UUtente ospiteWe travelled to Coventry for The Wooden Spoon rugby event. The Telegraph was perfect for us, we flew into birmingham and got the bus straight to the hotel £2 each….the location was terrific, shops and restaurants only minutes away. We had room service our first night, food was delicious, really enjoyed the buffet breakfast it had a really great selection. Our room was spotless, the beds very comfortable…air con was very welcomed as it was a really warm weekend….can’t say enough good things about the staff, everyone very helpful and polite…….I would recommend The Telegraph to anyone travelling to Coventry, we will be back.

DDrLOPSOther than the location (on the University of Warwick campus itself) the hotel is at best like a Premier Inn or other such budget hotel. It feels and looks like a dorm. One note to anyone walking from campus to hotel: there is no direct access from Arts Centre plaza. You have to walk all the way around business school to access car park. This was very inconvenient in the rain as it added a 5 mins walk.
The room was spacious and clean, though the bathroom sink was clogged when I checked in. Resolved the next day (though the first answer I received when asking for repair was that I may have to move). On second night the hearing went out; housekeeping brought a small radiator heater… no repairman came, however. Resolved the next day.
The food was cafeteria quality (both breakfast and dining room). I recommend eating elsewhere. Bar was ok, but not great.
Overall, I would recommend a different hotel for the price, and taking a cab to campus. Sorry

UUtente ospiteSono rimasto qui prima di non avere un problema,ma questa volta è stato terribile.Sono rimasto nel parcheggio 1 ora pensando che avessero fatto un errore nella prenotazione dell’hotel sembrava un luogo di demolizione senza segno di entrata o di ricezione molto deludente, Mi ha dato una stanza di disabilità che ho rifiutato di soggiornare in un altro hotel , penso che il manager era Richard che ci ha aiutato a trovare una stanza diversa era molto amichevole ma la stanza era in un terreno inferiore che odore di fogna in hallway’s e di vapore in camera , siamo entrambi affetti da asma e ansia , tutto il personale della signora è stato molto gentile e benvenuto ma non voglio restare qui di nuovo

Il prezzo non è molto costoso, è situato vicino a Cowen, vicino al picco, non è lontano da guidare dalla carta di New York City di Manchester a Londra
La stanza è una stanza nel castello di Guang. C'è un senso di vivere nel giardino di Tangton (in realtà, il paesaggio di Tangton è a 100 km). La decorazione nella stanza è un po'annuoio. Il giardino di mano si sente di nuovo negli anni novanta. Il quartiere pubblico è come un museo, è un fan inglese che ha il gusto originale, e la foto è abbastanza grande.Dopo una cena, è molto buona.
In breve, quando si tratta di vivere il castello o il monastero in Gran Bretagna, questa è una scelta.

UUtente anonimoL'hotel è in una posizione conveniente, con Costa, McDonald's e TGI venerdì vicino. Il personale è amichevole e il parcheggio è gratuito. La camera è grande e il letto è comodo. L'hotel è un po' vecchio, il bagno ha un odore sbagliato, e la camera è molto oscura. In generale, il prezzo si sente un po' alto per quello che si ottiene.

UUtente ospiteVery pleasant stay.. pub restaurant offered info on food allergies. Food was great. Rooms (I rebooked) were great, bath and shower that actually did what they said… no getting soaked trying to turn on shower. As a single female traveller, felt safe. Will rebook next visit . Staff are friendly and helpful.

HHeiress LegaspiThe room was great; it had all the basics. However, the lift feels like it needs some maintenance. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. If you book directly, you can get free parking; otherwise, it’s £5 per day. They offer free apples and water in the lobby, but I wish they would keep the apples topped up, as some of them were bruised and looked old.

TTrent HutsonPerfect room for the night - but was disappointed that it took 45 minutes to get into my room after a long days work in London.
The main door and room codes weren’t provided after my booking, and staff were confused/ repeated questions - wasn’t too impressed with that unfortunately!
Would recommend but felt short changed and the organisation of the place for bookings needs reviewing.

UUtente ospiteWas a nice place in abit of a rough area but was still fine. The room was really hot which you couldn’t change and being on the bottom floor we didn’t want to keep the window open. Would have possibly stayed again but the £100 deposit you have to send before your stay they don’t send back even though they said they would. I made sure the room was mostly clean and that it would just be the standard cleaning that the cleaners had to do between each guest so I could get my deposit back but after many messages and calls they won’t send it back they just keep saying they don’t have my details even after sending it multiple times. Seemed abit weird that we have to send a deposit but as no other reviews had this issue I trusted it but if you need that money back DO NOT SEND IT.
