 rammarico, Whatsup & DM IG canale non risponde mai. anche se è molto importante per i clienti decidere di scegliere Fox o altri hotel.

The internet was terrible (speedtest attached). I couldn’t join Teams video meetings from my room due to the connection. I informed the receptionist, they tried to fix it, but it didn’t improve. I’m glad I didn’t book a longer stay, because I need stable internet connection to work. Everything else was good, though. Recommended for holiday stays, not for WFA.

It will be a long review for this hotel. Location: it's not in the city center, the way to get here it could have traffic jams at certain times, with some rough patches. But if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place with beautiful lake views and a village vibe, this hotel is the perfect escape. Room: since this hotel is newly built, the room is quite clean and neat. The furniture in some parts already has a dent, and the glass cup is not clean enough. It will count in the Cleanliness part, although we see it as clean, but at some parts of furniture or amenities it needs more concern, as like the tissue box. A little suggestion from me, the hotel management needs to consider the environment of this hotel because it's too humid, so mold can be easier growing and pop up in some areas. Breakfast & Restaurant: the breakfast is good enough, they serve indonesian food and a simple western style (toast bread). I got a chance to enjoy dinner there, and I like the fried banana. Rate, Price, & Payment: They require a deposit of IDR 100,000 at check-in. The hotel prices are very affordable and fair for the service and facilities provided. Food prices at the restaurant are also reasonable, although some items are a bit overpriced. Unfortunately, when I checked in, the EDC machine and QRIS payment system were not working, so they only accepted cash or QRIS/bank transfers to a staff member’s personal account. Environment & Vibes: The hotel is quiet and peaceful. During prayer times, the call to prayer (suara adzan) from a nearby mosque can be heard, but it is not disturbing. The parking area is spacious, and there is also basement parking available. They have several meeting rooms & ballroom. Overall, This hotel is great and value for money. You may try and experience the peaceful vibes here.

La ricevitore, prenotato per una richiesta di fumatori, ha detto che la stanza era andata, fino a quando la stanza non si è accorta che la porta era bloccata e non poteva essere aperta. Devono essere riparati per la squadra di ingegneria prima, chiedere informazioni sulla camera di movimento è solo collegare le camere. Ok, aspettare la riparazione, Dopo aver finito tutto nella stanza, si scopre che il sapone nel bagno è andato e non è stato riempito. E' stato il numero di volte qui, ma il tempo del soggiorno in quel momento era molto deludente.

Location is good. Lots of restaurants nearby. There are also convenient stores. The reception area is nice. Bed is comfortable. Aircond was warm even at the lowest temperature. A colleague in another room said the same. Breakfast spread was okay but some food was going bad. I pointed it out on the first morning. The same thing happened the next day. The vegetables in the salad bar were mushy and smelling like it was rotten. The full boiled egg for the noodle soup also tasted spoilt.

Hotel bagus dekat dengan jalan raya mudah akses, banyak makanan kalau malam hari fasilitas kolam renang gabung sama waterboom + nya banyak permainan air, - nya ramai karena bisa untuk umum tidak privasi pengunjung hotel, sarapan enak cukup lengkap tempat kecil jadi tidak cukup dan saat sarapan banyak yg sudah habis tidak ada refill lagi

Appartamenti con buona posizione, ben serviti, con connessione a casa, servizi di base come piscina e palestra. Il colazione e il minimarket sono gli unici problemi che non mi aspettavano un tale alloggio.
