DDrLOPSOltre alla posizione (nel campus dell'Università di Warwick) l'hotel è il miglior hotel di Premier Inn o di un altro hotel di questo tipo. Una nota a chiunque cammina dal campus all'hotel: non c'è accesso diretto dalla Plaza Arts Centre. Devi camminare tutto il percorso della scuola d'affari per accedere al parcheggio. Questo è stato molto scomodo in pioggia, come ha aggiunto un cammino di 5 minuti.
La stanza era spaziosa e pulita, ma il bagno era chiuso quando sono entrato. Risolto il giorno dopo (anche se la prima risposta che ho ricevuto quando ho chiesto di riparare era che potessi dover andare). La seconda notte, l'udienza uscì, e la custodia ha portato un piccolo radiatore... ma non è venuto nessun riparatore, e il giorno dopo è stato risolto.
Il cibo era di qualità della caffetteria (come colazione e sala da pranzo).
In generale, consiglierei un hotel diverso per il prezzo, e prendere un camion al campus.

KKen94119388La posizione è buona, poiché ci sono 3 grandi negozi come Tesco e Home molto vicino all'hotel. C'è un parcheggio grande fuori e si può guidare al centro città circa 15 minuti

NNicky*Hotel assolutamente stupendo , in acri di terra per camminare intorno .
Il personale era fantastico .
Le camere erano pulite e calde.
Il colazione era stile buffet con molta scelta.
Resterà ancora , spero di incontrare i due fantasmi che stanno perdendo il posto .

UUtente anonimoL'hotel è in una posizione conveniente, con Costa, McDonald's e TGI venerdì vicino. Il personale è amichevole e il parcheggio è gratuito. La camera è grande e il letto è comodo. L'hotel è un po' vecchio, il bagno ha un odore sbagliato, e la camera è molto oscura. In generale, il prezzo si sente un po' alto per quello che si ottiene.

TttinukThe hotel offers free parking, which is very convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the service. I stayed for two nights and reminded the staff to arrange housekeeping for my room. They assured me it would be done, but when I returned in the evening, nothing had been cleaned. It was an awkward experience and showed a lack of professionalism.

UUtente ospiteVery pleasant stay.. pub restaurant offered info on food allergies. Food was great. Rooms (I rebooked) were great, bath and shower that actually did what they said… no getting soaked trying to turn on shower. As a single female traveller, felt safe. Will rebook next visit . Staff are friendly and helpful.

TTrent HutsonPerfect room for the night - but was disappointed that it took 45 minutes to get into my room after a long days work in London.
The main door and room codes weren’t provided after my booking, and staff were confused/ repeated questions - wasn’t too impressed with that unfortunately!
Would recommend but felt short changed and the organisation of the place for bookings needs reviewing.

UUtente ospiteNice relaxing place, beautiful garden. Only issue I had no water available at night. Vending machine cash only. Rest of hotel card only. Reception staff were not helpful. Could not offer a glass of water. Disappointed.

UUtente ospiteWas a nice place in abit of a rough area but was still fine. The room was really hot which you couldn’t change and being on the bottom floor we didn’t want to keep the window open. Would have possibly stayed again but the £100 deposit you have to send before your stay they don’t send back even though they said they would. I made sure the room was mostly clean and that it would just be the standard cleaning that the cleaners had to do between each guest so I could get my deposit back but after many messages and calls they won’t send it back they just keep saying they don’t have my details even after sending it multiple times. Seemed abit weird that we have to send a deposit but as no other reviews had this issue I trusted it but if you need that money back DO NOT SEND IT.
