MmalkolalyL'ho prenotato per tre notti, perché ho avuto un'attività in zona. A causa di una recente cattiva esperienza con un hotel di bilancio, anche se potevo avere un valore migliore per il prezzo più alto. Ero sbagliato. Servizio molto mediocre, piccola stanza, odore funky, e servizi limitati. Per l'annuncio che ho pagato, mi aspettavo un valore migliore, ma il personale era utile.

RRichard England.My wife and I have not been to this hotel befor, we only stayed for one night as we were just visiting my brother who lives a couple of miles away. Our room was absolutely fantastic, complimental drinks and kettle. The room was spotless, and the beds really comfortable. We had free WiFi and a smart tv. At.breakfast, we had plenty of choice, cereal, fresh fruit and beautiful choice of cooked breakfast. The staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. When we come back to Coventry, we know we will be stopping here.

ZZhanqianyingBest swimming pool in Conventry, extra £5 per day per visitor, so I didn’t join. Self-check in, no service. Pub and Starbucks downstairs, Friday 4pm onwards free car park until Sunday. Weekday parking fee applies.

UUtente ospiteI live local, but due o having housework done and me being disabled, I was advised it would be beneficial for me to be out of the house for a few days.
I picked Double Tree Hilton as they were offering the best price.
I'm so glad I did. The staff could not do enough for you, especially Wendy, she is such an amazing lady, my 10 year old son said to me how amazing and helpful Wendy was and that says it all.

La mia carta di camera ha un piccolo problema, il personale è molto paziente! Il colazione dell'hotel è un sistema di autoservizio. Ho ordinato un colazione inglese. La quantità è davvero grande, il gusto è anche molto autentico, lode!

UUtente ospiteVery pleasant stay.. pub restaurant offered info on food allergies. Food was great. Rooms (I rebooked) were great, bath and shower that actually did what they said… no getting soaked trying to turn on shower. As a single female traveller, felt safe. Will rebook next visit . Staff are friendly and helpful.

HHeiress LegaspiThe room was great; it had all the basics. However, the lift feels like it needs some maintenance. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. If you book directly, you can get free parking; otherwise, it’s £5 per day. They offer free apples and water in the lobby, but I wish they would keep the apples topped up, as some of them were bruised and looked old.

TTrent HutsonPerfect room for the night - but was disappointed that it took 45 minutes to get into my room after a long days work in London.
The main door and room codes weren’t provided after my booking, and staff were confused/ repeated questions - wasn’t too impressed with that unfortunately!
Would recommend but felt short changed and the organisation of the place for bookings needs reviewing.

UUtente ospiteWas a nice place in abit of a rough area but was still fine. The room was really hot which you couldn’t change and being on the bottom floor we didn’t want to keep the window open. Would have possibly stayed again but the £100 deposit you have to send before your stay they don’t send back even though they said they would. I made sure the room was mostly clean and that it would just be the standard cleaning that the cleaners had to do between each guest so I could get my deposit back but after many messages and calls they won’t send it back they just keep saying they don’t have my details even after sending it multiple times. Seemed abit weird that we have to send a deposit but as no other reviews had this issue I trusted it but if you need that money back DO NOT SEND IT.
