UUtente ospiteI’ve stayed here before not a problem,but this time was terrible I stayed in the car park 1 hours thought they’d made a mistake on the booking the hotel looked like a demolition site no sign of entrance or reception very disappointing,gave me a disability room which I refused to stay in at a different hotel , I think the manager was Richard who helped us get a different room he was very friendly but the room was in lower ground smelling of sewage in hallway’s and damp in the room ,we both suffer with asthma and anxiety , all the lady staff was very polite and welcoming but I don’t want to stay here again

La stanza è una stanza nel castello di Guang. C'è un senso di vivere nel giardino di Tangton (in realtà, il paesaggio di Tangton è a 100 km). La decorazione nella stanza è un po'annuoio. Il giardino di mano si sente di nuovo negli anni novanta. Il quartiere pubblico è come un museo, è un fan inglese che ha il gusto originale, e la foto è abbastanza grande.Dopo una cena, è molto buona.
In breve, quando si tratta di vivere il castello o il monastero in Gran Bretagna, questa è una scelta.

RRichard England.La mia moglie e io non siamo stati a questo hotel prima, ci siamo fermati solo per una notte, mentre abbiamo appena visitato mio fratello, che vive a poche miglia di distanza.La nostra stanza era assolutamente fantastica, complimentare e caldaia. La stanza era senza spot e i letti erano molto comodi. Avevamo WiFi gratuita e una TV intelligente. A. colazione, avevamo molte opzioni, cereali, frutta fresca e una bella scelta di colazione cucinata. Il personale era brillante, amichevole e utile. Quando torneremo a Coventry, sappiamo che ci fermeremo qui.

all be very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. And we had a really good breakfast too. My only slight criticism is that we didn't get our Doubletree warm cookie on arrival - but we check-in after midnight! We would definitely stay again.

NNight LEfficient for the check-in , £5 was paid for the parking. It was easy for the drivers to find the actual location on the map, therefore I would say it is convenient to reach. What I like about the room is that the design of the room is reasonable and fully functional. The mattress was a bit hard but it is fine for me. Besides, it is seldom to see that the stool is separated from the shower, which is quite considerable. We enjoyed the stay.

Rooms (I rebooked) were great, bath and shower that actually did what they said… no getting soaked trying to turn on shower. As a single female traveller, felt safe. Will rebook next visit . Staff are friendly and helpful.

TTrent HutsonPerfect room for the night - but was disappointed that it took 45 minutes to get into my room after a long days work in London.
The main door and room codes weren’t provided after my booking, and staff were confused/ repeated questions - wasn’t too impressed with that unfortunately!
Would recommend but felt short changed and the organisation of the place for bookings needs reviewing.

UUtente ospiteWas a nice place in abit of a rough area but was still fine. The room was really hot which you couldn’t change and being on the bottom floor we didn’t want to keep the window open. Would have possibly stayed again but the £100 deposit you have to send before your stay they don’t send back even though they said they would. I made sure the room was mostly clean and that it would just be the standard cleaning that the cleaners had to do between each guest so I could get my deposit back but after many messages and calls they won’t send it back they just keep saying they don’t have my details even after sending it multiple times. Seemed abit weird that we have to send a deposit but as no other reviews had this issue I trusted it but if you need that money back DO NOT SEND IT.
