Hotel con parcheggio a Zhongshan

Le tolette non erano così pulite, un giorno i capelli cadono fuori dal toletto, molto breve, come un mostarda secca rasata che non apparirà da me come donna e che viaggia da sola. Un altro giorno dopo che la stanza era stata pulita, la nuova tovagliola di matto della porta sul bar della doccia era contaminata da almeno tre scratch oscuri, ho cercato di cambiare per usare un altro lato e ho scoperto che entrambi i lati avevano tracce nere su di esso. La sala da ginnastica ha solo due macchine da ginnastica, ho visto il personale cercare di trasportare un altro rack nella stanza, ma li hanno portati via, sarebbe stato bello se potessero mettere più attrezzature. La camera è molto spaziosa e buona, ma il wifi della TV è rotto due volte in 2 giorni durante il mio soggiorno, e non potevo usare la funzione dello schermo del progetto per godere di guardare film per un po'. La lavatrice e i secchi sono molto buoni, è buono per i viaggiatori di lungo periodo, hanno anche una macchina per lavastoviglie. In generale, la progettazione delle camere, lobby di entrata, lobby di ricezione, camera terrazza, sala colazione e sala ginnastica dell'hotel sono molto bello. C'è un robot che deve consegnare portare via nella stanza, e ho provato a usare questo servizio per vedere il robot, il mio ultimo giorno di soggiorno, sfortunatamente, un personale ha colpito la mia porta e ha detto che l'altro personale ha inserito il numero sbagliato e il robot è andato nella stanza sbagliata, E'decepcionante, perché ero eccitato a vedere come funziona questa tecnologia robotica. Iif your visiting because your in the lighting business then this is an excellent hotel to stay in, as many suppliers, factories, expos, etc are nearby. It’s not really a tourist area as such and to travel into Guangzhou City culture is about 1.5-2hrs. The hotel house keeping is excellent in the rooms and all over the hotel. The staff are very polite and helpful and many speak some English. The food is fairly Western in the main restaurant and there is a Starbucks seconds from the hotel entrance. We had a slight issue with payment cards when we arrived and WeChat didn’t work but Alipay did. The spa facilities were however disappointing. The swimming pool is large and good but you must wear a hat however the  whirlpool doesn’t work, no bubbles and the steam room is poor. When we arrived at lunchtime it was on a very low setting so we had to wait about 30 minutes for it to warm up but it didn’t get hot at all and the sauna is the same, programmed on a very low setting. The spa service was very good and my stones sports massage was excellent. Overall an excellent stay especially for business and comfort. Try to avoid the hotel WiFi as it will block some western services including Netflix.

A good hotel room also offers thoughtful amenities like quality toiletries, a well-stocked coffee station, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bed, with its plush pillows and smooth sheets, promises a restful night’s sleep, while the bathroom shines with polished fixtures and fresh towels. Attention to detail, such as proper lighting, functional climate control, and minimal noise, enhances the overall experience. Whether traveling for business or leisure, a clean and well-appointed room ensures relaxation and peace of mind. It’s clear when a hotel prioritizes cleanliness and comfort—guests leave feeling refreshed and eager to return.

Facilities were very nice, the room was clean, the view was great. We even had a welcoming snacks box at arrival. We tried the swimming pool and sauna, was definitely a great experience. And the bar with the view on the city has a chill and nice vibe ! Would definitely recommend going there in the evening. Check in is quick and effective even room was not ready at the time I arrived, the front desk quickly get me replace arrangement although required a top-up but fine and good response.  Room is okay and clean although the corridor smell a bit stuffy.   The gym is great and comfort.

I recently stayed at Le Meridien Zhongshan, and while there were several positives, a few areas definitely need improvement. **Location:** The hotel is conveniently situated near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Access to public transport is also a plus. **Room:** The room was tastefully decorated and comfortable, but I found the lighting to be a bit dim. It made the space feel less inviting, especially in the evening. Additionally, there was no body lotion in the bathroom unless specifically requested. **Amenities:** The hotel features a range of amenities, including a fitness center. However, I was disappointed with the swimming pool; the water was not clear and appeared dirty, which made it uninviting for swimming. Regarding breakfast, while the options were diverse and delicious, I would have appreciated a longer breakfast period and more frequent replenishment of food items to accommodate guests arriving later. **Service:** The staff were friendly and attentive, doing their best to ensure a pleasant stay. Their responsiveness to requests was commendable. **Overall Experience:** Le Meridien Zhongshan has the potential to be a great destination, but improvements in pool maintenance, room lighting, and breakfast service would significantly enhance the experience. I would still recommend it, given its quality and location, but I hope to see these issues addressed on my next visit.

The facility in rooms were really disappointed. When we went to the room (2019) after check-in, the water flushing in toilet was not working (no water). The technician came and investigated, then suggested we contact the customer service to change the room. So, they assigned another room (2015) to us. (Thank you for the quick response to us) After a quick check, we moved to this new room and settled down. However, when I wanted to have a shower after a whole day sightseeing, I found that the electronic curtain for the washroom window was not working! We were frustrated and exhausted that we did not call for help again. I suggest the housekeeping team to check the facility in guest room properly to avoid such problems to happen again. Thank you.

I servizi erano piuttosto completi, inclusi aria condizionata, TV, ventilatore e bagno privato.
