KKwok ChungPerfect location for my daughter's graduation. Nice breakfast too. The room is not big and just fit for the luggages. No air-con and if you open the window, many insects will come.

UUtente ospiteLovely staffs, It felt warm when a staff greeted me in the morning with a bright smile, the room was tidy in the morning when I got back. Room very clean, toilet and bath was clean as well. Had no concerns felt very safe. I would definitely recommend to use. Rooms are big and convenient.

UUtente ospiteWhen we arrived at the hotel that I’ve found out that none of the rooms (booked 4 rooms) we’ve booked had AC. I had queried with the staff and apparently none of their rooms has AC. She said they did escalate to this to trip.com as on their website advertised that the hotel have AC. They had a fan but not very good. Asked for spare one but they couldn’t provide. :(
For parking, per night £5 which is not mentioned on trip.com.
But the rooms were clean, staff are friendly.

Rooms (I rebooked) were great, bath and shower that actually did what they said… no getting soaked trying to turn on shower. As a single female traveller, felt safe. Will rebook next visit . Staff are friendly and helpful.

RRessieMLa stanza era grande, aveva tutte le basi. Tuttavia, l'ascensore si sente come se avesse bisogno di un po' di manutenzione. Il processo di check-in e check-out era semplice. Se si prenota direttamente, si può ottenere parcheggio gratuito; altrimenti, è di 5 sterline al giorno. Offrono mele e acqua libere nel lobby, ma vorrei che mantenessero le mele alti, perché alcune di loro erano bruciate e sembravano vecchie.

UUtente ospiteI loved staying at the Wyken Inn, in Coventry. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left,I was made to feel very welcome.
The management and all the staff were all so friendly.
The room was very clean and comfortable, The food was great and being a Wheelchair user, nothing was too much trouble for any of them.
I would highly recommend staying here and I am looking forward to going back to stay there in May.

UUtente ospiteOverall good, the room looks a bit dated and the AC was not working so had a warm evening. The shower took about 5 mins to work but overall good for the money.

UUtente ospiteWas a nice place in abit of a rough area but was still fine. The room was really hot which you couldn’t change and being on the bottom floor we didn’t want to keep the window open. Would have possibly stayed again but the £100 deposit you have to send before your stay they don’t send back even though they said they would. I made sure the room was mostly clean and that it would just be the standard cleaning that the cleaners had to do between each guest so I could get my deposit back but after many messages and calls they won’t send it back they just keep saying they don’t have my details even after sending it multiple times. Seemed abit weird that we have to send a deposit but as no other reviews had this issue I trusted it but if you need that money back DO NOT SEND IT.
