Hotel con parcheggio a Dortmund

Location is just opposite the train station but the position of hotel is rather awkward. Surrounding can be rowdy due to crowd around the hotel. Not suitable for those who prefer quieter environment. Room is very hot n stuffy despite opening the window

We came from Ireland to Germany and stayed at NH Hotel Dortmund. During our stay, Caroline stood out as the most professional member of staff. Having visited many countries and stayed in numerous hotels, we can confidently say that her level of professionalism is exceptional. She speaks both English and German fluently and consistently delivers a high standard of service with great attention to detail. We strongly believe that Caroline truly deserves to be in a managerial or assistant managerial position, and we highly recommend dealing with her for any service.

We had a wonderful trip. The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were very kind and friendly! On the last day, I was very sick, and the receptionist gave me fresh lemon and mint to make this tea with honey. That really helped a lot. Ich bin Ihnen dafür sehr dankbar!

Personale amichevole, letto confortevole e mobili.Molto buona partenza - prima colazione, valore decente per soldi - non lontano dall'aeroporto Internet era affidabile - ma la velocità potrebbe essere più veloce.

Hotel Central è molto bello situato in buona connessione con i mezzi di trasporto pubblico pulito con balcone privato nella camera letto. Molto comodo e grande bagno un po' piccolo ma sufficiente per il fine cosa manca uno specchio nella camera ma altrimenti top io tornerò in ogni caso

das Hotel war ok für eine Nacht, das ZImmer recht spärlich in der Ausstattung, weder einfache Pantoffeln noch sonst irgend welche Amenities im Bad, der Staff am Abend beim Check-In war freundlich jedoch nicht wirklich professionell. Summa Summarum war es wie gesagt ”ok” für eine Nacht

La stanza è bella, c'è un parcheggio, un centro congressi e un ristorante. È vicino alla Dumont University, ha metropolitana e autobus ed è sicuro, ma non c'è molto da visitare nei dintorni.

The hotel is close to the BVB Dortmund Stadium, which was our main target the 2 nights of our stay in Dortmund. Good service and warm welcome. Simple but great breakfast.

While checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.

Das Zimmer war klein, aber für eine Übernachtung völlig ausreichend. Der Check-in am Terminal war unkompliziert, und ab 17 Uhr ist auch jemand an der Rezeption verfügbar. Leider gibt es aktuell eine Baustelle, die man schon hören kann, aber es war insgesamt erträglich. Die Wände sind recht dünn, sodass man die Nachbarn gelegentlich hört. Die Nähe zur Autobahn bzw. Schnellstraße fällt nur bei offenem Fenster auf. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings sollte man besser nicht unter das Bett schauen, und Fenster, Spiegel waren etwas schmierig. Die Heizung/Klimaanlage sollte auch mal abgewischt werden. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche hatten auch leichte Flecken. Das Frühstück bietet eine durchschnittliche Auswahl, der Preis dafür ist jedoch eher hoch. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die nette Dame am Empfang, die sehr freundlich war. Fazit: Für eine Nacht und ohne hohe Ansprüche ist das Hotel in Ordnung, aber es gibt definitiv Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.
