Hotel con palestra a Yanji

I stayed for one night first and was so pleased and satisfied that I decided to stay for another. It is a hotel in Yanbian at a really good price, and I liked the clean bed and spacious room. There was also a laundry room, so I was able to finish drying my clothes. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, allowing me to enjoy the meal slowly for two hours. In particular, the front desk staff member, Kim Yeon-ju, spoke Korean and was able to resolve difficult issues well. She also actively guided me through my travel itinerary, which allowed me to travel to Yanbian and the nearby Mt. Baekdu smoothly, for which I am truly grateful. This hotel is my top choice for a second stay on my next trip to Yanbian.

Excellent service from the staffs. Our hotel package comes with afternoon set, and staffs had kindly upgrade our drinks to a more expensive drink from a standard coffee. Hotel is new. Our room is big and clean and comes with all smart amenities. There's a Wanda mall down the road. There's a river bridge opposite the hotel with beautiful night lights. Had a very good stay here, and overall really value for money..

We ordered a room with one double bed and one single bed. The room is spacious and the hotel provided a very good self service laundry facility. The location is superb! But, as a foreigner we tried to use some postage service to send some parcels. The hotel reception didn’t help us much, only provide us a delivery man WeChat. But the attendant didn’t approve our request or respond to us. We tried to settle our delivery, but the other delivery man turned down our request due to foreigner status. When we returned to the hotel to look for the parcels. The hotel attendant mentioned nothing at their counter. After numerous check then only told us the parcels in their store room. The same attendant who turn us down on the day we check in, easily called the delivery man to pick up our parcel. We are kind of disappointed and frustrated especially this should be quite a good rated hotel in Yanji. As foreigner we need quite some help to do some simple delivery within the country. We went thru all the hassles during our holiday. Actually, the hotel reception didn’t intend to help much at first, only help us when we had to went thru all the troubles. There is so much can be improve on the service standards especially for foreigner like us.

This is a wonderful hotel! The atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant. In the lobby of the hotel there are items from the Harry Potter movie universe. You can take some photos. This is a great offer for fans of this movie. The location of the hotel is near shopping centers, a bus stop, cafes and restaurants. Clean and cozy. Large beds, soft pillows, warm blankets. The wet area is separated from the dry. Smart toilet system. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Friendly staff. I recommend booking this hotel! I want to come back here again and again.

The hotel’s location is excellent. On one side, there’s a large shopping mall and plenty of dining options. On the other, it’s quiet and easy to find. The reception is on the 14th floor, where you’ll also find the laundry room and the breakfast buffet. The room was clean and cozy. Housekeeping and towel change happen every day. The power outlets accept European plugs. All basic toiletries are provided except for hair conditioner — for some reason this chain doesn’t include it, so better bring your own. I’ve stayed at Ji hotels in several different cities, and the quality is consistently good. The staff is friendly and polite. I recommend staying here. I can’t fit all my impressions into this review, so I’ve written a separate note that I hope will be useful for fellow travelers.

Hotel is located within walking distance of 5mins to the dinosaur museum, golden bean theater, dinosaur water park & theme park. By car of 10mins to the korean folk village, 15mins to 西市场。Hotel staff is friendly, breakfast spread is acceptable but the coffee is not to my liking. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay for families with young children. Recommended.

I had an excellent stay at Crystal Orange Hotel Yanji. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. I was especially impressed when they went out of their way to help me locate my lost AirPods earpiece even after I had already checked out — truly outstanding service. The hotel itself is huge, spotless, and very well maintained. All the amenities are modern, new, and thoughtfully provided, making the entire stay extremely comfortable. The environment felt fresh, clean, and welcoming. Overall, it was a very pleasant and stress-free stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Yanji.
