Hotel con colazione a Viti Levu

Adoro il lussuoso lobby e la nostra camera con una bella vista sulla piscina. La spiaggia di notte è stupenda, soprattutto con le decorazioni del fuoco. La posizione è molto conveniente, vicino all'aeroporto, e la cena è anche buona. C’erano tuttavia alcuni problemi: abbiamo chiesto due volte di usare i tovaglioli e di sostituire un kit di vanità sporca nella nostra stanza, ma nessuno è venuto; e alcuni di loro sembravano anche trarre vantaggio dai viaggiatori. Per esempio, abbiamo dovuto aspettare molto tempo per ottenere un rimborso per una bevanda che abbiamo comprato al bar della piscina e non poteva riceverla finché non ne avevano più riprese. Inoltre, abbiamo cercato di prenotare un taxi al mattino all'aeroporto, ma il personale ha sostenuto che non era possibile perché non erano disponibili i taxi all'epoca. Il personale uscì rapidamente per dire che poteva prenotare una ora. In generale, mentre le proprietà e le strutture sono bellissime, le questioni di servizio hanno influenzato la nostra esperienza.

We had such a lovely stay at Outrigger. It was just the break we needed. The food is good and the drinks are decent. The prices were better than I was expecting. We ended up not doing a package and spent far less than we would have done on a package. Loved the adult pool, the only pain is that it sometimes closes early to set up for weddings.

Il nostro servizio è molto buono, ma abbiamo ordinato il petto del cane da fumo, la torta oculare e l'oyster al Fish Bar, il server è passionato, professionale e amichevole, soprattutto Sila, è utile e gentile. Ha anche organizzato un altro membro del personale per cantare un saluto per noi.

Vorremmo stare più a lungo! Usavamo come un rapido soggiorno di 1 notte prima di partire per un ferry di soggiorno insulare. Tuttavia, dopo essere rimasti qui, consigliamo di rimanere qui e fare viaggi di giorno alle isole. Grande posizione solo 10 min di viaggio di treno al porto ferry. Una delle migliori scelte per la colazione che abbiamo avuto in tutto il mondo - varietà e freschezza. Fantastico spazioso e pulito, amato che era disponibile l'acqua di tappeto specialmente filtrata, e la bottiglia di bevande riutilizzabili gratuitamente era un bel toccamento. Non ho avuto modo di usare la piscina in un periodo così breve, ma sembrava carino. Molto consiglia!

Non è all'altezza di un resort a 5 stelle. Nel complesso è un soggiorno piacevole, ma troppo caro e non aspettatevi il lusso di un 5 stelle. Purtroppo non ha mantenuto la manutenzione di cui ha avuto bisogno nel corso degli anni. Aspetti negativi - problemi con l'aria condizionata e abbiamo dormito senza, ci hanno cambiato camera per risolvere il problema - una perdita sopra la doccia in entrambe le camere - il frigorifero era rotto in entrambe le camere - mancanza di teli da piscina per il numero di ospiti, abbiamo provato a prenderne uno più volte, ma ci è stato detto che erano finiti. Quando finalmente ne abbiamo avuti, erano macchiati. - mancanza di attrezzatura da snorkeling per gli ospiti, purtroppo non abbiamo potuto fare snorkeling perché erano sempre fuori. Abbiamo parlato con altri ospiti che sono andati a comprarne un po' perché non ne hanno trovati nemmeno loro. - L'aria condizionata nelle camere è molto rumorosa. - La connessione internet si interrompe costantemente. - Non siamo riusciti a guardare la TV perché la connessione internet non funzionava per Netflix e ci è stato detto che potevamo guardarla solo su telefoni o iPad. - I menu del cibo in camera sono sporchi e cadenti. Aspetti positivi. - La maggior parte del personale è molto gentile. - La piscina riservata agli adulti è tranquilla e silenziosa. - Buona varietà di attività e cose da fare in hotel. - Il personale è per lo più disponibile quando si ha bisogno di qualcosa. Abbiamo addirittura cercato di ottenere un rimborso alla fine del soggiorno per poter andare via. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno e sappi solo che se decidete di soggiornare qui, è più simile a un resort a 3 o 4 stelle.

