Hotel con parcheggio a Yanji

I stayed for one night first and was so pleased and satisfied that I decided to stay for another. It is a hotel in Yanbian at a really good price, and I liked the clean bed and spacious room. There was also a laundry room, so I was able to finish drying my clothes. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, allowing me to enjoy the meal slowly for two hours. In particular, the front desk staff member, Kim Yeon-ju, spoke Korean and was able to resolve difficult issues well. She also actively guided me through my travel itinerary, which allowed me to travel to Yanbian and the nearby Mt. Baekdu smoothly, for which I am truly grateful. This hotel is my top choice for a second stay on my next trip to Yanbian.

Our stay at Park Kairos was amazing! The staff are very friendly especially the VIP manager’s service. Location of the hotel is also excellent and most importantly, it is well decorated and clean. Enjoyed our stay in the Korean style room. The staff even prepared a fruit platter for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend!

L'unica cosa è che la stanza ha ancora un po' di odore di tabacco, non c'è nessun divieto di fumare, quindi non è una denuncia, è solo un fatto. Abbiamo scelto di restare in questo hotel di nuovo in viaggio di ritorno perché abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza durante la nostra prima visita. Questa volta siamo stati in una stanza diversa, e ancora una volta siamo stati molto impressionati. La stanza era pulita, moderna, elegante e molto comoda. Ci piacevano le caratteristiche intelligenti: le tende automatiche, la bella illuminazione, il bagno intelligente con il flusso automatico e un sedile riscaldato. Tutto si sentiva moderno e ben progettato. La stanza comprendeva anche l'acqua bollente, un caldo, un tè, uno shampoo, un condizionatore, una sapone, un tovagliolo, un pasto dentale e molte altre strutture utili, quindi non c'era bisogno di comprare niente di più. La stanza aveva anche un frigorifero, che era molto conveniente e qualcosa che apprezzavamo davvero. Un altro bel bonus era le bevande gratuite alla reception. I clienti possono godere di caffè, tè latte e succo d'arancia a nessun costo aggiuntivo, che è un toccamento considerevole. Vorremmo ringraziare in particolare la receptionista, che è stata incredibilmente gentile e utile, che ha bisogno di un adattatore europeo di energia e che ci ha preso subito uno. Grazie al suo aiuto, siamo riusciti a caricare i nostri telefoni e siamo molto grati per il suo eccellente servizio. L'unica piccola questione era che la stanza aveva solo impianti di alimentazione cinesi e non aveva un porto di carica USB-C come quello che abbiamo soggiornato in precedenza. Senza l'adattatore dalla ricezione, sarebbe stato difficile caricare i dispositivi moderni. Se viaggiate da un altro paese, si raccomanda di portare un adattatore universale per i viaggi proprio nel caso. In generale, abbiamo avuto un altro soggiorno meraviglioso. Questo hotel offre un ottimo valore per soldi, eccellente pulizia, moderne strutture e un servizio veramente amichevole. Vi saremmo felici di rimanere qui di nuovo e lo consigliamo fortemente a chiunque visita Yanji.

We ordered a room with one double bed and one single bed. The room is spacious and the hotel provided a very good self service laundry facility. The location is superb! But, as a foreigner we tried to use some postage service to send some parcels. The hotel reception didn’t help us much, only provide us a delivery man WeChat. But the attendant didn’t approve our request or respond to us. We tried to settle our delivery, but the other delivery man turned down our request due to foreigner status. When we returned to the hotel to look for the parcels. The hotel attendant mentioned nothing at their counter. After numerous check then only told us the parcels in their store room. The same attendant who turn us down on the day we check in, easily called the delivery man to pick up our parcel. We are kind of disappointed and frustrated especially this should be quite a good rated hotel in Yanji. As foreigner we need quite some help to do some simple delivery within the country. We went thru all the hassles during our holiday. Actually, the hotel reception didn’t intend to help much at first, only help us when we had to went thru all the troubles. There is so much can be improve on the service standards especially for foreigner like us.

La camera era pulita, accogliente e ben progettata, con il tema letterario della firma che aggiungeva un bel toccamento. Il letto era comodo, la camera era tranquilla a notte, e il riscaldamento funzionava bene. Tutto si sentiva pensato e facile da usare.

This is a great hotel! I liked everything very much! Comfortable room, soft bed, soft pillows. Variety and tasty breakfast. Everything is very clean and hygienic. The hotel staff speaks English. Girls and boys are very friendly and welcoming. Kind and always try to help. The hotel is very conveniently located. There are many cafes and shops, shopping centers and bus stops nearby. When we settled in, we were treated to a frozen pear. And when leaving, cool water, which is very necessary in the summer heat. I am delighted with my stay at this hotel. I really want to come back here again!

2D2N in this hotel in the off-season. I booked it based on the good reviews! BUT there were some unexpected things nobody talks about! Let’s go for a quick review👇🏻 What was good: • Super clean • A good firm mattress and two pillows to choose from: one soft and one firm ✨ • The bidet 🥰 • The price • Good Korean-style breakfast, but the same every day • Showroom full of Korean costumes • Sweet girl at reception, although she was a bit shy with foreigners 🤪 • Quiet outside, warm inside, and the air is fresher than in the city What was disappointing: • The TV turns on every time we come back — it’s kinda annoying • Since neither of us knows Chinese, we couldn’t use the voice assistant. We could've used it in English, but nobody helped us set it up (but it’s okay, because we visited just for the weekend) • Disposable towels 😅 (I prefer the soft cuddle of a real towel/bathrobe after a shower) • There were no dental supplies. It was disappointing and unexpected (but maybe it’s okay for a hotel at this price, who knows?) General conclusion: It’s the best option for a Korean-style photoshoot for a few days. Good for sleeping after walking around all day. But if you’re visiting just for the weekend and you don’t need photos, it’s better to stay somewhere near the city centre. As for me, I like fresh air, and in this hotel I could have it. In the city centre it’s only air-conditioned, so this is kinda the better choice for me… What about you? Who knows! 這次希岸酒店入住體驗特別滿意！酒店位置便利，出行很方便。客房打掃得一塵不染，床鋪柔軟舒適，衞生間乾濕分離無異味，熱水出水速度快。前台接待態度温和，辦理入住退房效率很高，走廊安靜隔音好，晚上休息完全不受打擾。性價比遠超預期，出差旅行住這裏很安心下次來還選這家！就是旁邊的充電樁沒開通，希望下次來就好了。
