Front Office : On the evening of 12 September, my third night at the hotel, I called reception to ask how to contact the front desk from my room. The staff told me there was a note near the telephone. I said I might have missed it and asked for guidance. Instead of simply telling me the number, she rather arrogantly said that since I had two other rooms, I could go to the other rooms and check myself. I found her response extremely unhelpful and rude. When I returned to my room, I did find the “number,” but the instructions were written entirely in Chinese with no English at all. It was a very simple request, yet the staff’s attitude made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant. Housekeeping: Nice and friendly staff. Always greet us with smile and ask us if there is anything she can do for us. Breakfast : Everyday having the exact same menu. Such torture for us who stay for 6 nights.