The staff were faultless!! However there were far too many mosquitoes to enjoy our stay- we had stayed in Nadi prior to this for the same amount of time and had 0 problems, same in one of the islands- no bites… here however we had over 20 between two of us from one night. Perhaps they could have repelling candles on the outdoor seating areas, and fly catchers elsewhere, but something needs to be done in this season! I found it overpriced for the experience, the food was average and not worth the cost, there was a cockroach and lizard in our room- I would say the roofs need looking at/ re sealing. The interconnecting rooms are NOT soundproof and you can hear everything from next door. We asked to move and were so with 0 hassle- again the staff were ALL absolutely amazing!!!

Non è male. A questo prezzo ho soggiornato al BULABAED della porta accanto. È un po' più grande, ma non mi piace molto l'interno. Preferisco l'arredamento di questo. Anche qui è buono, ma il il tempo di servizio è molto lungo.

Unfortunately this hotel didn't feel very five star. Of the Denarau resorts, it definitely had the least impressive building, with a small and underwhelming lobby. The hotel is spread over a significant distance so requires small buggies to get around, but the path isn't big enough for both pedestrians and buggies so you're constantly having to move aside for buggies if on foot. It's a bit annoying to get around and there's no shelter on the path so it was extremely hot. The staff were all friendly and helpful, so can't fault that. However, the housekeeping wasn't exactly stellar as we had constant problems with towels being taken and not replaced and nobody coming when we rang to ask for more. We ended up having to go find a cart ourselves to get another set. We also once were given a dirty towel, and they left a cleaning rag in the bath. The pools are fine, it's a series of smallish ones, so no big swimming area if you want to actually swim. The pool hours are only until 7pm, and you have to return the towels by then or you get charged. The beach is a nice walk with some pretty views. Breakfast was a bit lackluster. The coffee machine was broken most days and the coffee in the dispenser was really bad, but you have to pay extra for a barista coffee. No refrigeration of the yoghurt/cold meat left out and saw many flies on the pastries which are uncovered. Slightly limited selection of foods compared to other five star resorts. The room was nice, faced the beach and had full kitchen/laundry facilities. But there was cosmetic damage to furniture (scratches, chips, dirt). Noisy boiler in the room too and the fan only had two speeds: really fast or barely moving. Comfy bed and decent size overall. Overall, the hotel is okay, but needs a refresh and a bit more sparkle to feel like a luxury resort.

We stayed at Club Fiji for our entire 5-day visit, and after exploring the area during our stay, we believe it was the best choice in Nadi. Why did we love it? The location is fantastic — right on the beach (we stayed in a beachfront bure), close to the airport but without any airplane noise. There’s a convenient free shuttle to many activities like the Vau Contemporary Dance performance or a Denarau snorkel cruise, and a taxi to Nadi town costs about 10 FJD. Our beachfront bure was newly renovated, clean, and had everything we needed — not fancy but comfortable. The beds were made regularly if we weren’t in the room when housekeeping came by. The grounds are stunning, with beautifully kept gardens and loads of chill-out spots — beach beds under umbrellas, hammocks on palm trees, two pools, and lovely spaces to eat or have a drink. The service was very personal, with staff always checking if we needed anything. They even have a travel expert on-site to help plan your activities and bookings. Entertainment happens most nights, ranging from the unique way dinners are served (like Korean grills or beach BBQs) to concerts and local celebrations. Food-wise, the buffet breakfast is simple but adequate since there are few other options nearby; the à la carte dinner menu is decent, but the special grills are outstanding. We really loved the authentic Fijian atmosphere here, which felt very different from the typical all-inclusive resorts—it had a feeling you couldn’t find just anywhere in the world.

PROS: Budget friendly. Situato proprio accanto a un MacDonald's e molti punti commerciali da Supermercati, boutique e ristoranti. Camminando a Bus Stops, e 14 minuti di auto a Port Denarau. Parcheggio & Fitness è complementare. L'albergo è molto piccolo. Amico personale e non dimenticare il topo del tetto bar e piscina, vista spettacolare. Cons: avevamo una stanza con una doccia rotta, l’acqua scorreva attraverso il tappeto inferiore mentre era in uso la testa del doccia. Uno dei tovaglioli forniti non era stato debitamente lavato. Il WiFi era assolutamente inutile. La rete mobile ha funzionato solo vicino al balcone, quindi non può usare la rete 4G/5G in nessun altro posto nella stanza. NOTA: Non lasciare il parcheggio durante gli eventi all'hotel, il parcheggio non è stato prioritario per gli ospiti interni, prima arrivare a servire la base prima.
