Hotel con parcheggio a Ilford

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and easy. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast—delicious, fresh, and with plenty of options to start the day right. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my visit and would happily stay here again!

Le camere sono pulitissime, silenziose, non fumatori e confortevoli, con una potente doccia calda 🚿 e una colazione deliziosa, caffè macinato delizioso, succo d'arancia fresco, un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero conveniente. Gratitudine 🙏

Era tutto a posto, ma uno dei servizi di custodia, l'uomo anziano era così brutto , per il prezzo le camere potrebbero essere migliori, ma buona posizione, bellissimo pub a piedi e la cameriera che ha partecipato era bellissimo, non catturava il suo nome ma breve, piccola, Blonda e carina.

Il servizio è buono. È molto paziente per le persone che non comunicano bene la nostra lingua. La colazione è buona. La stanza è pulita, anche se un po'piccola.E'molto economico rispetto al centro di Londra, e' molto conveniente sedersi in metropolitana.

Easy check in, really comfortable bed but uncomfortable barely slept any night due to do much noise from other guests, really disappointed

Il materasso è una schifezza. Non è affatto un buon posto per dormire! Secondo me dovrebbero migliorare i letti e far pagare 25 sterline a notte per una stanza così infantile...! Il ragazzo del servizio clienti era bravo di notte...! Devono migliorare molto la camera La cosa positiva è che mi hanno dato una camera in più allo stesso prezzo che avevo trovato online, e questo alle 3 del mattino...!

L'alloggio era ragionevole a vedere, ma non era un ostello molto piacevole per soggiornare per molto tempo. Per i soldi era davvero semplice fare.

Slight language barrier with some of the staff but they were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection and the staff were very nice asking if we wanted something different than what was already available. All freshly cooked and tasty at a reasonable price. 24 hour reception and free parking which is a great bonus. The bed was ok just not a great placement (could only freely access from 1 side) and extra pillows would have been better as there was only 1 quite flat pillow each side. A little extra storage room would be a benefit. There was space to hang clothes and some small drawers but nowhere to put suitcases and bags so they’d be out of the way and because it was quite a small room things were sort of in the way. The bathroom was clean  but more towels would have been useful; we only had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel so we didn’t use the shower. I struggled a little with access in the outside area between corridors as the step to get in and out was quite steep with no handrails. Our stay was short but I had no complaints or issues that affected my trip.
