Recentemente sono rimasto in un hotel vocale e ho avuto una esperienza miste. L'hotel ha un'atmosfera moderna e vibrante che mi è davvero divertita al momento dell'arrivo. Il decoro è elegante e l'atmosfera generale è invitante. Il personale è stato amichevole e utile, assicurando un caldo benvenuto durante l'ispezione.
Tuttavia, ci sono stati alcuni luoghi che potrebbero servire di miglioramento; mentre la stanza era pulita e ben attrezzata, la trovai più piccola di quanto mi aspettassi, il che lo rendeva un po' inconfortabile per due ospiti. Inoltre, ho incontrato alcune questioni minori con le attrezzature; ad esempio, il Wi-Fi era un po' infidabile a volte, che mi frustrava durante il mio soggiorno.
La posizione dell'hotel era decente, con diversi ristoranti e attrazioni a pochi passi, ma non era così centrale come avevo sperato. In generale, la voca ha un grande concetto, con il suo accento sulla sostenibilità e sulle torsioni uniche, ma poche torsioni potrebbero migliorare l'esperienza generale.

CCY SzeThe reception lady was not very friendly when checked into the hotel, but the rest of the staff are very nice. The room looks dark and old. The shower switch fell out a few times when we tried to turn it on. The toilet got stuck easily. But the location was perfect, one minute walk from the train station.

UUtente ospiteDi solito restiamo al Hilton, ma ho controllato altri hotel e trovato il centro vacanze in viaggio. Posso dire sinceramente che l'hotel Hilton in lettura non è un patch sul centro vacanze. Il bagno è più pulito, le camere sono migliori e il colazione è grande, con molte scelte.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto un bel soggiorno qui per un matrimonio a 15 minuti di distanza.
Il personale è stato molto utile e abitabile in ogni momento.
L'unico commento che vorrei sollevare è che ci è stata data la stanza 9 che è stata descritta come una stanza accessibile (che non avevamo bisogno) ma è stata completamente inappropriata quanto la doccia. (che era nel bagno) sarebbe stato completamente inappropriato per un utente di sedia a rotelle, o per qualcun altro con difficoltà a muoversi che non sarebbe stato in grado di salire nel bagno per usarlo.
La colazione era eccellente.

SSofia sees the worldVery close to city center with access to food late at night. 15 minute walk to Train station. The room is tidy and bathroom is neat. However there is no amenities. I paid another 10 pounds to check in early at 12. The lift was not working at the time.

UUtente ospiteAfter requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy.
The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night.
Not sure if recommended staying here. .

HHazel MomvilleLocation is good, the staff is friendly and attentive. It's just that the wifi was not working and it was the main thing I needed because I work late. I arrived late at night so I did not bother to ask the staff. I had to use my mobile data instead which can be quite inconvenient. Other than that, it was all good.

88A8It was our first time booking here, and we didn't expect much for the price. Despite bad reviews, our experience was pleasant. The reception staff were polite, and the room was fine. We could hear footsteps from upstairs, and the wall was a bit damaged, likely due to refurbishing, but it didn’t bother us. Overall, everything was good, and we might return once it's fully refurbished. Thanks!
