Hotel con parcheggio a Zhongshan

L'hotel è un hotel eccellente in una posizione piacevole, vicino a un centro commerciale dove si possono trovare numerosi posti di pranzo e quasi tutto il resto che si desidera. Ci sono molti ristoranti e spa e divertimenti in tutte le strade. Il personale è amichevole e estremamente utile. L'hotel è mantenuto molto pulito e pulito. Caffè e servizio lavanderia gratuito al livello della reception. L'unica cosa che si lamenta è la sua lenta connessione a Internet. Per questo motivo, una metà stella può essere dedotta, ma date tutte le altre caratteristiche eccellenti, io ancora le darò un rating 5/5. In breve, grande valore per i soldi!

What surprises me is despite several messages noting seems to have changed . One of the most primitive check in system . The front desk is lost . The rooms are not ready and when u come back later In the day , the new staff has no clue of what’s going on . Wasted twice 30 mins on check in.  Most of the times the rooms not cleaned properly or incomplete work . Looked like they were on calls during the room clean up . Either the bathrobe not hung or towel short or coffee cup / tea packets no replenished .  Breakfast for a property of this size and cost is sad. More like  Chinese local breakfast.

La ricezione era attenta. Cris mi ha dato un aggiornamento della stanza. La stanza è spaziosa e bella. Ma l'aria condizionata della stanza si è chiusa ogni pochi minuti. Ho chiamato per il servizio. Erano molto attenti e il servizio era veloce, non aspettavano troppo per arrivare; dopo averlo risolto, pochi minuti dopo, si chiuse di nuovo. Così ho chiamato il servizio di nuovo, ma alla fine mi avevano trasferito in un'altra stanza. Erano molto attenti, immediatamente prepararono un'altra stanza, non ci voleva molto. Anche se era difficile imballare e sballare di nuovo. Il colazione era sopra decente. Ma di nuovo, dovevo tornare alla ricezione e controllare il mio colazione. All'inizio mi diedero un buono dicendo che il colazione non era incluso. Ma ho pagato per la stanza con colazione. Così hanno controllato il loro sistema e cambiato il buono con colazione. La posizione è vicino a molti ristoranti. All'indietro dell'hotel, a pochi minuti a piedi, ci sono molti ristoranti cinesi, KFC, metro, cabina di pizza, Starbucks, ecc ... Hilton aveva il mio marchio preferito di shampoo, condizionatore, gel da doccia, lavaggio a mano e lozione ... PeterThomasRoth!!! Anche se ho un po' di difetto, il loro servizio era impeccabile, e sarebbero attenti alle vostre esigenze.

Check in is quick and effective even room was not ready at the time I arrived, the front desk quickly get me replace arrangement although required a top-up but fine and good response.  Room is okay and clean although the corridor smell a bit stuffy.   The gym is great and comfort.

I recently stayed at Le Meridien Zhongshan, and while there were several positives, a few areas definitely need improvement. **Location:** The hotel is conveniently situated near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Access to public transport is also a plus. **Room:** The room was tastefully decorated and comfortable, but I found the lighting to be a bit dim. It made the space feel less inviting, especially in the evening. Additionally, there was no body lotion in the bathroom unless specifically requested. **Amenities:** The hotel features a range of amenities, including a fitness center. However, I was disappointed with the swimming pool; the water was not clear and appeared dirty, which made it uninviting for swimming. Regarding breakfast, while the options were diverse and delicious, I would have appreciated a longer breakfast period and more frequent replenishment of food items to accommodate guests arriving later. **Service:** The staff were friendly and attentive, doing their best to ensure a pleasant stay. Their responsiveness to requests was commendable. **Overall Experience:** Le Meridien Zhongshan has the potential to be a great destination, but improvements in pool maintenance, room lighting, and breakfast service would significantly enhance the experience. I would still recommend it, given its quality and location, but I hope to see these issues addressed on my next visit.

The hotel is located on the eastern side of Zhongshan, where there isn't much to do in the vicinity. The property itself is quite large but feels a bit dated. The water spa is permanently closed, with no notice or updates provided on the hotel's website, which was disappointing. The equipment in the gym also appears worn and in need of replacement. The outdoor pool is very clean. It is a perfect spot to relax. The cleaning team keeps the room tidy and clean throughout my staying. The front staff are very nice and professional. They kindly allowed me a late checkout at no additional cost, which I really appreciated. During my stay, I came across a local night market by the river. It seemed to cater mostly to locals, and the food there was absolutely delicious.
