Fantastico
TTsarskayaIt was a very comfortable stay for a family with child and dog. Room was cosy. Breakfast was very nice and nutritious . Downstairs table football for a small family game was also fun.

UUtente anonimoLocation is just opposite the train station but the position of hotel is rather awkward. Surrounding can be rowdy due to crowd around the hotel. Not suitable for those who prefer quieter environment. Room is very hot n stuffy despite opening the window

MMajd MaloufWe came from Ireland to Germany and stayed at NH Hotel Dortmund. During our stay, Caroline stood out as the most professional member of staff. Having visited many countries and stayed in numerous hotels, we can confidently say that her level of professionalism is exceptional. She speaks both English and German fluently and consistently delivers a high standard of service with great attention to detail. We strongly believe that Caroline truly deserves to be in a managerial or assistant managerial position, and we highly recommend dealing with her for any service.

UUtente ospiteHotel is mooi, locatie is wat minder in verbant met parkeren. Lastig voor gasten om auto te parkeren. Kamers hebben geen airco en geen koelkast, dat is ook een min punt. Personeel is vriendelijk.

UUtente ospiteWhile checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.
