I recently stayed at the Hilton Syon Park for four nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were also a couple of disappointing aspects that affected my overall satisfaction.
Let's start with the positives. The majority of the staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful (80% are foreigners). They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, while very basic is just acceptable. The room was quite spacious and beddings satisfactory.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Firstly, upon checking in at 5pm, I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready until 6:30pm. Although the gentleman at the front desk was kind and apologetic about the delay, it was an inconvenience after a long journey and negatively impacted my initial impression of the hotel.
Another unexpected disappointment was the pool usage policy. I was surprised to discover that there was a charge of £25 per person for a 90-minute session to access the hotel pool, something that isn’t mentioned anywhere on trip.com. Considering the Hilton brand and the premium I paid, I did not anticipate such an additional cost for utilizing the pool facilities. This seemed disproportionate and out of line with the expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. I heard other people complaining about it, even others complaining that they had paid for it and it was smelly.
Additionally, it's worth noting that while complimentary water was provided in the room on the first night, I was surprised to find that there was a charge for the water on the following nights. This was unexpected, as I would have assumed that water would continue to be complimentary throughout my stay. It would have been helpful for this information to be communicated clearly, again not a nice feeling from a Hilton.
On the whole, while the Hilton Syon Park had several positive aspects, such as friendly staff and an acceptable breakfast, there were a few disappointments that affected my overall impression. The delay in room availability during check-in, the unexpected charges for pool usage, and the shift from complimentary to paid water in the room were not in line with the level of service and value I expected from a Hilton.

LlibertyexploringThe hotel was pleasantly surprising for the price and proximity to Heathrow. Though unfortunately the tube strikes hit us, the connection to the airport via the underground would otherwise be invaluable. As it was, it was still fairly doable to get here from Central London without the tube and I enjoyed experiencing a different area of Greater London.
Only difficulty was perhaps the lack of guest entry without pressing a buzzer, which posed a problem in the middle of the night when no one was at the desk!

E si trova in una posizione molto comoda, puoi facilmente prendere l'autobus per Richmond o prendere un autobus per andare al centro di Londra o all'aeroporto.
Mia mamma mi viene a trovare a Londra. Ho prenotato una camera con 2 letti, ma fondamentalmente la stanza è riservata solo a lei.
Ha vissuto lì per 10 notti. L'hotel ha garantito che effettueranno le pulizie ogni 7 giorni.
Per l'ultima notte scelgo di stare con lei. Tuttavia, ho scoperto per caso che il letto era pieno di peli. Alcuni peli sono corti e altri lunghi. Che non dovrebbe appartenere a mia mamma.
Significa che le donne delle pulizie non hanno cambiato le lenzuola e quei capelli non appartengono a mia mamma, perché sta in solo 1 letto. Ma quel letto con i peli è l'altro.
Un posto letto pulito e ordinato è il requisito fondamentale per un alloggio.
È davvero disgustoso e inaccettabile per un residence.
Tutto sommato, consiglierei ad altri viaggiatori di soggiornare, ma l'hotel dovrebbe addestrare il personale a pulire bene la camera.

DDrLOPSCome previsto dal marchio, le facoltà erano esclusive e moderne. La camera era confortevole e soprattutto pulita (macchia di caffè sul tappeto). Era silenzioso (queen superior) alla fine del corridoio, affacciato sul cortile interno. Non ho fatto colazione.
Tuttavia, il personale è stato estremamente cordiale durante tutto il soggiorno, tranne una persona alla fine (dopo il check-out).
Inoltre, trovare l'hotel è stato un incubo. Anche con il GPS abbiamo mancato l'ingresso tre volte (una volta siamo finiti sulla M4 e ci abbiamo messo 24 minuti per tornare). Quando abbiamo parlato con il personale, ci è stato detto, con un sorriso, che nessuno aveva mai avuto problemi a trovare il posto (tranne noi, a quanto pare). Il grosso problema è la mancanza di segnaletica per trovare la strada di accesso parallela (vedi foto del vicolo parallelo alla strada principale; abbiamo mancato quell'ingresso più volte)
Il parcheggio sotterraneo (15 £ al giorno) era per lo più comodo, ma la porta di accesso all'hotel puzzava di urina.
Infine: ho prenotato una camera executive e sono stato DEGRADATO dall'hotel. Poi mi è stato detto, con un sorriso, che Trip.com aveva inviato loro una richiesta/voucher di prenotazione errata; mi è stato detto di vederli (cioè il mio problema, non il loro).

UUtente ospiteLa mia camera è stata ristrutturata e pronta per me al mio arrivo, era molto pulita e c'era anche acqua gratuita nella mia camera.
Il personale dell'Holiday Inn è stato molto accomodante e disponibile in ogni modo.
La colazione era molto fresca e servita bene con presentazione.
Prenoterei di nuovo con trip.com.

UUtente ospiteWe recently stayed at Aerotel Heathrow for our early morning flight from Terminal 3 at 6:30 AM, and it was incredibly convenient. The proximity to the terminal allowed us to sleep until the very last minute, eliminating any rush or hassle.
While the price is a bit on the higher side, we felt it was worth it for the convenience. As a couple, we could have opted for a hotel nearby and taken the hotel hoppa bus, but for families traveling with kids, Aerotel is definitely the easier choice. Overall, a great option for those with early flights!

The location is excellent and close to everything I needed. The services provided exceeded my expectations. UUtente ospiteI selected the hotel because it was close to family, trains and buses. The breakfast was good, but the same very single day so became boring rather quickly. The air conditioners in the rooms are absolutely pathetic. It was a hot summer, and my room reached 35 degrees Celsius, with the air conditioner running at full capacity. I complained, and the friendly staff moved me to another room. Same problem. When I asked for my room to be cleaned, the bin was emptied and I received two new towels. No new linen and pillow case, even though I had to take cold showers for four nights to stop sweating. When I complained, I received two new pillow cases. My linen was not changed, the bathroom was not cleaned and the carpets not vacuumed once. I gave up asking. Even though the hotel is situated at a fantastic location, I will hesitate to use it again. It is not value for money. The staff was friendly and courteous.

La reception ha detto che non c'era spazio. Perché non mi hai dato una stanza migliore? Abbastanza sicuro, mi sono alzato nel cuore della notte e sono inciampato nel water. E non c'era il telefono in camera, quindi sono andato alla reception per chiedere qualsiasi cosa. Il segnale wifi scompare non appena si chiude la porta della camera.
